All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present application.
Example one
Fig. 1 is a first flowchart of a management method for a supervision service according to an embodiment of the present application, where the present embodiment is applicable to a situation where a supervision department supervises operations of an execution department, and the present application is applicable to a scenario where an upper unit supervises a lower unit, and is also applicable to a scenario where an upper unit supervises a lower unit in an enterprise. The management method for supervising services provided by this embodiment may be executed by a management apparatus for supervising services provided by this embodiment, and the apparatus may be implemented by software and/or hardware and integrated in an electronic device executing the method.
Referring to fig. 1, the method of the present embodiment includes, but is not limited to, the following steps:
s110, acquiring the supervision project, and determining at least one supervision sub-project according to the content of the supervision project and the department duty of the execution department.
The supervision items refer to specific matters of a supervision execution department of a supervision department. The supervision department refers to a department playing a supervision role in a supervision project. The execution department refers to a department that executes a specific matter in a supervision project. In the embodiment of the application, the system can be a higher-level department supervision lower-level unit in the processes of higher-level environmental management, commodity quality supervision and the like, and can also be suitable for a higher-level department supervision lower-level unit in an enterprise.
In the embodiment of the present application, the monitoring service management system may be used as an execution subject, for example, a monitoring department may input a monitoring item into the monitoring service management system to trigger a monitoring service management event. When the supervision service management event is triggered, the supervision service management system firstly acquires the supervision project and then analyzes the specific content in the supervision project according to the preset rule. Specifically, analyzing the specific content in the supervision project according to the preset rule may be: the supervision business management system determines specific content in the supervision project according to the category of the supervision project. The preset rule may be that a supervision department analyzes specific contents in the supervision project according to the category of the supervision project. Illustratively, if the regulatory project pertains to environmental pollution (e.g., water pollution, air quality, etc.), the specific content in the regulatory project should be enterprise specific; if the supervision item belongs to the civil aspect (such as epidemic prevention and control, census, and the like), specific contents in the supervision item should be specific to each citizen.
In the embodiment of the application, after the supervision business management system analyzes specific contents in the supervision project, at least one supervision sub-item is determined according to the contents of the supervision project and department responsibilities of the execution department. Specifically, the supervision service management system sets up tasks for each execution department according to the department responsibilities of each execution department, that is, sets up supervision sub-items for each execution department, that is, refines the supervision items into the supervision sub-items to be executed by each execution department. Illustratively, the department duty of the execution department a is a, and the supervision service management system formulates a supervision sub-item 1 corresponding to the department duty a of the execution department a according to the content of the supervision item.
And S120, determining the data requirements corresponding to the supervision sub-items according to the supervision sub-items and the monitorable information of the execution departments of the supervision sub-items.
The monitorable information of the execution department can be an informationized construction condition of the execution department, and the informationized construction condition can be used for representing the processing level of specific work on the data line which is responsible for the execution department. Specifically, if the execution department has a service management system, meets the standard, and can assist the execution department in working, the information construction condition of the execution department is considered to be good. And if the execution department does not have the service management system, the service management system does not accord with the standard, or the service management system is too old and does not accord with the standard, the information construction condition of the execution department is considered to be poor. The service management system with good information construction condition can cover the functions of departments and accords with the actual work flow and the reference standard specifications (such as a power list, a responsibility list and the like), so that the data resources in the service management system can be conveniently corresponded with the data requirements of the supervision items in the supervision service management system.
In the embodiment of the present application, after the above steps, at least one supervision sub-item is determined according to the content of the supervision project and the department responsibilities of the execution department, and then the data requirement corresponding to each supervision sub-item is determined according to each supervision sub-item and the monitorable information of the execution department of each supervision sub-item. Specifically, according to the information construction condition of the execution department, the data resources in the service management system of the execution department are corresponding to the data requirements of the supervision items in the supervision service management system.
Illustratively, taking pollution abatement as an example, the supervisory business management system analyzes specific contents in the supervisory project and determines at least one supervisory sub-item. For example: regular or irregular inspection is carried out on the enterprises with heavy pollution, spot check is carried out on the enterprises with light pollution, and penalty is carried out on the enterprises with pollution exceeding the standard. And determining the data requirements corresponding to the supervision sub-items according to the supervision sub-items and the monitorable information of the execution departments of the supervision sub-items. For example: inspection log data, penalty action data, and administrative inspection action data.
Optionally, the supervision service management system may also make a data collection task plan for the execution department according to the content of the supervision project, so as to be referred by the execution department.
And S130, issuing each supervision sub-item to a corresponding execution department, and determining data reporting content according to the data requirement corresponding to the distributed supervision sub-item by the execution department.
In the embodiment of the present application, through the above steps, the supervision service management system determines supervision sub-items for each execution department, and determines data requirements corresponding to each supervision sub-item. Then, the supervision service management system issues each supervision sub-item to the corresponding execution department, the execution department receives and claims the supervision sub-items distributed by the supervision service management system, the subsequent management work of the execution department can be executed according to the distributed supervision sub-items, and data corresponding to the data requirements of the supervision sub-items are collected. And finally, the execution department reports the acquired data to a supervision service management system.
Optionally, if the monitorable information (i.e. the information-based construction situation) of the execution department is better, the collected data can be reported to the supervision service management system in a base table exchange manner; if the monitorable information (namely the informationized construction condition) of the execution department is poor, the collected data can be reported to the supervision business management system in a manual filling and file uploading mode.
Optionally, the supervision service management system in the embodiment of the present application may access a database, which includes a supervision item directory list library, a supervision object (i.e., execution department) basic information library, a supervision behavior information library, and the like.
According to the technical scheme provided by the embodiment, the supervision service management system acquires the supervision project and analyzes the specific content in the supervision project; determining at least one supervision sub-item according to the content of the supervision item and the department duty of the execution department; determining data requirements corresponding to each supervision sub item according to each supervision sub item and monitorable information of an execution department of each supervision sub item; then each supervision sub item is issued to the corresponding execution department; and the execution department executes according to the distributed supervision sub-items and reports the acquired data to the supervision service management system. The method and the system finish the content combing of the supervision project, formulate the supervision sub-project and issue the supervision sub-project to the corresponding execution department by using the supervision service management system, and solve the problem that the content combing and task issuing of the supervision project need to be finished manually in the prior art. According to the scheme, the supervision business management system is used for correlating supervision projects with data requirements, the working efficiency of supervision departments can be improved by executing the scheme, and the intellectualization of supervision of the supervision departments is promoted.
