The water propulsion control assembly consists of a propulsion hydraulic pump 1, an overflow valve 2, a motor 3 and a water jet propulsion device 4; the output pipe of the propelling hydraulic pump 1 is connected with a motor 3, and a branch pipe of the output pipe is provided with an overflow valve 2; the motor 3 is connected with the water jet propulsion unit 4 through a spline.
The water propulsion control assembly drives the motor 3 through the propulsion hydraulic pump 1, so that the propeller of the water jet propulsion device 4 rotates, and the double-section tracked vehicle is further pushed to propel on water.
The water steering control assembly consists of a steering hydraulic pump 6, an electro-hydraulic reversing valve 7, a priority valve 8, a steering gear 9, a manual reversing valve 10, an electromagnetic valve 11, a steering oil cylinder 12 and a pitching oil cylinder 13; the output pipe of the hydraulic pump is connected with a priority valve 8, and an electro-hydraulic reversing valve 7 is arranged on the pipeline; the priority valve 8 is respectively connected with a steering gear 9 and a manual reversing valve 10 through pipelines, the steering gear 9 is connected with two steering cylinders 12 through parallel pipelines, and the manual reversing valve 10 is connected with a pitching cylinder 13 through two parallel electromagnetic valves 11.
A filter 5 is provided in a line connecting the motor 3 and the priority valve 8.
The overwater steering control assembly is controlled by the electromagnetic valve 11 to realize unidirectional locking of the pitching oil cylinder 13, so that the double-section tracked vehicle keeps a good vehicle posture on the water. The water steering control assembly controls the steering device 9 to realize the movement of the steering oil cylinder 12, change the posture of the vehicle in the horizontal direction and further push the double-section tracked vehicle to steer on water.
The water auxiliary control assembly consists of a multi-way valve 14, a hydraulic control handle 15, a breakwater oil cylinder 16 with a hydraulic lock and a winch motor 17; the multi-way valve 14 is respectively connected with a hydraulic control handle 15, an oil cylinder 16 with a wave-proof plate and a winch motor 17 through pipelines;
the water auxiliary control assembly controls the multi-way valve 14 to the hydraulic control handle 15, so that the breakwater oil cylinder 16 with the hydraulic lock moves, the breakwater of the double-section tracked vehicle is opened, and the water propulsion resistance is reduced; the overwater auxiliary control assembly and the hydraulic control handle 15 control the multi-way valve 14, the winch motor 17 is driven, and the winch is connected with overwater self-rescue facilities, so that the functions of self-rescue and mutual rescue of the two sections of tracked vehicles on the water can be realized.
