in the graphic opening operation ticket, when detecting that a user gives an operation instruction to the selected equipment, the system automatically generates corresponding standard operation content information according to the equipment type, the operation instruction of the equipment and a generation rule of the corresponding operation content information; generating an operation ticket according to the operation content information, equipment asset information, personnel asset information, dangerous factors of equipment state change operation, control measures and the like which are filled by a user;
in particular, different operational options are provided for different device types, such as: for valves, there is opening and closing; for motors, there are start-ups and shut-downs; for the power switch, there are hot standby to cold standby, cold standby to hot standby, and so on. For example, when a user clicks a power switch of a 1A induced draft fan motor, and then selects ' hot standby to cold standby ' in a popped operation instruction option, the generated safety measure information is that the power switch of the 1A induced draft fan motor of the No. 1 furnace is pulled open and is switched to a cold standby state, and ' forbidding closing is hung, someone works! The system realizes the seamless interconnection of the system diagram asset information database and the equipment asset information database by introducing a hot spot area technology into the system diagram. after an operation ticket is created according to the work ticket, operation ticket information (comprising an operation ticket number, an operation ticket type and an operation ticket state) corresponding to each piece of safety measure information is added to the server; when the change of the flow state of the operation ticket is detected, a request for updating the state field of the operation ticket is sent to the server, the request also comprises updated state description, an instruction returned by the server is received, and the state field of the operation ticket related to the safety measure information of the work ticket is updated.
Specifically, after the client realizes the deep association of the work ticket and the operation ticket, the state induction of the work ticket and the operation ticket can be realized: the work ticket may be aware of the status of the associated work ticket. The single or multi-task operation tickets can be obtained by an instruction sent by the change of the on-line acquisition simulation equipment state, the specific content of the operation tickets can be automatically filled through a visual system diagram, and the two tickets related personnel can be added on line through a personnel asset information database, so that the system realizes the function of interconnection perception of the two tickets, the equipment related to the two tickets and the personnel related to the two tickets.

calling an operation ticket of which the user is authorized to operate; receiving an operation order to be operated selected by a field user and equipment asset information read by the field user scanning the dynamic two-dimensional code on the equipment to be operated; if the operation ticket is consistent with the equipment asset information, allowing the operation and popping up the operation content information of the operation ticket; if the operation ticket is inconsistent with the equipment asset information, operation is refused, and an alarm is popped up; and receiving an operation completion confirmation instruction input by a field user, and setting the operation ticket as the completion of the operation flow.
Particularly, the mobile terminal realizes the accurate execution of the operation ticket on site and prevents the operation ticket from entering the interval and operating the equipment by mistake.

specifically, the two tickets are locked in the following situations:
1. locking between work tickets: once the work ticket is approved, the safety measure information in the work ticket cannot be changed, and if a new work ticket exists at the moment and needs to change the safety measure information which needs to be maintained, the new work ticket is locked.
2. The method comprises the steps of locking a work ticket and an operation ticket, wherein once the work ticket is approved, the internal safety measure information of the work ticket cannot be changed, and if a new operation ticket exists at the moment, the content of the new operation ticket needs to change certain safety measure information which needs to be maintained, the new operation ticket is locked.
3. And locking the operation ticket, wherein once the operation ticket is authorized and is not executed completely, if a new operation ticket performs reverse operation on the content in the operation ticket at the moment, the new operation ticket is locked.
For example: when an operation ticket to be licensed is received, acquiring whether equipment corresponding to the operation ticket to be licensed is associated with a licensed work ticket, and if the operation ticket in the licensed state is not associated, indicating that the equipment is in a free state, allowing the operation ticket of the equipment; if the authorized work ticket is associated, the current state of the equipment is associated with the authorized work ticket degree, only the current state of the equipment is kept at the moment, the safe operation of the overhaul work can be ensured, otherwise, the work ticket does not allow the authorization. Otherwise, the operation ticket of the device is prohibited from being permitted.
The approved work ticket indicates that the overhaul work related to the work ticket can be done, and the safety measure information in the work ticket cannot be changed, namely the equipment state corresponding to the safety measure must be fixed. Otherwise, it will result in insecurity.
