This example differs from example 1 in that:
the red fading relieving and repairing composition comprises, by weight, 0.5 part of a red fading active substance, 1.5 parts of a purslane extract, 0.5 part of a centella asiatica extract, 0.5 part of a cactus extract and 0.5 part of a salvia miltiorrhiza root extract.
Comparative examples 1 to 10
Taking example 4 as an example, comparative examples 1-10 are provided, and the comparative examples are different from example 4 in the contained components, and are specifically shown in table 1:

Test example 1
Laser skin damage testing
18 volunteers who are not allergic and have no skin damage are randomly recruited, 1 part of 1.2 x 1.2cm experimental area is respectively defined on the inner sides of the left arm and the right arm, the samples prepared in examples 1-8 and comparative examples 1-10 are respectively smeared on the experimental area of the skin of the 18 volunteers after laser irradiation for 1s, the time t required for fading (until the normal skin complexion is reached) is recorded, and the experimental results are shown in table 2.

By performing laser fading experiments on the samples of examples 1 to 8 and comparative examples 1 to 10, it is found that the time required for fading red is the shortest in example 4, and compared with comparative examples 1 to 10, the time required for fading red of examples 1 to 8 is within the range of 10 to 25min, and is about 20min on average, which indicates that the time required for fading red after a laser operation can be effectively shortened by the fading red relieving repair composition provided by examples 1 to 8.
It can be seen by comparing example 4 with comparative examples 4-10 that there is a synergistic effect between the purslane extract, centella asiatica extract, cactus extract and chamomile extract in the soothing conditioner, or the active and soothing conditioners in the whole of the red fading soothing conditioner composition.
Examples 9 to 13 and comparative example 11
Examples 9-13 and comparative example 11 each provide a serum having the composition shown in table 3.

The preparation method comprises the following steps:
and (4) mixing the third component in advance, heating and dissolving uniformly for later use.
Adding the raw materials in the first component into a clean emulsifying pot, stirring and heating to 175 ℃, vacuumizing, homogenizing at 1300r/min for 2.5 minutes until the raw materials are uniformly dissolved, keeping the temperature and stirring for 15 minutes, and starting cooling water to cool.
When the temperature of the material body in the emulsifying pot is reduced to 45 ℃, adding the raw materials in the second component and the pre-mixed and dissolved third component raw materials into the emulsifying pot, uniformly stirring, adjusting the pH to 7.2 by using arginine, continuously reducing the temperature to 38 ℃, sampling, observing and testing, filtering by using 200-mesh filter cloth after the materials are qualified, and discharging.
Test example 2
Performing product physicochemical test on the essence
1. Product stability testing
The conventional stability test was performed on the blood-fading soothing repair essence products of examples 9-13 by the conventional determination method in the art (QB/T2660-2004), and the average values of the determination results of examples 9-13 are shown in Table 4.

As can be seen from the data in the table, the blood fading soothing and repairing essence provided by the embodiments 9-13 has better stability.
2. Microbiological indicator of product
The product microbiological indicators of the blood fading and allergy-relieving repair essences of examples 9 to 13 were measured by the conventional measurement method in the art, and the average values of the measurement results are shown in table 5.

3. Patch test
12 subjects were selected according to the subject inclusion criteria, with an average age of 28 years. The test substance is put into a spot tester, and the dosage is about 0.020g to 0.025 g. The control hole is blank (no substance is placed), the plaque test device with the tested substance is attached to the back of the tested person by using a non-irritating adhesive tape, and the skin is evenly attached to the plaque test device by lightly pressing the palm of the hand for 24 hours. And (3) after the spot tester is removed for 30min, observing skin reaction after the indentation disappears, and grading adverse reaction according to a skin adverse reaction grading standard table. If the result is negative, the test is observed once more at 24h and 48h after the patch test.
The result of the human body skin patch test shows that: 12 subjects observed skin reactions at 0.5, 24 and 48 hours by the patch tests of examples 9 to 13 and comparative example 11 of the present invention, wherein 0 case showed adverse skin reactions, indicating that the red fading soothing and repairing essence of the present invention is safe and does not produce irritation.
4. Test for antihistaminic Properties
20 volunteers meeting the experimental requirements were recruited randomly, 4 designated experimental areas were defined on the inner side of the arms, 2.00% histamine aqueous solution was added, after 2 minutes, when the experimental areas appeared red and itchy, 1ml of the essence containing the anti-pruritic soothing treatment composition of examples 9-13 and the matrix of comparative example 11 were applied, the time required for the itchy relief was recorded, each set of data was summarized, and the average time t required for the essence containing the anti-pruritic soothing treatment composition to achieve the soothing effect was obtained, and the experimental results are shown in table 6.

According to the experimental data, the antihistamine performance of the anti-allergic and anti-fading composition is in direct proportion to the addition amount of the anti-allergic and anti-fading composition; however, the essence of example 11 is selected as the essence of the best example in consideration of skin feel and cost, and has good antihistaminic ability and good red fading and soothing repairing effects.
5. Evaluation of product red fading relieving repair effect
30 skin sensitive and allergic volunteers were selected, 6 per group, and divided into 5 groups. The essences of examples 9 to 13 and comparative example 11 were used in groups, one time each day, morning and evening. The test results are shown in table 6, wherein the score of the red fading and soothing repairing effect is in a score range of 1-10, the lower the score is, the worse the effect is proved, 1 is the worst red fading and soothing repairing effect, 10 is the best red fading and soothing repairing effect, the test results are the average value of each group, and the results are shown in table 7.

