Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the embodiments of the present invention clearer, the technical solutions of the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to specific embodiments of the present invention and corresponding drawings. It is obvious that the described embodiments are only a few embodiments of the invention, not all embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be obtained by a person skilled in the art without any inventive step based on the embodiments of the present invention, are within the scope of the present invention.
The technical solutions provided in the embodiments of the present invention are described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Example 1
In order to solve the problem that the user cannot perform mobile communication after defaulting shutdown in the prior art, thereby affecting the user experience, the embodiment 1 of the present invention provides a payment method.
The execution main body of the payment method of the embodiment of the invention can be a service end or a server of the service end, which is used for carrying out payment processing on the user number; or the whole management system for managing the subscriber number to perform service processing.
For the convenience of describing embodiment 1 of the present invention, the following detailed description will take an execution subject of a payment method of the present invention as an example of a Service end for performing payment processing on a subscriber number, for example, a Service Control Point (SCP), and introduces the payment method.
Referring to fig. 1 in the specification, fig. 1 is a schematic flow chart of a payment method provided in embodiment 1 of the present invention, where the flow chart specifically includes the following steps:
step 11: when the calling number and/or the called number is not consumed, whether the account number sharing service is opened by the calling number and/or the called number is inquired.
In the embodiment of the invention, the account number sharing service refers to a service for consuming after a virtual number is bound with an electronic payment account managed on a third-party payment platform. For example, the virtual number may be bound to a payment-enabled third party payment platform (such as WeChat, Payment treasure, etc.), and payment processing may be performed based on the virtual number through an electronic payment account managed on the third party payment platform. The third party payment platform may be a client installed on the mobile terminal of the user, or may be a server of the client.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the electronic payment account managed on the third party payment platform may be an existing electronic payment account managed on the third party payment platform to which the virtual number is bound, or may be an electronic payment account newly created for the virtual number.
In the embodiment of the invention, the payment authority of the electronic payment account can be preset to be only limited to pay for the calling and short message functions provided by a telecom operator.
Note that the virtual number refers to a mobile communication number that does not require a physical SIM card or a UIM card. Currently, the application scenarios of the virtual number are wide, and for example, under the scenarios that a user makes an online reservation for a vehicle, makes an online order, and purchases on an e-commerce website, the user can use the virtual number to receive a call or receive a short message.
The existing virtual number is specifically realized by the following principle: after the user opens the virtual number service, a mapping relation between the real number and the virtual number of the user is established in a server of an exchange (hereinafter, referred to as the exchange) of the telecommunication telephone system. Based on the mapping relation, when the server of the switch receives a call request for dialing the virtual number, the server inquires a real number mapped with the virtual number according to the dialed virtual number and connects the call of the virtual number to the mapped real number.
In the embodiment of the invention, when the user opens the account number sharing service and inquires that the user number is not mapped with the virtual number, the SCP can distribute the virtual number mapped with the real number of the user to the user in real time.
In the embodiment of the invention, in an actual application scenario, a telecom operator can push an account sharing service transaction interface shown in fig. 2 to a user through different channels (such as internet links or multimedia messages). After checking the introduction of service content related to the account number sharing service in the interface, if the user is willing to open the account number sharing service, the user can directly click a 'one-key transaction' key in the interface; after the transaction key is clicked, the mobile terminal of the user can be triggered to send transaction request information of 'account number sharing service' to the SCP, wherein the request information comprises a terminal identification code and a virtual number mapped by the real number of the user.
