本发明公开了一种亚光脱模纸的制备方法,涉及制浆造纸工程技术领域。生产工艺包括:(1)漂白硫酸盐针叶木浆磨浆;(2)添加增强剂和浆内施胶剂;(3)抄造制得脱模纸原纸;(4)脱模纸原纸底涂;(5)底涂纸再湿超级压光;(6)底涂纸面涂制得脱模纸。生产出的亚光脱模纸光泽度≤15光泽度单位,平滑度≤40s,剥离力≤2N/25mm,脱模次数≥4,替代同类进口产品。

Description

一种亚光脱模纸的制备方法
技术领域
本发明属于制浆造纸工程技术领域,具体涉及一种亚光脱模纸的制备方法。
背景技术
离型纸又称硅油纸、防粘纸,主要起到隔离带有粘性的物体的作用,比如胶带。在使用时一般需要被剥离、扔弃。现在主要用作胶带或者带胶制品的载体,在食品、军工和医疗卫生行业也有较广应用。
离型纸可以按纸基材质分为有塑离型纸和无塑离型纸,也可以按离型剂分类为有机硅离型纸和非硅离型纸。有塑离型纸在纸上做涂塑处理(俗称淋模),可以单面涂塑,也可以双面涂塑。因为离型剂具有一定的渗透性能,涂塑是为了阻隔离型剂渗透到纸张内部,造成固化不良以及离型剂使用量偏大(成本过高)等诸多问题。国内涂塑原料一般使用熔融指数在7左右的聚乙烯(PE)粒子。无塑离型纸,主要有格拉辛、CCK (Clay Coated KraftPaper)等经特殊处理的其他离型纸。
脱模纸是离型纸中的一个重要品种,一般要求脱模纸具有较高的耐温性能和较好的剥离性能。无塑料的纸纸基材和有机硅离形剂常用于生产高端脱模纸。目前,市场上的脱模纸产品主要包括格拉辛脱模纸、CCK脱模纸、氧化锌版纸脱模纸等。
脱模纸是一种涂布纸,通常由纸基层和离型涂料层构成。离型涂料层可分为两大类即硅系离型涂料层和非硅系离型涂料层。硅系离型材料包括硅酮树脂和改性硅酮树脂;非硅系离型材料大多是醇酸树脂、丙烯酸树脂等改性材料,包括铬络合物甲基丙烯酸型或脂肪酸型聚丙烯树脂、聚甲基戊烯树脂和其它特殊树脂[10]。不同类型的离型涂层各自具有不同的特点,比如硅酮树脂型涂层具有优良的剥离性能和耐热性能,铬络合物型涂层耐溶剂性较差,聚丙烯型涂层具有较高的光泽度但耐热性能较差。
目前,我国市场上脱模纸产品的质量良莠不齐,中低端产品数量较多。脱模纸产品质量和生产中的主要问题表现在以下几个方面:1、均一性差。脱模纸均一性差,在脱模过程中,产品表面容易产生瑕疵点,甚至产生“拉毛”现象,影响产品成品率。2、使用次数低。进口脱模纸可以重复使用5次左右,国产脱模纸仅可以使用2次左右,更换脱模纸浪费生产时间和人力物力,生产效率低下。3、废弃物多。更换下来的脱模纸被丢弃,需要后期处理,同等脱模工作量条件下,国产脱模纸用量是进口脱模纸的几倍,废弃物较多。4、使用场合受限。某些特殊场合需要脱模作业,比如导弹雷达罩、飞机机翼,以及特殊复合材料等,对脱模纸性能指标要求苛刻,国产脱模纸某项或几项指标不达标,在这些场合国产脱模纸不能使用,只能采用进口脱模纸。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种亚光脱模纸的制备方法,包括原纸抄造、底涂和面涂工艺,生产出的亚光脱模纸光泽度≤15光泽度单位,平滑度≤40s,剥离力≤2N/25mm,脱模次数≥4,替代同类进口产品。
本发明的目的通过以下技术方案实现。
本发明的亚光脱模纸的制备方法,步骤如下:
(1)选用漂白硫酸盐针叶木浆,进行磨浆,作为原料浆料;
(2)在原料浆料中添加增强剂和浆内施胶剂;
(3)在纸机上进行抄造、压榨、干燥、卷取、分切,制得脱模纸原纸;
(4)在脱模纸原纸表面进行底涂、干燥;
(5)底涂纸再湿、超级压光;
(6)在底涂纸表面进行涂布、干燥,制得脱模纸。
步骤(1)的漂白硫酸盐针叶木浆打浆度为25~45°SR。
步骤(2)中的增强剂为聚酰胺-环氧氯丙烷、两性聚丙烯酰胺、羧甲基纤维素中的一种或多种,添加量为0.5~1.5%。
步骤(2)中的浆内施胶剂为烷基烯酮二聚体、高分散松香胶、苯乙烯马来酸酐共聚物中的一种或多种,添加量为0.5~1.5%。
步骤(4)中的底涂剂为苯乙烯-丙烯酸酯、丙烯酸、羧化丙烯酸、硅改性苯乙烯-丙烯酸酯中的一种或多种。
步骤(5)中的所述再湿、超级压光处理时,先将底涂纸调至湿度为25~35wt%,随后在95~115℃下进行加压处理。
步骤(6)中的涂布剂为多组分硅油和硅烷偶联剂,多组分硅油分散液为甲苯,包含乙烯基类聚硅氧烷乳液、含氢硅油交联剂、铂络合物催化剂,乙烯基类聚硅氧烷80~120份,含氢硅油交联剂0.5~1.5份,催化剂1~2份,硅烷偶联剂2~5份。溶剂型硅油中的乙烯基类聚硅氧烷乳液为大分子链物质,与交联剂反应后形成空间网状结构,硅烷偶联剂进一步促进空间网状结构的交织成型,脱模过程中涂层很难被破坏,脱模次数高。
本发明所述的一种亚光脱模纸的制备方法,制得的亚光脱模纸光泽度≤15光泽度单位,平滑度≤40s,剥离力≤2N/25mm,脱模次数≥4,替代同类进口产品。
本发明具有如下优点和有益效果:
(1)在本发明中,选用漂白硫酸盐针叶木浆,进行磨浆,添加浆内施胶剂,脱模纸原纸具有一定抗水性,底涂时减少底涂剂浸入脱模纸原纸,减少底涂剂用量;
(2)在本发明中,底涂纸再湿,进行超级压光,极大提升底涂纸的紧度,底涂纸致密、抗水,涂布时减少涂布剂浸入底涂纸,减少涂布剂用量;
(3)在本发明中,脱模纸包含涂布层、底涂层,结构致密,在脱模过程中,防止脱模件中的树脂浸入脱模纸,破坏脱模纸结构,提高脱模次数;
(4)面涂采用溶剂型硅油和硅烷偶联剂,溶剂型硅油中的乙烯基类聚硅氧烷乳液为大分子链物质,与交联剂反应后形成空间网状结构,硅烷偶联剂进一步促进空间网状结构的交织成型,脱模过程中涂层很难被破坏,脱模次数高;
(5)本发明所述制备方法制得的亚光脱模纸光泽度≤15光泽度单位,平滑度≤40s,剥离力≤2N/25mm,脱模次数≥4,替代同类进口产品。

