Abstract
The invention discloses a blush, which comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 34.5 to 36.5 portions of talc, 23.5 to 25.00 portions of mica, 3 to 4 portions of zinc stearate, 2.5 to 3 portions of starch octenyl succinic ester aluminum salt, 3.5 to 4 portions of isooctyl palmitate, 2.5 to 4 portions of silicon, 0.07 to 0.1 portion of acetate vitamin E, 0.1 to 0.2 portion of methyl benzoate, 0.08 to 0.1 portion of propyl p-hydroxybenzoate, 13.95 to 14.55 portions of colorant and 15 to 15.65 portions of pearl component. The invention also provides a preparation process of the blush. The invention has the advantages of beautifying the skin and improving the facial color.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of blush preparation, in particular to blush and a preparation process thereof.
Background

The invention also provides a preparation process of the blush, which comprises the following steps:
(1) weighing the components according to the weight percentage of the formula;
(2) adding the talc and the mica weighed in the step (1) into a powder grinding machine, grinding to be fine, adding the fine powder into a stirrer, stirring at a high speed, adding a coloring agent, stirring at a high speed, and screening by using a 60-mesh screen to obtain a first mixture;
(3) mixing isooctyl palmitate, magnesium stearate and silin, heating to 70-80 deg.C until magnesium stearate is completely dissolved and transparent, adding methyl benzoate and propyl p-hydroxybenzoate, stirring, mixing with the first mixture, and heating to 60-70 deg.C to obtain a second mixture;
(4) heating distilled water to 90 ℃, adding starch octenyl succinic ester aluminum salt, stirring and dissolving uniformly, and cooling to below 55 ℃ to obtain a third mixture;
(5) adding the third mixture into the second mixture, stirring at high speed, cooling to 40 deg.C to obtain a fourth mixture, adding Margarita into the fourth mixture, and stirring at high speed to obtain ointment-like powder;
(6) adding the ointment-like powder into a mould for compression molding, putting the molded powder blocks on a screen plate, uniformly putting the powder blocks into an oven for heating and baking, wherein the baking temperature is 60-70 ℃, and the baking time is 1-2 hours;
(7) and taking out the baked powder blocks and packaging.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that: by adding the emollients such as isooctyl palmitate, sililin and the like, the face color cream has the advantages of conditioning and protecting skin, and meanwhile, by adding the pearl component, the face color cream is rich in natural spacious mica, has the effect of combining delicate powder feeling and pearly luster of crystal natural mica, and has more prominent face color improvement effect.

3. The blush as claimed in claim 2 wherein the weight ratio of red 40 lake to titanium dioxide is 4.2: 9.75.
4. the blush as claimed in claim 1, wherein the pearl component is 50 parts of mica powder, 30 parts of titanium dioxide, 20 parts of tin oxide.
5. A process for preparing a blush according to any one of claims 1 to 4, comprising the steps of:
(1) weighing the components according to the weight percentage of the formula;
(2) adding the talc and the mica weighed in the step (1) into a powder grinding machine, grinding to be fine, adding the fine powder into a stirrer, stirring at a high speed, adding a coloring agent, stirring at a high speed, and screening by using a 60-mesh screen to obtain a first mixture;
(3) mixing isooctyl palmitate, magnesium stearate and silin, heating to 70-80 deg.C until magnesium stearate is completely dissolved and transparent, adding methyl benzoate and propyl p-hydroxybenzoate, stirring, mixing with the first mixture, and heating to 60-70 deg.C to obtain a second mixture;
(4) heating distilled water to 90 ℃, adding starch octenyl succinic ester aluminum salt, stirring and dissolving uniformly, and cooling to below 55 ℃ to obtain a third mixture;
