Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present application more apparent, the technical solutions of the present application will be described in detail and completely with reference to the following specific embodiments of the present application and the accompanying drawings. It should be apparent that the described embodiments are only some of the embodiments of the present application, and not all of the embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present application.
The technical solutions provided by the embodiments of the present application are described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
An embodiment of the present application provides an internet resource transfer method, as shown in fig. 1, including:
s101: the resource transfer system receives an internet resource transfer request for transferring resources to a first account, wherein the internet resource transfer request comprises information of the first account and resources to be transferred;
s102: transferring the resource to be transferred to a second account which has an association relation with the first account in the third-party platform according to the information of the first account and the resource to be transferred in the internet resource transfer request;
s103: and receiving the resources to be transferred from the second account to the first account.
In the embodiment shown in fig. 1, after the resource transfer system receives the internet resource transfer request, the resource transfer system does not directly transfer the resource to the first account of the resource transfer system according to the request, but transfers the resource to be transferred to the second account of the third party having an association relationship with the first account, and then transfers the resource to be transferred to the first account through the second account, so that the first account can receive the resource to be transferred, which is determined according to the information of the resource to be transferred carried in the internet resource transfer request and needs to be transferred to the first account. By adopting the technical scheme, the problem that the internet resource transfer cannot be smoothly carried out due to certain limitations of the first account, such as transmission delay, network faults, the admittance size of the resource transfer, the resource processing capacity of related equipment and the like, can be avoided. And the second account of the third-party platform which has an association relation with the first account is used as a transfer station for transferring the internet resources, so that the internet resources are transferred to the first account, the application requirements of the user are met, and the user experience is improved.
When the user wishes to perform internet resource transfer, a request for transferring internet resources may be sent from the user (which may be understood as a user of the resource transfer-out system, and may be embodied as a third account of the resource transfer-out system) to the resource transfer-out system, so as to request the resource transfer-out system to transfer internet resources to the specified resource transfer-in system. It will be appreciated that the request for transferring internet resources from the user includes information about itself (i.e., the third account of the system from which the resources are transferred), information about the internet resources requested to be transferred, and information about the first account desired to be transferred (obviously, the first account is the account from which the resources are transferred to the system). Further, after the resource transfer-out system receives the request for transferring internet resources from the user, certain verification may be performed, for example, whether the information provided by the user is qualified or not, whether sufficient internet resources are available in the third account of the resource transfer-out system for transferring or not, and the like. After the third account of the resource transfer-out system is verified to transfer the internet resource to the first account of the resource transfer-in system, the resource transfer-out system may directly or indirectly send an internet resource transfer request to the resource transfer-in system, so that the resource transfer-in system executes step S101 to receive the internet resource transfer request, as shown in fig. 3. It is understood that, in the embodiment shown in fig. 1, the resource transfer-in system executes the internet resource transfer request received in step S101, and the internet resource transfer request may be directly sent by the resource transfer-out system, or may be sent by a relay system between the resource transfer-out system and the resource transfer-in system.
No matter what way the resource transfer-out system sends out the internet resource transfer request, in order to transfer the resource to the first account of the resource transfer-in system, the request includes the information of the first account and the information of the resource to be transferred, and the information carried in the internet resource transfer request corresponds to the information carried in the request for transferring the internet resource proposed by the user (the third account of the resource transfer-out system), so that the resource transfer can be realized according to the requirement of the user.
In the embodiment shown in fig. 1, the resource transfer system executes step S102 to transfer the resource to be transferred, which needs to be transferred to the first account of the resource transfer system, to the second account of the third-party platform, provided that there is an association relationship between the second account and the first account. The association relationship may be a binding relationship or an intercommunication relationship between the two, or may be an authorization relationship that the first account authorizes the second account to receive the resources to be transferred instead, or a transmission relationship that the first account requests the resource transfer system to transmit the internet resources to the second account instead, and the like. This relationship should typically be at least confirmed by the resource transfer system's first account so that the resource transfer system can transfer internet resources that would otherwise have been transferred directly to the first account to a second account of the third party platform.
Referring to fig. 1 and 3, after receiving the resource to be transferred, which is transferred in step S102 by the resource transfer system, by the second account of the third-party platform, the resource to be transferred is sent to the first account of the resource transfer system according to the association relationship between the second account and the first account, so that step S103 is executed by the resource transfer system to receive the resource to be transferred, which is transferred from the second account to the first account, and finally, the user (the third account of the resource transfer system) requests to transfer the resource to be transferred, which is transferred to the first account, to the first account. By adopting the process to transfer the internet resources, even if the first account cannot directly receive the internet resources transferred to the system due to the limitation of the resource quota, the transfer frequency and the like, the resources to be transferred can still be successfully received, the user requirement is met, the user experience is improved, and the technical purpose of the application is achieved.