The work ticket is an overhaul certificate, the overhaul work can be carried out only after the overhaul personnel take the approved work ticket, the operation ticket is generated according to safety measure information (such as power failure, water failure, steam failure and other awareness) in the work ticket and is an operation ticket certificate for a worker to operate the equipment on the spot, the worker can operate the equipment (namely change the equipment state) only after taking the approved operation ticket, and finally, when the safety measure information in the work ticket is completely executed, the new work ticket can allow the approval. The system executes locking to realize the functions of locking two tickets, equipment related to the two tickets and the interconnection of personnel related to the two tickets.
Preferably, the client is further configured to monitor risk factors of equipment maintenance operations in the permitted work ticket and operation risk factors of equipment state change operations in the operation ticket in real time;
and when the risk factors and the grade of the equipment maintenance operation and the operation risk factors and the grade of the equipment state change operation are higher than preset values, generating early warning information and pushing the early warning information to a corresponding user.
Specifically, the system can automatically identify the risk factors of the operation of the equipment (the operation equipment in the safety measures and the overhaul equipment in the work content) related to the two tickets, and in the authorized operation tickets and work tickets, when the operation risk level of the related equipment is higher than the set value, the system can automatically give an early warning and prompt and push the operation risk factors by short messages.
In addition, in the system, the mobile terminal and the client can share data of the server, and the data can be used by an external network authorized user through a cloud server of the bridge, so that mobile office is realized. The mobile office mainly comprises 1) remotely checking two-ticket summary data of a whole plant 2) remotely checking specific work tickets and operation ticket contents 3) remotely approving the work tickets and the operation tickets 4) remotely inquiring equipment asset information, two-ticket asset information and personnel asset information according to classification rules.
To sum up, the system realizes the interconnection of two tickets in the power industry, personnel related to the two tickets and equipment related to the two tickets, has a sensing locking function, and prevents misoperation from the source. The system breaks through barriers among safety core elements (personnel, equipment and two tickets) of the power industry aiming at the current situation of safety control of the existing power industry, realizes the functions of interconnection, intercommunication, perception and locking among the elements and can realize safe and accurate control. The system can be popularized to industries such as energy, chemical engineering and the like, and accurate control of personnel behaviors, equipment states and work flows in the whole process is achieved.
For the sake of brief description, the embodiments of the present invention do not refer to the corresponding contents in the foregoing embodiments of the present invention.

Claims (10)

1. A two-ticket software system based on industrial Internet and digital technology is characterized by comprising:
a data aggregation center: performing aggregation association on an equipment asset information database, a system diagram asset information database, a two-ticket information database and a personnel asset information database through a data aggregation mechanism; the equipment asset information database is obtained by arranging equipment asset information of the power enterprise; the system diagram asset information database is obtained by arranging system diagram asset information of an electric power enterprise; the two-ticket information database is obtained by arranging two-ticket information of the power enterprise; the personnel asset information database is obtained by arranging personnel asset information of the power enterprise;
a client: for a user to perform at least one of the following functions: the method comprises the steps of inputting, editing and inquiring equipment asset information, executing a two-ticket process, generating an operation ticket by a work ticket, and inputting, editing and inquiring personnel asset information;
a mobile terminal: for a field user to perform at least one of the following functions: executing a field operation ticket, inquiring field asset information, inputting, editing and inquiring equipment asset information, generating, approving and ending two tickets, generating an operation ticket by a work ticket, and inputting, editing and inquiring personnel asset information; the mobile terminal is also used for managing two-ticket information of an enterprise by a management user to realize mobile office;
a server: the mobile terminal is used for storing data and interacting data with a client or a mobile terminal;
dynamic two-dimensional code: and associating with the data obtained after the aggregation association in the data aggregation center.
