本发明涉及表面处理技术领域，具体涉及一种贴金工艺。
背景技术
很多演出道具上长着金色，以达到吸引注意力的作用，例如，舞狮用的狮子头道具，就大量采用金色，但是时间一长，狮子头上的金色会慢慢褪去，影响演出效果。如今金箔已经得到广泛的使用，例如工艺品、装饰品、寿盒表面包装等等，所以其材质也较为广泛，有木器、塑料、铁铜器、玻璃等，或者其结合，这样对于不同物质表面的贴金存在着较高的要求。
但传统贴金工艺要求较高的操作性，操作也比较复杂，而且需要用到金箔，导致成本高。
发明内容
针对上述存在的技术不足，本发明的目的是提供一种贴金工艺，具有成本低、操作简单的优点。
为解决上述技术问题，本发明采用如下技术方案：
一种贴金工艺，包括以下步骤：
步骤一：调制面漆，取聚氨酯清漆2.6kg、黄色木器漆色清70g，均匀混合后装入喷枪，待用；
步骤二：喷涂，在待喷产品上喷涂面漆，厚度为0.02mm-0.08mm，放在阴凉处晾干即可得成品。
优选地，步骤二中，在喷涂之前，应对待喷产品进行清洁，用酒精擦拭去灰尘并晾干。
本发明的有益效果在于：具有成本低、操作简单的优点。

步骤二：喷涂，在喷涂之前，对舞狮道具狮子头进行清洁，用酒精擦拭去灰尘并晾干，在狮子头上喷涂面漆，厚度为0.04mm，放在阴凉处晾干即可得成品。

步骤一：调制面漆，取聚氨酯清漆2.6kg、黄色木器漆色清70g，均匀混合后装入喷枪，待用；
步骤二：喷涂，在待喷产品上喷涂面漆，厚度为0.02mm-0.08mm，放在阴凉处晾干即可得成品。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种贴金工艺，其特征在于，步骤二中，在喷涂之前，应对待喷产品进行清洁，用酒精擦拭去灰尘并晾干。
