背景技术
猪只在不同生长阶段,不同发育时期,对营养和能量的需求是动态变化的。断奶后至育肥前这一阶段,称为仔猪期,仔猪在这个阶段的典型生理特点表现为:机体各组织、各脏器功能发育尚不完善,尤其消化***功能较弱,主要表现为胃、肠道体积较小,消化酶活性低,胃酸分泌不足,肠道微生物菌群不平衡,导致这一阶段仔猪消化吸收能力较差,加之免疫***发育不完善,因此,这个阶段的仔猪体弱多病,容易出现腹泻、水肿等情况,护理难度较大。
为了降低仔猪的患病率,使仔猪生长速度加快,提高日增重,缩短饲养周期,降低养殖成本,往往会在饲料中添加抗生素。而随着社会的发展,人们对食品安全越来越重视,抗生素饲料添加剂的广泛应用所引起的耐药问题越来越严重,也会导致动物体内菌群失调、产生抗药性、畜产品适口性差等问题,尤其是食物链的药物残留也引起普遍关注。
仔猪补饲饲料中豆粕等大豆蛋白超过粗蛋白总量的50%或豆粕(或大豆)加工处理方法不当及仔猪补饲不充分,大豆蛋白的抗原激活了肠道的局部免疫***,如仔猪未能产生免疫耐受性,则免疫***经常处于准备状态,当断奶后再次接触此类抗原时,便产生了抗原抗体免疫反应,导致消化不良、腹泻,发生水肿病

一种所述的含有纤维素酶的饲料的制备方法,其包括以下步骤:
将谷物进行粉碎、膨化后,再次粉碎,得到谷物粉料;加入糖类、乳清粉、大豆浓缩蛋白、猪喷雾干燥血浆蛋白粉、肠膜蛋白粉、复合氨基酸和纤维素酶混合均匀,进行灭菌处理,得到主料;
采用种子培养基分别对嗜酸乳杆菌、鼠李糖乳杆菌、植物乳杆菌、双歧杆菌分别进行单独培养24-36h,制得嗜酸乳杆菌发酵液、鼠李糖乳杆菌发酵液、植物乳杆菌发酵液和双歧杆菌发酵液;
将嗜酸乳杆菌发酵液、鼠李糖乳杆菌发酵液、植物乳杆菌发酵液、双歧杆菌发酵液按照4-5%接种量接种至发酵培养基内,在温度为36±2℃、搅拌速度为80-200r/min的条件下,密闭发酵8-12h,得到混合乳杆菌发酵物;
在混合乳杆菌发酵物中添加所述主料混合,在36±2℃发酵12-36h,得到含有纤维素酶的饲料。
本发明相对现有技术具有突出的实质性特点和显著进步,具体的说,本发明在保证仔猪生长发育所需必需氨基酸的条件下,降低了饲料中的蛋白质含量既可减少日粮中某些抗原反应,又可减少肠内蛋白质因消化不良造成的腐败,减少仔猪断奶后腹泻的发生频率;同时,采用多种乳杆菌相互配合保证菌活性的同时,加入乳杆菌发酵物降低pH值,激活消化酶,利于乳杆菌的繁殖,对饲料进行发酵,提高消化力,既可改善仔猪的增重速度和饲料利用率,也可在仔猪肠道内繁殖成优质菌群,抑制病原菌及有害微生物的生长繁殖,形成肠道内良性微生态环境,降低仔猪腹泻发生;另外在饲料中加入纤维素酶,可以弥补断奶后仔猪体内酶的分泌不足,提高饲料利用率,防止消化不良性腹泻。
具体实施方式
下面通过具体实施方式,对本发明的技术方案做进一步的详细描述。以下实施例中,谷物采用质量比1:1的玉米和豆粕;使用的菌株为植物乳杆菌Lp-DA(CGMCC No.16835)、鼠李糖乳杆菌Lr-ALTHT(CGMCC No.16834)、嗜酸乳杆菌(CICC No.6096)和两歧双歧杆菌(CGMCC No.1.5029);种子培养基采用基础培养基,配方为:蛋白胨30.0g/L、葡萄糖25.0g/L、乙酸钠4.5g/L、硫酸镁0.32g/L、硫酸锰0.11g/L、氯化钠1.20g/L、吐温80 0.50g/L、磷酸二氢钾2.2g/L、柠檬酸4.5g/L、余量为无菌水,pH值6.70;发酵培养基配方为:蔗糖15g/L、麦芽糖6g/L、甘油15g/L、蛋白胨26g/L、花青素0.3g/L、柠檬酸氢二铵1.2g/L、磷酸氢二钾5g/L、硫酸镁1.5g/L、硫酸锰1.2g/L、乙酸钠2g/L、吐温-80 1.2g/L,溶剂为无菌水。
实施例1
一种含有纤维素酶的饲料,其特征在于:包括谷物55份、糖类7份、乳清粉5份、大豆浓缩蛋白5份、猪喷雾干燥血浆蛋白粉10份、肠膜蛋白粉1份、复合氨基酸1份、复合乳杆菌发酵物20份、纤维素酶0.1份;其中,所述谷物的熟化度为45%;所述糖类为质量比为1:1的蔗糖和麦芽糖;所述复合氨基酸主要包括以下质量份的组分:赖氨酸70份、蛋氨酸5份、缬氨酸5份、苏氨酸10份和色氨酸3份;所述复合乳杆菌发酵物包括嗜酸乳杆菌、鼠李糖乳杆菌、植物乳杆菌、双歧杆菌及其发酵物。
一种所述的含有纤维素酶的饲料的制备方法,其包括以下步骤:

