Description

Preparation method of tobacco raw material and heating non-combustion cigarette with tobacco raw material
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of heating non-combustion cigarettes, and particularly relates to a preparation method of a tobacco raw material and a heating non-combustion cigarette with the tobacco raw material.
Background
The heating non-combustion cigarette is one of the important components of the novel tobacco products. The cigarette which is not burnt after being heated has low temperature (below 500 ℃), and has less harmful substances compared with the tobacco, so the cigarette can meet the smoking requirement and satisfaction of consumers, and becomes a novel tobacco product with the most development potential.
At present, the raw materials of the cigarette which is not heated and combusted mainly comprise reconstituted tobacco, granular tobacco and flue-cured tobacco. The reconstituted tobacco is widely applied due to strong plasticity and high capacity of loading the atomizing agent and can keep the effective components of the tobacco, for example, the tobacco is reconstituted by a thick paste method in an orderly arrangement in an IQOS cigarette developed by Feymo tobacco company, the tobacco is reconstituted by a paper-making method in an Eclipse cigarette developed by Reynolds tobacco company, and the tobacco is reconstituted by a paper-making method in an unordered arrangement in a glo cigarette developed by England tobacco company. However, because the reconstituted tobacco needs to be added with the atomizing agent, the adhesive and the essence and the spice in the production and manufacturing process, the adhesive can be heated in the heating and smoking of the cigarette which is not burnt, and thus, the sensory quality and the smoking experience are both potentially influenced. The granular raw material is a sheet or granular cigarette raw material prepared by crushing and processing a tobacco raw material, but has the defects of large suction resistance fluctuation and unstable smoke. The tobacco shreds are prepared into cigarette raw materials by adding the atomizing agent, and although the loading capacity of the atomizing agent is not high, the tobacco shreds are relatively mature technical products and have the advantages of gloss, oil moisture, rich and fine fragrance, harmony, no miscellaneous gas, no irritation and high purity and comfort.
