When the rotating rod 13 swings anticlockwise, the rotating handle 15 and the suction cup 17 rotate anticlockwise until the bump 14 moves to the intersection of the vertical groove 2c and the arc groove 2a, and then the rotating handle 15 and the suction cup 17 can descend, so that the suction cup 17 adsorbs the plate material which is stopped below the front side of the vertical plate 2.