It can be known from the test of the red fading soothing repairing effect that the red fading soothing repairing effects of the embodiments 11-13 are almost the same, and the preferred embodiment 11 is the best embodiment in view of the product cost.
In conclusion, the aescin, the Ruscus aculeatus root extract and the calendula officinalis extract are used as main red fading active ingredients and are matched with other slow active ingredients, the synergistic effect is achieved through compatibility of all the components, compared with the single or combination use, the red fading time after the laser operation is shortened, the red fading and slow repairing effect can be effectively achieved, and the problem of red swelling of the skin after the laser operation is effectively treated. The repairing composition can be used in cosmetics, and the cosmetics containing the repairing composition, such as the fading and soothing repairing essence, are not added with preservatives, are mild, safe and non-irritant, and are suitable for long-term use by people after laser surgery.

Claims (10)

1. The repairing composition is characterized in that the raw materials of the composition comprise, by weight, 0.1-2.5 parts of a fading active substance and 0.1-10 parts of a soothing repairing substance;
wherein the melatonin active substance mainly comprises aescin, Ruscus aculeatus root extract and calendula officinalis extract;
the soothing conditioner mainly comprises at least one of purslane extract, centella asiatica extract, cactus extract, chamomile extract, aloe extract and salvia miltiorrhiza root extract.
2. The remedial composition of claim 1 wherein the soothing conditioner contains both purslane extract, centella asiatica extract, cactus extract, and chamomile extract;
preferably, the weight ratio of the melatonin active to the purslane extract, the centella asiatica extract, the cactus extract and the chamomile extract is 1-2:1-5:0.5-1:1: 1.
3. The remedial composition of claim 1 wherein the soothing conditioner contains both purslane extract, centella asiatica extract, cactus extract, and aloe vera extract;
preferably, the weight ratio of the melatonin active to the purslane extract, the centella asiatica extract, the cactus extract and the aloe vera extract is 1-10:1-5:0.1-1:0.1-1: 0.1-1.
4. The remedial composition of claim 1 wherein the soothing conditioner contains both purslane extract, centella asiatica extract, cactus extract, and salvia miltiorrhiza extract;
preferably, the weight ratio of the melatonin active to the purslane extract, the centella asiatica extract, the cactus extract and the salvia miltiorrhiza extract is 5:5-15:1-5:1-5: 5.
5. The remedial composition of any of claims 1-4, wherein the raw material further comprises a cosmetically acceptable carrier.
6. Use of a repairing composition according to any of claims 1 to 4 in cosmetics.
7. A cosmetic characterized in that a raw material of the cosmetic comprises the repairing composition according to any one of claims 1 to 4;
preferably, the cosmetic is selected from any one of a lotion, an essence, a lotion, a mask and a cream;
preferably, the repair composition is present in the cosmetic product in an amount of from 0.1 to 25% by weight, more preferably from 0.1 to 10% by weight.
8. The essence is characterized in that the components of the essence comprise a first component, a second component and a third component;
wherein the first component comprises 1, 3-propylene glycol, glycerol, hydrolyzed sclerotium rolfsii gum, trehalose, tranexamic acid, polyacrylate cross-linked polymer-6 and water;
the second component comprising the remedial composition of any of claims 1-4, arginine, 1, 2-hexanediol, 4D hyaluronic acid, and dexrazoxane;
the third component comprises quaternary ammonium salt-73 and butanediol;
preferably, the components of the essence comprise, by weight, 10-20% of the 1, 3-propylene glycol, 1-5% of the glycerol, 0.1-0.5% of the hydrolyzed sclerotium rolfsii gel, 0.5-2% of the trehalose, 0.1-2.5% of the tranexamic acid, 60.1-0.5% of the polyacrylate cross-linked polymer, 0.1-10% of the repairing composition, 0.05-0.3% of the arginine, 0.1-0.5% of the 1, 2-hexanediol, 0.01-0.5% of the 4D hyaluronic acid, 0.5-2% of the dexemeton, 0. 730.001-0.005% of the quaternary ammonium salt, 0.5-3% of the butanediol, and the balance of water.
9. The method for preparing the essence according to claim 8, comprising the steps of: mixing the first component, the second component, and the third component.
10. The method of claim 9, wherein the second component is mixed with the first component after dissolution and the third component after dissolution;
preferably, the dissolving of the first component is to homogenize each component of the first component at 70-75 ℃, 1200-;
preferably, when the temperature of the dissolved first component is reduced to 40-45 ℃, adding the second component and the third component into the first component, adjusting the pH to 7-7.5, and continuously reducing the temperature to 35-38 ℃;
preferably, arginine is used to adjust the pH;
preferably, the method further comprises performing solid-liquid separation on a mixed solution obtained by mixing the first component, the second component and the third component.
