Detailed Description
The rail vehicle usually comprises a plurality of carriages connected end to end, the carriages comprise a vehicle body, one end of the vehicle body is provided with an electrical cabinet, and a plurality of high-voltage electrical equipment and control equipment are arranged in the electrical cabinet so as to meet the requirements of power distribution of the vehicle and train operation control. Because be equipped with multiple high-voltage electrical equipment and controlgear in the electric appliance cabinet, there is certain easily burning risk at the during operation, therefore electric appliance cabinet itself needs to possess certain fire behavior. In order to solve the problem, in the related art, the electrical cabinet is generally made of a fireproof plate, and fireproof paint is sprayed on the fireproof plate on the inner side of the electrical cabinet or a stainless steel plate is adhered on the fireproof plate to further prevent fire.
However, the density of the fireproof plate is high, so that the cabinet body of the electric appliance cabinet made of the fireproof plate is heavy. If the scheme of sticking the stainless steel plate on the inner side of the cabinet body of the electric appliance cabinet is adopted subsequently, the overall weight of the electric appliance cabinet is further increased; if the scheme of spraying the fireproof paint on the inner side of the cabinet body of the electric appliance cabinet is adopted subsequently, the fireproof paint can generate a large amount of harmful gas after meeting open fire, and the health of passengers is not facilitated.
In view of this, the embodiments of the present application aim to provide a carriage with lighter weight and more environmental protection on the premise of ensuring the fireproof capability of the fireproof cabinet, and a rail vehicle with the carriage.
In order to make the technical solutions and advantages of the embodiments of the present application more apparent, the following further detailed description of the exemplary embodiments of the present application with reference to the accompanying drawings makes it clear that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present application, and are not exhaustive of all embodiments. It should be noted that the embodiments and features of the embodiments in the present application may be combined with each other without conflict.
Example one
FIG. 1 is a schematic illustration of a vehicle cabin provided by an embodiment of the present application; FIG. 2 is a schematic diagram of a fire protection cabinet according to an embodiment of the present disclosure; shown in FIG. 3 is a cross-sectional view of a refractory composite panel provided by an embodiment of the present application; please refer to fig. 1-3.
The present embodiment provides a vehicle compartment including a vehicle body 10. The vehicle body 10 includes a first side wall 110 and a second side wall 120 adjacent to each other, wherein the vehicle body 10 has a substantially rectangular parallelepiped shape, the first side wall 110 is a side wall extending in the width direction of the vehicle body 10 in fig. 1, and the second side wall 120 is a side wall extending in the length direction of the vehicle body. An electrical cabinet (not shown) is arranged in the vehicle body 10, and is positioned at the joint of the first side wall 110 and the second side wall 120; that is, both sides of the cabinet body of the electric appliance cabinet abut against the first sidewall 110 and the second sidewall 120, respectively. Generally, an electric equipment cabinet is also formed in a substantially rectangular parallelepiped shape, and a housing chamber for housing other equipment is formed inside the electric equipment cabinet, and most of high-voltage electric equipment, control equipment, and the like in a vehicle compartment are housed in the housing chamber.
Because a large amount of electrical equipment is contained in the electrical cabinet, when a train runs, the interior of the electrical cabinet has a fire risk caused by short circuit and the like, in order to prevent the fire from spreading to other areas in the carriage, a fireproof cabinet 20 is also arranged in the train body 10, and the fireproof cabinet 20 is connected with the train body 10 and covers the outer side of the electrical cabinet; that is, the fire protection cabinet 20 and the vehicle body 10 together enclose a chamber for accommodating an electrical cabinet, which is housed within the chamber so as to be relatively isolated from the external environment.
Specifically, the upper end of the fire-proof cabinet 20 may be connected to a top plate (not shown in the figure) in the vehicle body 10, the lower end of the fire-proof cabinet 20 may be connected to a floor of the vehicle body 10, and two ends of a side surface of the fire-proof cabinet are respectively connected to the first side wall 110 and the second side wall 120, that is, in this embodiment, the fire-proof cabinet 20 only needs to shield two adjacent side walls of the electrical cabinet, and the fire-proof of other parts may be implemented by the vehicle body 10, so that the material required by the fire-proof cabinet 20 in this embodiment is much smaller than that required by the electrical cabinet in the prior art (because all six surfaces of the electrical cabinet in the prior art need to be made of fire-proof material, but the present application only needs to make two side surfaces at most); and the fireproof function of the electric appliance in the carriage can be realized on the basis of not changing the structure of the electric appliance cabinet without the fireproof function (only the fireproof cabinet 20 of the embodiment is added on the outer side of the common electric appliance cabinet), so that the upgrading and the transformation of the carriage are facilitated. The structure of the fire-proof cabinet 20 in this embodiment can be set as required, for example, two connected sidewalls can be set with reference to the vehicle body 10, or a sidewall with an arc-shaped cross section can also be set.
Further, the fire-proof cabinet 20 in this embodiment is a fire-proof composite board fire-proof cabinet, that is, the fire-proof cabinet 20 is made of a fire-proof composite board. As shown in fig. 3, the fire-resistant composite panel 30 includes a fire-resistant plate 310, a first aluminum plate 320, a light-core steel plate 330, and a second aluminum plate 340, which are stacked, wherein the fire-resistant plate 310 is disposed at a side facing away from the electric cabinet, that is, a side facing a passenger; and light core steel plate 330 occupies more than 70% of the volume of the refractory composite panel, thereby making the refractory composite panel 30 lighter in weight for the same volume than the fire shield 310 of the related art, which employs a solid structure. In addition, in the one side towards the electric appliance cabinet, second aluminum plate 340 has been laminated in this embodiment, and aluminum plate is lighter than the quality in steel sheet to can not burn when meeting fire and produce poisonous and harmful gas, environmental protection health more.
One side of second aluminum plate 340 towards the electrical cabinet can be equipped with white coating, and black seal of a government organization in old china can be left to white coating after meetting the fire to the specific position of the staff's of being convenient for seek the trouble.
It should be noted that, because the electric appliance cabinet made of refractory materials is not required, the electric appliance cabinet can be made of common metals, so that the weight of the electric appliance cabinet is greatly reduced; and the total weight of the electrical cabinet and the fireproof cabinet 30 made of the fireproof composite board is far less than that of the electrical cabinet made of the solid fireproof board.
As can be seen from the above description, in the embodiment, since the fire-proof cabinet 20 is disposed on the outer side of the electrical cabinet, and the fire-proof cabinet 20 is covered on the outer side of the electrical cabinet after being connected with the vehicle body 10, the electrical cabinet can be isolated from the outside, thereby achieving a fire-proof function; moreover, compared with the scheme in the related art, the present embodiment can also reduce the overall weight of the carriage and is more environment-friendly.