On the basis of the embodiment shown in fig. 1, a judgment condition may also be preset, as shown in fig. 3, a selection is made between two ways of directly transferring the resource to be transferred to the first account and transferring the resource to be transferred to the first account via the transfer of the second account, so as to smoothly transfer the internet resource to the first account, and simplify a resource transfer process when the first account is not limited and allows direct reception of the internet resource. Specifically, in the step S102, the resource to be transferred is transferred to the second account of the third-party platform before the resource to be transferred is transferred to the second account according to the information of the first account and the information of the resource to be transferred, and when the information of the first account meets the first preset condition, the resource to be transferred is transferred to the second account. The first preset condition can be preset according to the specific connotation of the internet resource, the specific application scene and the application requirement of the internet resource transfer method provided by the application. The following examples are given.
For example, it may be determined whether the association between the second account and the first account is in a normal state. If the status is normal, step S102 may be executed to transfer the resource to be transferred to the second account, and if the status is abnormal, the resource to be transferred is not transferred to the second account, so as to ensure the security of the resource to be transferred and avoid the resource loss. At this time, the first preset condition may be "the association relationship between the second account and the first account is in a normal state".
For another example, it may be determined whether the type of the first account is a restricted type account. If the first account is an unlimited account, the transfer of the internet resources to the first account is not limited, so that the first account can directly receive the transferred resources to be transferred, and the transfer of the internet resources is not required to be realized through the transfer of a second account; if the first account is a restricted account, it indicates that the transfer of the internet resource to the first account may be restricted, so that the first preset condition may be "the type of the first account is a restricted account", and step S102 is executed when the preset condition is met, thereby avoiding that the first account receives the resource to be transferred due to the above restriction.
For another example, the internet resource transfer request received in step S101 may further include information of a third account of the resource transfer-out system, and then it may be determined whether a binding relationship exists between the third account and the first account. If the third account and the first account have a binding relationship, the third account can be considered to transfer the internet resources to the first account without limitation, and the first account can directly receive the resources to be transferred from the third account without transferring the internet resources through the second account; if the binding relationship does not exist between the third account and the first account, it indicates that the transfer of the internet resource from the third account to the first account may be limited, so that the first preset condition may be taken as "no binding relationship exists between the third account and the first account", and step S102 is executed when the preset condition is satisfied, thereby avoiding the influence of the above limitation on the transfer of the internet resource from the third account to the first account.
It should be noted that, several first preset conditions exemplified above may be required to be simultaneously satisfied, may also be required to be partially satisfied or alternatively satisfied, and the sequence when determining multiple preset conditions may also be determined according to the actual application requirements, which is not limited in the embodiment of the present application. After the step S102 and the step S103 are executed and the resource to be transferred is successfully transferred to the first account, the above embodiment may further include a step of issuing an internet resource transfer success receipt to the resource transfer-out system.
It should be further noted that, the limitation on the limited account in the above embodiments may include limitations in terms of quota, frequency, and/or number of times when receiving internet resources. The limit to the limit can be directed to single resource transfer or to accumulated resource transfer in a specified period; the limit on the frequency or number of times may be made with respect to the frequency or number of internet resource transfers over a specified period. The use of the transferred account can be limited in a mode of selecting or combining the limiting conditions of the aspects.
After determining whether to transfer the resource to be transferred to the second account of the third-party platform according to the first preset condition, if the information of the first account does not satisfy the first preset condition, different manners may be adopted for processing according to different situations, as shown in fig. 3. For example, if the type of the first account is an unlimited account or a binding relationship exists between the third account and the first account, the resource to be transferred may be directly transferred to the first account, and a successful receipt of internet resource transfer may be sent to the resource transfer-out system after the first account successfully receives the resource to be transferred. For another example, if the type of the first account is a limited account, there is no binding relationship between the third account and the first account, the association relationship between the second account and the first account is in an abnormal state, and the first account already reaches a limited condition (indicating that the first account cannot directly receive the resource to be transferred), the internet resource cannot be directly transferred to the first account, and the transfer of the resource cannot be realized through the transfer of the second account, so that an internet resource transfer failure receipt can be sent to the resource transfer-out system.