The following describes in detail a specific provisioning process of the account sharing service:
firstly, after receiving service transaction request information sent by a user mobile terminal, an SCP returns a third party payment platform selection interface shown in fig. 3 to the user mobile terminal, where the interface includes a key of a third party payment platform name (such as WeChat and Paibao) capable of providing an account sharing service, so as to facilitate the user to select a payment platform;
then, if the user clicks a WeChat key, the SCP sends account number sharing service handling request information to a WeChat platform, wherein the request information comprises a terminal identification code and a virtual number mapped by a real number of the user, and the terminal identification code is acquired from a mobile terminal of the user, such as an IMEI number of a mobile phone;
after the 'WeChat' platform receives the account number sharing service transaction request information, based on the terminal identification code in the request information and the virtual number mapped by the user real number, firstly determining the electronic payment account matched with the user mobile terminal identification code by inquiring the first mapping relation between each terminal identification code and each electronic payment account in the platform, and establishing the second mapping relation between the virtual number and the electronic payment account matched with the user mobile terminal identification code;
finally, based on the second mapping relationship, the "wechat" platform pushes a payment mode selection interface of the platform shown in fig. 4 to the mobile terminal of the user, wherein the interface includes a payment mode button of the third party payment platform, so that the user can select the payment mode conveniently. After the user selects the payment mode, the SCP sends a short message prompt of completing the service opening to the user mobile terminal to indicate that the service of the account number sharing service is opened.
It should be noted that, the telecom operator may establish a cooperative relationship with the third party payment platform in advance, so that once a certain virtual number is matched with the real number of the user by the telecom operator, after the platform in the account sharing service is opened by the user and the platform is selected, the SCP stores the virtual number and the terminal identification code mapped by the real number of the user in the account sharing service transaction request information and sends the virtual number and the terminal identification code to the platform selected by the user through an information transmission channel which is established between the SCP and the third party payment platform based on the cooperative relationship.
In the embodiment of the invention, before establishing the second mapping relation between the virtual number and the electronic payment account matched with the identification code of the mobile terminal of the user, the SCP can also push an identity authentication interface to the user, and after the third-party payment platform carries out authentication based on identity authentication information (such as fingerprint information and the like) input by the user, if the identity of the user is confirmed to be legal, the second mapping relation between the virtual number and the electronic payment account matched with the identification code of the mobile terminal of the user is established.
In an embodiment of the present invention, in an implementation manner, the opening an account sharing service specifically includes:
inquiring whether the calling number and/or the called number are mapped with virtual numbers;
when the calling number and/or the called number are mapped with virtual numbers, the virtual numbers are bound with the electronic payment account managed on the third party payment platform;
and selecting a payment mode of the third party payment platform based on the electronic payment account bound by the virtual number.
In an embodiment of the present invention, in an implementation manner, the binding the virtual number with an electronic payment account managed on the third party payment platform specifically includes:
acquiring a terminal identification code and the virtual number from a local memory of a user mobile terminal;
traversing first mapping relations between the terminal identification codes and electronic payment accounts managed on the third-party payment platform, and determining the electronic payment account matched with the acquired terminal identification codes;
and binding the virtual number with the electronic payment account matched with the terminal identification code according to the electronic payment account matched with the terminal identification code, and establishing a second mapping relation between the virtual number and the electronic payment account matched with the terminal identification code.
In an embodiment of the present invention, in an implementation manner, a payment manner of the third party payment platform specifically includes any one of the following manners:
the first method is as follows: the third party payment platform automatically recharges the reserved telephone charge amount in the electronic payment account bound by the virtual number to the calling number and/or the called number;
the second method comprises the following steps: the third party payment platform recharges the real-time selected telephone charge amount to the calling number and/or the called number according to the real-time selected telephone charge amount on a telephone charge payment amount selection interface by a user;
the third method comprises the following steps: and the third party payment platform deducts the single telephone charge amount from the electronic payment account bound by the virtual number according to the single telephone charge amount generated by the single call duration of the calling number.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the reserved telephone charge amount in the first mode refers to a fixed telephone charge amount stored in advance on an electronic payment account bound by a virtual number by a user, and the telephone charge amount may be, for example, 10 yuan, 20 yuan, 50 yuan, and the like, and is determined according to user selection.
In the embodiment of the invention, the phone fee payment amount selection interface in the second mode is pushed to the mobile terminal of the user by the third party payment platform, so that the user can conveniently select the phone fee amount in real time.