2. The industrial Internet and digital technology based two-ticket software system as claimed in claim 1,
the equipment asset information comprises static asset information and dynamic asset information;
the static asset information comprises one or more of the following data: equipment name, equipment position, nameplate parameter, equipment transaction, equipment picture, equipment type, equipment number, equipment unit, equipment system diagram, equipment grade, equipment area, equipment parameter, manufacturer operation instruction and equipment operation risk factor; the risk factors of equipment operation comprise operation risk factors of equipment state change operation and corresponding control measures, operation risk factors of equipment maintenance and corresponding control measures;
the dynamic asset information comprises one or more of the following data: device status, device asset information associated with the device, two tickets information associated with the device, device defect information associated with the device, and associated valve plate accountant information for the device.
3. The industrial Internet and digital technology based two-ticket software system as claimed in claim 2,
each device in a system diagram of an electric power enterprise is provided with a hot spot area;
the client is provided with a visual interface, and the visual interface is used for displaying the system diagram;
the client is used for acquiring an area of a system diagram clicked by a user, and displaying a device name and an operable option corresponding to the hotspot area when the area belongs to the hotspot area; and when the area does not belong to the hot spot area, executing the operation of enlarging, reducing or moving the system diagram according to the user operation.
4. The industrial Internet and digital technology based two-ticket software system as claimed in claim 3,
the two-ticket flow execution comprises the following functions: generating, examining and approving, executing, permitting and ending the work ticket, and generating, examining and approving, permitting, executing and ending the operation ticket;
the client is further configured to: presetting a generation rule of safety measure information and a generation rule of operation content information, wherein the generation rule is set according to the type of equipment and an operation instruction for the equipment;
when detecting that a user gives an operation instruction to the selected equipment, automatically generating corresponding safety measure information according to the equipment type, the operation instruction of the equipment and a generation rule of the corresponding safety measure information; generating a work ticket according to the safety measure information, the equipment asset information, the personnel asset information, the dangerous factors of the equipment maintenance operation and the control measures which are filled by the user;
when detecting that a user gives an operation instruction to the selected equipment, automatically generating corresponding operation content information according to the equipment type, the operation instruction of the equipment and a generation rule of the corresponding operation content information; and generating an operation order according to the operation content information, the equipment asset information, the personnel asset information, the dangerous factors of the equipment state change operation and the control measures which are filled by the user.
5. The two-ticket software system based on industrial internet and digital technology as claimed in claim 4, wherein the client is further configured to:
the method comprises the steps of reading safety measure information of a work ticket selected by a user, sequentially obtaining equipment types and operation instructions in the safety measure information, classifying each piece of safety measure information according to a preset rule, obtaining classification results of all pieces of safety measure information, and creating the operation ticket according to each classification result.
6. The two-ticket software system based on industrial internet and digital technology as claimed in claim 5, wherein said client is further configured to:
after an operation ticket is created according to the work ticket, operation ticket information corresponding to each piece of safety measure information is added to the server; when the change of the flow state of the operation ticket is detected, a request for updating the state field of the operation ticket is sent to the server, the request also comprises updated state description, an instruction returned by the server is received, and the state field of the operation ticket related to the safety measure information of the work ticket is updated.
7. The two-ticket software system based on the industrial internet and the digital technology as claimed in claim 6, wherein the mobile terminal is specifically configured to:
calling an operation ticket of which the user is authorized to operate; receiving an operation order to be operated selected by a field user and equipment asset information read by the field user scanning the dynamic two-dimensional code on the equipment to be operated; if the operation ticket is consistent with the equipment asset information, allowing the operation and popping up the operation content information of the operation ticket; if the operation ticket is inconsistent with the equipment asset information, operation is refused, and an alarm is popped up; and receiving an operation completion confirmation instruction input by a field user, and setting the operation ticket as the completion of the operation flow.
8. The industrial Internet and digital technology based two-ticket software system as claimed in claim 7,
the mobile terminal and the client share the data of the server, and the data is used by an external network authorized user through a cloud server of the bridge, so that at least one of the following functions is realized:
and remotely checking the summarized data of the two tickets, remotely checking the contents of the work tickets and the operation tickets, remotely approving the work tickets and the operation tickets, and remotely inquiring equipment asset information, two-ticket information and personnel asset information according to a preset classification rule.