具体实施方式
下面结合试验方案、研究结果及实施例对本发明做进一步的说明,但本发明要求保护的范围并不局限于此。
实施例1
一种亚光脱模纸的制备方法,包括以下制备步骤:
(1)选用漂白硫酸盐针叶木浆,进行磨浆,漂白硫酸盐针叶木浆打浆度为34°SR,作为原料浆料;
(2)在原料浆料中添加增强剂聚酰胺-环氧氯丙烷PAE和浆内施胶剂高分散松香胶,PAE添加量为1.2%,高分散松香胶添加量为1.5%;
(3)在纸机上进行抄造、压榨、干燥、卷取、分切,制得脱模纸原纸;
(4)在脱模纸原纸表面进行底涂,底涂剂为苯乙烯-丙烯酸酯,涂布量为11.7g /m2,涂层厚度为 9.6 μm,干燥温度为 110℃,干燥时间为2 min,制得底涂纸;
(5)底涂纸再湿,调至湿度为28wt%,随后在105℃下进行加压处理;
(6)在底涂纸表面进行涂布,涂布剂为多组分硅油和硅烷偶联剂,多组分硅油分散液为甲苯,包含乙烯基类聚硅氧烷乳液、含氢硅油交联剂、铂络合物催化剂,乙烯基类聚硅氧烷100份,含氢硅油交联剂1份,催化剂1.3份,硅烷偶联剂2份,涂布量为2.8g /m2,涂层厚度为2.9 μm,干燥温度为 120℃,干燥时间为15s,制得脱模纸。
制得的亚光脱模纸光泽度为10.3光泽度单位,平滑度为33.4s,剥离力为1.58N/25mm,脱模次数为5。
实施例2
一种亚光脱模纸的制备方法,包括以下制备步骤:
(1)选用漂白硫酸盐针叶木浆,进行磨浆,漂白硫酸盐针叶木浆打浆度为41°SR,作为原料浆料;
(2)在原料浆料中添加增强剂两性聚丙烯酰胺和浆内施胶剂烷基烯酮二聚体AKD,两性聚丙烯酰胺添加量为0.8%,AKD添加量为1%;
(3)在纸机上进行抄造、压榨、干燥、卷取、分切,制得脱模纸原纸;
(4)在脱模纸原纸表面进行底涂,底涂剂为羧化丙烯酸,涂布量为12.2 g /m2,涂层厚度约为 10.1μm,干燥温度为 105℃,干燥时间为3min,制得底涂纸;
(5)底涂纸再湿,调至湿度为30wt%,随后在110℃下进行加压处理;
(6)在底涂纸表面进行涂布,涂布剂为多组分硅油和硅烷偶联剂,多组分硅油分散液为甲苯,包含乙烯基类聚硅氧烷乳液、含氢硅油交联剂、铂络合物催化剂,乙烯基类聚硅氧烷80份,含氢硅油交联剂0.8份,催化剂1份,硅烷偶联剂3份,涂布量为2.7g /m2,涂层厚度为2.8μm,干燥温度为 120℃,干燥时间为15s,制得脱模纸。
制得的亚光脱模纸光泽度为10.9光泽度单位,平滑度为36.6s,剥离力为1.69N/25mm,脱模次数为4。
实施例3
一种亚光脱模纸的制备方法,包括以下制备步骤:
(1)选用漂白硫酸盐针叶木浆,进行磨浆,漂白硫酸盐针叶木浆打浆度为43°SR,作为原料浆料;
(2)在原料浆料中添加增强剂羧甲基纤维素和浆内施胶剂苯乙烯马来酸酐共聚物ASA,羧甲基纤维素添加量为0.6%,ASA添加量为1.2%;
(3)在纸机上进行抄造、压榨、干燥、卷取、分切,制得脱模纸原纸;
(4)在脱模纸原纸表面进行底涂,底涂剂为丙烯酸,涂布量为11.8 g /m2,涂层厚度约为 10.0μm,干燥温度为 110℃,干燥时间为2min,制得底涂纸;
(5)底涂纸再湿,调至湿度为32wt%,随后在110℃下进行加压处理;
(6)在底涂纸表面进行涂布,涂布剂为多组分硅油和硅烷偶联剂,多组分硅油分散液为甲苯,包含乙烯基类聚硅氧烷乳液、含氢硅油交联剂、铂络合物催化剂,乙烯基类聚硅氧烷110份,含氢硅油交联剂1份,催化剂1.5份,硅烷偶联剂5份,涂布量为2.8g /m2,涂层厚度为2.9 μm,干燥温度为 120℃,干燥时间为15s,制得脱模纸。
制得的亚光脱模纸光泽度为10.5光泽度单位,平滑度为36.9s,剥离力为1.51N/25mm,脱模次数为5。