In the embodiment shown in fig. 1, when the step S102 is executed to transfer the resource to be transferred to the second account of the third party platform, the step S1021 may be executed to transfer the resource to be transferred to the preset transition account corresponding to the resource transfer system, and then the step S1022 is executed to transfer the resource to be transferred from the preset transition account to the second account, which is shown in fig. 2. The preset transition account is a special account which is preset by the resource transfer system and is used for transferring internet resources. This account is set by the resource transfer-in system and is not typically tied to the user (the third account of the resource transfer-out system), the first account of the resource transfer-in system, or the second account of the third party platform.
More specifically, the process of transferring the resource to be transferred from the preset transition account to the second account may be performed in a resource issuing manner. The resource issuing method can determine that the resource is authorized to be transferred to a preset transition account of the system by the first account when the association relationship is established between the first account and the second account, and instead, the resource to be transferred which needs to be transferred to the first account is transferred to the second account with the association relationship. The resource transferring method is characterized in that the resource is transferred to a first account of the system and a second account of a third-party platform for agreement, and the first account is not limited, so that the second account can still receive the resource when the first account is limited and the resource to be transferred cannot be directly received.
In addition, in the association relationship established between the first account and the second account, the second account may be appointed to transfer the resource to be transferred to the first account in a resource withdrawal manner, so that in the embodiment shown in fig. 1, when the resource transfer system executes step S103 to receive the resource to be transferred from the second account to the first account, the resource to be transferred from the second account to the first account in the resource withdrawal manner may be received.
The implementation of the internet resource transfer method provided by the embodiment of the present application is described above from the perspective of a resource transfer system. Referring to fig. 3, corresponding to step S102 in the foregoing embodiment, the third party receives the resource to be transferred, which is transferred to the second account of the third party platform by the resource transfer system; after receiving the internet resource transfer request, the resource transfer system transfers the resource to be transferred to a second account of a third-party platform according to the information of the first account and the information of the resource to be transferred, which are carried in the internet resource transfer request; and an association relationship exists between the second account and the first account. Corresponding to step S103 in the foregoing embodiment, the third party may transfer the resource to be transferred from the second account to the first account, so that the first account can receive the resource to be transferred from the second account. Further, the third party can receive the resource to be transferred, which is transferred to the second account by the resource transfer system in a resource generation mode. When transferring the resource to be transferred from the second account to the first account, the resource to be transferred may be extracted from the second account in a resource withdrawal manner, and then the resource to be transferred is transferred to the first account, so as to achieve the technical purpose of the present application.
The above illustrates the implementation process of the internet resource transfer method, including the interaction between the resource transfer-out system, the resource transfer-in system, and the third party. In order to more intuitively explain the design concept and technical effect of the embodiment of the present application, the following explains the implementation process of the embodiment of the present application by taking the scenario that the above internet resource transfer method is applied to bank transfer as an example. The internet resource transfer method is specifically a transfer method, the internet resource transfer request is specifically a transfer request, the first account of the resource transfer-in system is specifically a transfer-in account of a bank for transferring funds, the second account of the third-party platform is specifically a payment account of the third-party payment platform, and the information of the resources to be transferred is specifically information of the funds to be transferred. The explanation and description of the internet resource transfer method can be applied to the following specific application scenario of the transfer method, and the content is repeated or not repeated.
It should be noted that, besides the application scenario of fund transfer as an example below, the internet resource transfer method provided in the embodiment of the present application may also be applied to the application scenario such as transfer of big data information, and details are not described herein again.
Fig. 4 is a schematic flow chart of the transfer method provided in the embodiment of the present application, where the transfer method is applicable to transferring resources to a bank, and specifically includes:
s201: the fund transfer bank receives a transfer request for transferring funds to the transferred account, wherein the transfer request comprises information of the transferred account and funds to be transferred;
s202: transferring the funds to be transferred to a payment account which has an association relation with the transferred account in a third party payment platform according to the information of the transferred account and the funds to be transferred in the transfer request;
s203: and receiving the funds to be transferred from the payment account to the transfer account.
Further, the step S202 of transferring the funds to be transferred to the payment account of the third party payment platform according to the information of the transferred funds and the information of the funds to be transferred may specifically include:
when the information transferred into the account meets a first preset condition, transferring the funds to be transferred into a payment account; the first preset condition comprises that the association relation between the payment account and the transferred account is in a normal state.
The first preset condition may further include the following conditions that are simultaneously satisfied: the type of transferred account is a limited account.