In the embodiment of the invention, the third-party payment platform inquires that the telephone charge amount which is not less than the defaulting threshold value preset by the charging system exists on the electronic payment account bound by the virtual number, namely, the third-party payment platform inquires that the telephone charge amount on the electronic payment account is sufficient and then triggers the third-party payment platform.
It should be noted that the third method is only suitable for performing payment processing when the calling number is in arrearage.
In the embodiment of the invention, the arrearage of the calling number and/or the called number is judged according to the current telephone charge balance state of the calling number and/or the called number. It contains two cases, one where the number has been owed, and the other where the number is about to be owed.
In the prior art, different credit limits are preset for mobile subscribers of different grades, and the credit limits are equal to an arrearage threshold, that is, when a charging system (or a BOSS system) inquires that the current telephone charge balance of a subscriber number is lower than a preset arrearage threshold corresponding to the subscriber, it is determined that the subscriber number may face an arrearage shutdown emergency after operations such as calling, short message, internet surfing and the like.
Then, in an embodiment of the present invention, in an implementation manner, the defaulting of the calling number and/or the called number specifically includes:
and if the current telephone charge balance of the calling number and/or the called number is lower than the defaulting threshold value preset by the charging system, defaulting the calling number and/or the called number.
It should be noted that, if the user number does not open the account sharing service, the SCP cannot send the account sharing service payment request information to the third-party payment platform, and then the user needs to open the account sharing service first before sending the request information.
Step 12: and when the calling number and/or the called number open account number sharing service, sending account number sharing service payment request information to a third-party payment platform, so that the third-party payment platform carries out payment processing on the calling number and/or the called number according to the account number sharing service payment request information.
In the embodiment of the invention, the account number sharing service payment request information comprises a virtual number mapped by a calling number and/or a called number, an electronic payment account bound by the virtual number and a payment mode of a third party payment platform.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the third party payment platform performs payment processing on the calling number and/or the called number according to the account number sharing service payment request information, and specifically includes:
and the third party payment platform charges the telephone charge amount from the electronic payment account bound by the virtual number to the calling number and/or the called number or deducts the telephone charge amount generated by calling of the calling number once according to the virtual number and the payment mode of the third party payment platform.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the deducting of the telephone charge amount generated by a single calling number call specifically means: the third party payment platform firstly sends prompt information of sufficient telephone charge amount to the SCP under the condition that the telephone charge amount is sufficient, then the SCP triggers the switch to initiate a continuous call according to the prompt information, finally the SCP sends the call duration information of a single call returned by the switch to the third party payment platform after the call is finished, and the third party payment platform deducts the telephone charge amount generated by the call duration from the electronic payment account.
And the third party payment platform can also freeze the telephone charge amount of the fixed limit and then send prompt information of the sufficient telephone charge amount to the SCP under the condition that the telephone charge amount on the electronic payment account is sufficient.
In an embodiment of the present invention, in an implementation manner, after sending the account number sharing service payment request information to a third party payment platform, the method further includes:
receiving payment success prompt information returned by the third party payment platform, wherein the payment success prompt information comprises payment amount corresponding to the payment mode;
and the payment amount corresponding to the payment mode is used for modifying the telephone charge balance of the calling number and/or the called number.
In the embodiment of the invention, the action of modifying the telephone charge balance of the calling number and/or the called number is completed by the charging system.
In an embodiment of the present invention, in an implementation manner, after receiving a payment success prompt message returned by the third party payment platform, the method further includes:
and sending the payment success prompt message to a switch so that the switch recovers the mobile communication function of the calling number and/or the called number.
By adopting the scheme provided by the embodiment 1 of the invention, when the calling number and/or the called number is not time consuming, whether the calling number and/or the called number activate the account sharing service is firstly inquired; and when the calling number and/or the called number open account number sharing service, sending account number sharing service payment request information to a third-party payment platform, so that the third-party payment platform carries out payment processing on the calling number and/or the called number according to the account number sharing service payment request information. Therefore, compared with the prior art, the method and the device for mobile communication timely pay the user number by the account number sharing service when the user number is owed, realize that the mobile communication can still be carried out when the user number is owed, and further improve the use experience of the user.
