艾草与中国人的生活有着密切的关系,每至端午节之际,人们总是将艾置于家中以“避邪”,秆枯后的株体泡水熏蒸以达消毒止痒,用艾叶熏蒸母婴室可抑制葡萄球菌、绿脓杆菌、结核杆菌、大肠杆菌等10多种常见细菌的生长,还可对乙肝病毒进行灭活,并且熏蒸后空气参数可以达到正常,对产妇和新生儿毒性小、刺激小,因此产妇多用艾水洗澡或熏蒸。传统药性理论认为艾叶有理气血,逐寒湿、温经、止血、安胎等作用。现代实验研究证明,艾叶具有抗菌及抗病毒作用;平喘、镇咳及祛痰作用;止血及抗凝血作用;镇静及抗过敏作用;护肝利胆作用等。艾草可作“艾叶茶”、“艾叶汤”、“艾叶粥”等食谱,以增强人体对疾病的抵抗能力。随着医学领域的不断拓宽,艾叶的用途越来越广。
艾草文化,历史悠久。著名古代医典《本草纲目》、《本草从新》等均对艾草极为推崇,故历来艾有“草中钻石"美誉。如能将艾草与瑜伽器材结合起来,在瑜伽练习过程中能同时发挥艾草的辅助功效,能大大拓展艾草的应用范围,然而,直接将艾草与瑜伽器材简单结合,艾草与瑜伽材料相容性差,使得产品会产生气泡、孔洞等严重的质量缺陷,同时,这样结合艾草本身被封闭在产品内部,难以发挥艾草的作用。

瑜伽系列产品基础配方为TPE、EVA、PE等材料根据不同配方组份配合而成,生产配方直接添加艾草不具有良好的相容性,会产生气泡、孔洞等质量问题严重影响产品外观。本发明利用环烷油的特殊性能:高溶解力;优异的低温性能;与某些树脂及聚合物优良的兼容性,通过环烷油对特定颗粒大小的艾草颗粒进行改性,环烷油具有饱和环状碳链结构,而且在它的环上通常还会有连接着饱和支链,艾草颗粒经过环烷油浸泡表面活化处理后就解决了与瑜伽系列配方中树脂(EVA、PE、TPE)的相容性问题,克服了艾草与瑜伽产品结合的最大难题。