Furthermore, the transfer request also includes the information of the transfer-out account of the fund transfer-out bank, and the first preset condition also can include the following conditions that are simultaneously met: there is no binding relationship between the roll-out account and the roll-in account.
When step S202 is executed to transfer the funds to be transferred to the payment account of the third party payment platform, the method may include:
transferring the funds to be transferred to a preset transition account corresponding to a bank;
and transferring the funds to be transferred from the preset transition account to the payment account.
More specifically, funds to be transferred may be transferred from the preset transitional account to the payment account in a funds brokerage manner. When the funds to be transferred from the payment account to the transfer account are received, the funds to be transferred from the payment account to the transfer account in a fund withdrawal mode can be received.
After step S203 is executed to receive the funds to be transferred from the payment account to the transfer account, a transfer success receipt may also be sent to the funds transfer-out bank.
Corresponding to the transfer method of funds transferred to the bank as shown in fig. 4, the third party payment platform receives funds to be transferred to the payment account transferred to the third party payment platform from the transfer bank; after receiving the transfer request, the fund transfer bank transfers the fund to be transferred to a payment account of a third-party payment platform according to the account transfer information and the fund to be transferred information carried in the transfer request; there is an association between the payment account and the transfer account. And then, transferring the funds to be transferred from the payment account to the transfer account by the third-party payment platform, so that the transfer account for transferring the funds to the bank receives the funds to be transferred, and the transfer is completed.
Specifically, the third party payment platform may receive funds to be transferred that are transferred to the payment account by the transfer bank in a funds brokerage manner. The funds to be transferred may also be withdrawn from the payment account in the form of a withdrawal of funds and then transferred to the transfer account.
The method avoids the influence on the fund transfer due to the limitation of accounts and the like in the existing transfer mode. The restrictions on the account of the restricted type in the above embodiments may include restrictions on the amount, frequency and/or number of times the funds are received. The limit on the limit can be aimed at single posting, and can also be aimed at accumulated posting in a specified period; the limit on frequency or number of times may be made with respect to the frequency or number of postings within a specified period. In specific implementation, the use of transferring to the account can be limited by adopting the optional or combined limiting conditions of the aspects according to actual needs.
The transfer method provided by the embodiment of the application is described in detail below with reference to fig. 4 and 5. Because the transfer method is the application of the internet resource transfer method in a specific scene, the related description of the internet resource transfer method is suitable for the transfer method.
After receiving a request about fund transfer sent by a transfer-out account of a bank, a fund transfer-out bank starts the transfer of the fund to a designated account of the bank, and correspondingly, the fund transfer-out bank starts an account-out processing link and the fund transfer-in bank starts an account-in processing link. It should be noted here that if the fund transfer-out bank and the fund transfer-in bank are the same bank, the account can be sent out and received in the bank system, and the fund transfer-out bank directly sends the transfer request to the fund transfer-in bank; and if the fund transfer-out bank and the fund transfer-in bank are different banks, the transfer process is carried out by a large and small payment system of the people's bank, and the fund transfer-out bank indirectly sends the transfer request to the fund transfer-in bank.
And after receiving a transfer request sent by the fund transfer bank, the fund transfer bank processes the transfer request according to the information of the account to be transferred and the information of the fund to be transferred carried in the transfer request and the information of the account to be transferred. Specifically, in the embodiment shown in fig. 5, it may be determined whether the transferred-out account is a bound account transferred into the account (i.e., it is determined whether the transferred-out account and the transferred-in account have a binding relationship, and generally, only the account of the same user may establish the binding relationship), and if the transferred-out account is the bound account, the transfer of the bound account may be received without limitation regardless of whether the transferred-in account is a limited account or an unlimited account, so that the transferred-in account may be directly posted at this time, and further, a transfer success receipt is fed back to the fund transfer-out bank (or the large and small payment system). If the transferred account is not the bound account transferred into the account, whether the transferred account is a class I account is further judged, and since the class I account is not limited when receiving the account entry, the class I account can be regarded as a non-limited account, and therefore, the account can be directly entered if the transferred account is the class I account. If the transferred account is not the class I user, indicating that the transferred account is the limited account, further judging whether a binding protocol between the transferred account and the payment account of the third-party payment platform is in a normal state (the binding protocol is used for establishing the association relationship between the transferred account and the payment account): if the state is normal, the payment account of the third-party payment platform can be used as a transfer to realize transfer according to the agreement of the binding protocol; if the state is abnormal, whether the account entry transferred to the account reaches the limit or not can be further judged. If the account entry of the transferred account reaches the limit, the transferred account cannot accept the transfer of the unbound user, and a transfer failure receipt is fed back; if the account entry of the transferred account does not reach the limit, the transferred account can also accept the transfer of the non-bound account, the transfer can be directly carried out, and the transfer success receipt is fed back to a fund transfer bank or a large and small amount payment system.
