Background
The cold drink is a very popular drink, and particularly provides the externally-carried instant cold drink which has better mouthfeel, and can adjust sugar and ice cubes according to the requirements of each person, thereby being popular with consumers. The cold drink cup of the invention preferably further comprises a cup cover, the cup cover is provided with a cover body which is combined with the cup body and shields the opening, the cover body is provided with a puncturing area with a thinner thickness, and the cover body is formed by another edible starch base structure.
The cold drink cup of the invention is preferably: the cup body is cylindrical, and the cover body is in a corresponding cylindrical round cap shape.
The method for manufacturing the cold drink cup comprises the following steps: step S1: shaping, step S2: coating and step S3: and (4) coating.

Therefore, the containing space can be used for containing cold drinks for drinking, and in the drinking period of the cold drinks, the cold drinks are prevented from permeating the starch base structure by virtue of the oil-water separation structure of the water-proof oil-containing coating, and the water-proof film can prevent the starch base structure from absorbing condensed water; after the cold drink is drunk and the water-proof film is removed, the starch base structure and the water-proof oil-containing coating can be eaten, so that the garbage amount is reduced.

referring to fig. 1, 2 and 3, the present invention is a container for cold drinks, which includes a cup 10, wherein the cup 10 has a cup body 11, the cup body 11 has a receiving space 12 and an opening 13, the opening 13 is disposed upward and communicates with the receiving space 12, the cup body 11 is composed of a starch base structure 111, a water-proof oil-containing coating 112 and a water-proof film 113, the starch base structure 111 is an edible food material and is used for forming a main body of the cup body 11, the water-proof oil-containing coating 112 is also an edible food material, the water-proof oil-containing coating 112 is coated on an inner side of the starch base structure 111, the water-proof film 113 is made of a waterproof material, and the water-proof film 113 coats an outer side of the starch base structure 111.
Referring to fig. 1, 2 and 4, the present invention may further include a lid 20, the lid 20 has a lid body 21, the lid body 21 is combined with the cup body 11 and covers the opening 13, the cup body 11 is cylindrical, and the lid body 21 is a circular cap corresponding to the cylindrical shape. The cover 21 has a piercing area 22 (as shown in fig. 4) with a smaller thickness, and the cover 21 is composed of a starch-based structure 211, and the starch-based structure 211 is edible food material.
In addition, referring to fig. 5, the method for manufacturing a cold drink cup of the present invention comprises: step S1: shaping, step S2: coating and step S3: and (4) coating.
First, step S1: shaping, heating a starch solution (not shown) with a mold (not shown) to form the starch-based structure 111.
Step S2 follows: coating, heating a water-and oil-repellent material (not shown) which is solid at normal temperature, spraying the water-and oil-repellent material (not shown) which is formed into liquid state onto the inner side of the starch base structure 111, and cooling to form the water-and oil-repellent coating 112 on the inner side of the starch base structure 111.
Finally, step S3: coating, placing the starch base structure 111 with the water-proof oil-containing coating 112 into a water-proof plastic shrinking bag (not shown), and feeding the starch base structure 111 into an air heater (not shown) to shrink the water-proof plastic shrinking bag to form the water-proof film 113, so that the water-proof film 113 coats the outside of the starch base structure 111.

the cup body is provided with an accommodating space and an opening which is arranged upwards and is communicated with the accommodating space, and the cup body is composed of an edible starch base structure forming the cup body, an edible water-proof oil-containing coating the inner side of the starch base structure and a water-proof film coating the outer side of the starch base structure.
2. A cold drink cup according to claim 1, further comprising a lid having a lid body coupled to said cup body and covering said opening, said lid body having a reduced thickness piercing area, said lid body being formed of another edible starch-based structure.
3. A cold drink cup according to claim 2, wherein said cup body is cylindrical and said lid body is in the form of a circular cap corresponding to said cylindrical shape.
4. A method of making a cold drink cup according to claim 1, comprising:
step S1: shaping, namely heating a starch solution by means of a mold to form the starch substrate structure;
step S2: coating, heating a water-proof and oil-containing material which is solid at normal temperature, pouring the water-proof and oil-containing material which forms liquid state on the inner side of the starch base structure, and forming the water-proof and oil-containing coating on the inner side of the starch base structure after cooling; and
step S3: and (3) coating, namely placing the starch base structure with the water-proof oil-containing coating into a water-proof plastic shrinkage bag, sending the starch base structure into an air heater, and shrinking the water-proof plastic shrinkage bag to form the water-proof film, so that the water-proof film coats the outer side of the starch base structure.