在混合乳杆菌发酵物中添加所述主料混合,在36±2℃发酵12-36h,得到含有纤维素酶的饲料。
实施例2
一种含有纤维素酶的饲料,包括谷物65份、糖类14份、乳清粉10份、大豆浓缩蛋白10份、猪喷雾干燥血浆蛋白粉15份、肠膜蛋白粉1份、复合氨基酸1份、复合乳杆菌发酵物40份、纤维素酶0.1-1份;其中,所述谷物的熟化度为65%;所述糖类为质量比为1:2的蔗糖和麦芽糖;所述复合氨基酸主要包括以下质量份的组分:赖氨酸80份、蛋氨酸10份、缬氨酸10份、苏氨酸15份和色氨酸7份;所述复合乳杆菌发酵物包括嗜酸乳杆菌、鼠李糖乳杆菌、植物乳杆菌、双歧杆菌及其发酵物。
一种所述的含有纤维素酶的饲料的制备方法,其包括以下步骤:

在混合乳杆菌发酵物中添加所述主料混合,在36±2℃发酵12-36h,得到含有纤维素酶的饲料。
实施例3
一种含有纤维素酶的饲料,包括谷物60份、糖类10份、乳清粉8份、大豆浓缩蛋白7份、猪喷雾干燥血浆蛋白粉12份、肠膜蛋白粉0.8份、复合氨基酸0.5份、复合乳杆菌发酵物30份、纤维素酶0.7份;其中,所述谷物的熟化度为60%;所述糖类为质量比为1:2的蔗糖和麦芽糖;所述复合氨基酸主要包括以下质量份的组分:赖氨酸75份、蛋氨酸7份、缬氨酸8份、苏氨酸11份和色氨酸5份;所述复合乳杆菌发酵物包括嗜酸乳杆菌、鼠李糖乳杆菌、植物乳杆菌、双歧杆菌及其发酵物。
一种所述的含有纤维素酶的饲料的制备方法,其包括以下步骤:
将谷物进行粉碎、膨化后,再次粉碎,得到谷物粉料;加入糖类、乳清粉、大豆浓缩蛋白、猪喷雾干燥血浆蛋白粉、肠膜蛋白粉、复合氨基酸和纤维素酶混合均匀,进行灭菌处理,得到主料;
采用种子培养基分别对嗜酸乳杆菌、鼠李糖乳杆菌、植物乳杆菌、双歧杆菌分别进行单独培养30h,制得嗜酸乳杆菌发酵液、鼠李糖乳杆菌发酵液、植物乳杆菌发酵液和双歧杆菌发酵液;测得混合乳杆菌发酵物的活菌数为3.52×109cfu/mL;
将嗜酸乳杆菌发酵液、鼠李糖乳杆菌发酵液、植物乳杆菌发酵液、双歧杆菌发酵液按照5%接种量接种至发酵培养基内,在温度为36±2℃、搅拌速度为80-200r/min的条件下,密闭发酵10h,得到混合乳杆菌发酵物;
在混合乳杆菌发酵物中添加所述主料混合,在36±2℃发酵12-36h,得到含有纤维素酶的饲料。
性能验证
选择体重为6~6.5kg、25天的断奶仔猪200头,分为实验组和对照组,每组100头。实验组投食实施例3提供的饲料,对照组投食对照饲料(对照饲料和实施例3的区别在于将混合乳杆菌发酵物替换为等质量的无菌水),喂养60天,实验组和对照组的仔猪各项指标见表1。

由表1可知,本发明提供的粉粒结合型乳猪配合饲料的料肉比和腹泻率均比较低,说明本发明提供的饲料的消化和吸收情况更好,而且食用实施例3饲料的乳猪的肠胃功能更好,有效保障仔猪无应激过渡。

Claims (4)
1.一种含有纤维素酶的饲料,其特征在于:包括谷物55-65份、糖类7-14份、乳清粉5-10份、大豆浓缩蛋白5-10份、猪喷雾干燥血浆蛋白粉10-15份、肠膜蛋白粉0.1-1份、复合氨基酸0.1-1份、复合乳杆菌发酵物20-40份、纤维素酶0.1-1份;其中,所述谷物的熟化度为45%-65%;所述糖类为质量比为1:(1-2)的蔗糖和麦芽糖。
2.根据权利要求1所述的含有纤维素酶的饲料,其特征在于:所述复合氨基酸主要包括以下质量份的组分:赖氨酸70-80份、蛋氨酸5-10份、缬氨酸5-10份、苏氨酸10-15份和色氨酸3-7份。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的含有纤维素酶的饲料,其特征在于:所述复合乳杆菌发酵物包括嗜酸乳杆菌、鼠李糖乳杆菌、植物乳杆菌、双歧杆菌及其发酵物。
4.一种权利要求1-3任一项所述的含有纤维素酶的饲料的制备方法,其包括以下步骤:
将谷物进行粉碎、膨化后,再次粉碎,得到谷物粉料;加入糖类、乳清粉、大豆浓缩蛋白、猪喷雾干燥血浆蛋白粉、肠膜蛋白粉、复合氨基酸和纤维素酶混合均匀,进行灭菌处理,得到主料;
采用种子培养基分别对嗜酸乳杆菌、鼠李糖乳杆菌、植物乳杆菌、双歧杆菌分别进行单独培养24-36 h,制得嗜酸乳杆菌发酵液、鼠李糖乳杆菌发酵液、植物乳杆菌发酵液和双歧杆菌发酵液;