More specifically, when the state of the binding protocol is determined to be normal, and the payment account of the third-party payment platform is used as a transfer to realize transfer according to the agreement of the binding protocol, the transfer-to-account fund can be transferred to the payment account of the third-party payment platform by a transfer-to-bank-transfer-service transfer account, and then the transfer-to-account fund (the account type is a limited account, such as a class II or class III account) is transferred to the bank from the payment account, so that the transfer-to-account is completed.
It should be noted that, in the foregoing determination process of transferring funds into a bank, both the determination condition and the determination sequence may be adjusted according to application needs, and the application is not limited herein.
The transfer method provided by the above embodiment ensures that the owners of the two accounts are the same real person (such as the customer a) through the intercommunication authorization relationship (i.e. the association relationship) between the user and the same-person account (the payment account of the user on the third-party platform and the settlement account of the user on the bank) established by the bank and the third-party payment mechanism (i.e. the third-party payment platform). When other people transfer funds to the bank II type settlement account of the customer A which has signed the intercommunication authorization relationship agreement (namely, the association relationship is established) through the bank account, the transferred bank firstly transfers the funds into the payment account corresponding to the third party payment mechanism of the customer A after receiving the instruction transferred by the bank, and then the funds are brought into the target II type settlement account through the payment account. Therefore, inconvenience brought by monitoring on the limit of the amount of the unbound bank class II settlement accounts or the transferred funds of other accounts in the bank can be overcome, the funds can smoothly enter the user bank class II settlement accounts, the issuing and embodying processes are not perceived by the transferring user and the transfer user, the application requirements of the user are met, the more excellent experience of the user in the money receiving process of the bank class II settlement accounts is realized, and the monitoring requirement is met.
The establishment of the intercommunication authorization relationship can be understood as that a bank class II user (or other limited accounts) and a third party payment account are authorized by the user, the bank class II user and the third party payment account are bound together to establish an association relationship, and one party is allowed to deduct the other party funds or perform transfer operation on the other party account. More specifically, a user registers and opens an account in a bank and a third-party payment platform, and the account of the bank and the third-party payment platform is confirmed to be owned and operated by the same person through strong authentication, and an association relation is established between the bank account and the payment account of the user on the third-party payment platform on the premise that the user agrees and authorizes, so that the account transfer method provided by the embodiment of the application is realized.
The authentication means when the association relationship is established can adopt the modes of identity information verification, mobile phone short messages, account passwords and the like, and can also adopt the biological identification technology, such as fingerprint identification, voiceprint identification, iris identification, face identification and the like, so as to ensure that the bank account and the payment account which establish the association relationship are owned by the same person, and ensure the fund security of the bank account of the user.
The internet resource transfer method and the transfer method provided by the embodiment of the application are explained above. Correspondingly, the embodiment of the application also provides a corresponding device, which specifically comprises the following steps:
as shown in fig. 6, an internet resource transfer apparatus applied to a resource transfer system includes:

and the fund transfer unit transfers the fund to be transferred from the payment account to the transfer account.
In the embodiment provided by the application, after the resource transfer system receives the internet resource transfer request, the resource transfer system does not directly transfer the resource to the first account of the resource transfer system according to the request, but transfers the resource to be transferred to the second account in the third-party platform which has an association relationship with the first account, and then transfers the resource to be transferred to the first account through the second account. By the technical scheme, the problem that the internet resource transfer cannot be smoothly carried out due to certain limitations of the first account can be avoided. And the third-party account which has an association relation with the first account is used as a transfer station for transferring the internet resources, so that the internet resources are transferred to the first account, the application requirements of the user are met, and the user experience is improved.
When the transfer request is received by the transfer bank, the transfer bank does not directly enter the funds into the transfer account of the transfer bank according to the transfer request, but transfers the funds to be entered into the payment account in the third-party payment platform which is in incidence relation with the transfer account, and then transfers the funds to be entered into the transfer account through the payment account. Therefore, the transfer method provided by the embodiment of the application can avoid the problem that transfer cannot be smoothly carried out due to certain limitations of the transferred account, and the transfer of funds to the transferred account is realized by taking the payment account of the third-party payment platform which has an association relation with the transferred account as a transfer station, so that the application requirements of users are met, and the user experience is improved.
