Abstract
The invention discloses a method for cultivating good-growing phalaenopsis, which relates to the technical field of plant cultivation, in particular to a method for cultivating good-growing phalaenopsis, wherein the raw materials of a culture medium are bark, tree fern root, coconut shell and other fiber raw materials, the smashed tree bark, tree fern root, coconut shell and other fiber raw materials are uniformly mixed with fine crushed stone according to the volume of 1:1 to form a base fertilizer, the base fertilizer not only contains a nutrient medium for growing and developing phalaenopsis, but also is loosely ventilated, so that the periphery of the root of the planted phalaenopsis has sufficient oxygen content, and the aerial root of the phalaenopsis can absorb oxygen and nutrition from the periphery more easily; the flowerpot is woven by the bamboo strips, the flowerpot woven by the bamboo strips has air permeability, so that the base fertilizer in the flowerpot can exchange gas with the external atmosphere, the gas exchange between the air in the base fertilizer and the external atmosphere is increased, the oxygen in the base fertilizer is replaced, and the growth and development of the butterfly orchid aerial roots are facilitated.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of plant culture, in particular to a method for cultivating phalaenopsis good in growth vigor.
Background
The phalaenopsis is of phalaenopsis of orchidaceae, native to subtropical rainforest region, and is epiphytic orchid. The white and thick air root of the butterfly orchid is exposed around the leaves, and has the functions of absorbing nutrients in the air, growth and photosynthesis. In the new spring season, long pedicel of the butterfly orchid plant is extracted from axilla of leaves, and flowers shaped like butterflies are formed, so that the butterfly orchid plant is deeply favored by flower fans and is called as 'after the cattleya hybrida'.
However, in the existing culture process of the phalaenopsis, a nonporous plastic pot is usually adopted as a culture container, surface soil is adopted as a culture medium, and for the phalaenopsis of aerial roots, the requirement of the root on the oxygen content around the culture medium in the growth and development process cannot be met.
Disclosure of Invention
Technical problem to be solved
Aiming at the defects of the prior art, the invention provides a method for cultivating phalaenopsis good in growth vigor, which solves the problems that in the existing phalaenopsis cultivation process, a nonporous plastic pot is usually adopted as a cultivation container, surface soil is adopted as a cultivation medium, the requirement of the root of the phalaenopsis on the oxygen content around the cultivation medium in the growth and development process cannot be met for the phalaenopsis of aerial roots, and the cultivation mode usually causes the root of the phalaenopsis to be anoxic for anaerobic respiration, so that the energy consumption of the phalaenopsis is large, and the growth rate is low.
(II) technical scheme
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention provides the following technical scheme: a cultivation method of good-growth phalaenopsis comprises the following steps:
step 1: obtaining phalaenopsis seedlings through tissue culture;
step 2: performing natural culture pretreatment on the butterfly orchid tissue culture seedlings;
and step 3: preparing a culture medium for natural culture of phalaenopsis;
and 4, step 4: transplanting pretreatment is carried out on the butterfly orchid tissue culture seedlings;
and 5: transplanting the tissue culture phalaenopsis seedlings to a culture medium for natural culture.
Step 6: controlling the growth environment (light, temperature, water, gas and fertilizer) of the natural culture of the phalaenopsis to obtain the phalaenopsis with better growth vigor.
The step 2: the phalaenopsis seedlings obtained by tissue culture are put into a natural environment together with a tissue culture medium, so that the seedlings adapt to natural illumination, temperature, humidity and air change in advance, and the natural culture pretreatment time is 6-8 days.
The step 3: the raw materials for preparing the culture medium for the natural culture of the butterfly orchid are fiber raw materials such as barks, tree fern roots and coconut shells, the raw materials are crushed into particles by a crusher, the particles are uniformly mixed with fine crushed stone blocks according to the volume of 1:1 to form a base fertilizer, finally, the mixture is added into a flowerpot, the base fertilizer is added in the flowerpot in a natural sprinkling manner, the base fertilizer is strictly prevented from being compacted, and the air permeability of the base fertilizer is ensured.
The step 3: the flowerpot used by the culture medium is woven by bamboo strips.
The step 4: when the tissue culture seedlings of the phalaenopsis are transplanted and pretreated, the phalaenopsis seedlings are taken out from the tissue culture medium, the protection on root seedlings is enhanced in the taking-out process, the roots of the seedlings are prevented from being damaged, the taken-out seedlings are soaked for 3 minutes by using diluent which is 1000 times of carbendazim liquid medicine and 1200 times of carbendazim liquid medicine, then the seedlings are washed again by using clear water, the roots of the seedlings are wrapped by banana mud or water moss, the tightness is proper when the seedlings are wrapped, the relative humidity is kept between 70 and 80 percent, and finally the treated seedlings are placed in a natural culture room for 3 days.
The step 5: and (3) digging a root ditch with the base fertilizer in the flowerpot by using tweezers, transferring the root of the seedling of the butterfly orchid into the root ditch, naturally covering the root ditch with the base fertilizer, and placing the root ditch on the flower stand.
The step 6:
firstly, the illumination intensity is controlled at 5000-;
controlling the temperature to be 15-28 ℃;
supplying water and fertilizer by adopting water and fertilizer integration, and spraying the water and fertilizer from top to bottom;
and fourthly, paying attention to indoor ventilation to keep the oxygen content of the air sufficient.
The water fertilizer adopts N, P and K, and the proportion is 1: 1:1, 1800-fold liquid for the general compound fertilizer; one month later, additional whole plant fertilization was performed with 0.1% KH2PO 4.