Claims (8)

1.一种亚光脱模纸的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下制备步骤:
(1)选用漂白硫酸盐针叶木浆,进行磨浆,作为原料浆料;
(2)在原料浆料中添加增强剂和浆内施胶剂;
(3)在纸机上进行抄造、压榨、干燥、卷取、分切,制得脱模纸原纸;
(4)在脱模纸原纸表面进行底涂、干燥;
(5)底涂纸再湿、超级压光;
(6)在底涂纸表面进行涂布、干燥,制得脱模纸。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种亚光脱模纸的制备方法,其特征在于所述步骤(1)中的漂白硫酸盐针叶木浆打浆度为25~45°SR。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种亚光脱模纸的制备方法,其特征在于所述步骤(2)中的增强剂为聚酰胺-环氧氯丙烷、两性聚丙烯酰胺、羧甲基纤维素中的一种或多种,添加量为0.5~1.5%。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种亚光脱模纸的制备方法,其特征在于所述步骤(2)中的浆内施胶剂为烷基烯酮二聚体、高分散松香胶、苯乙烯马来酸酐共聚物中的一种或多种,添加量为0.5~1.5%。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种亚光脱模纸的制备方法,其特征在于所述步骤(4)中的底涂剂为苯乙烯-丙烯酸酯、丙烯酸、羧化丙烯酸、硅改性苯乙烯-丙烯酸酯中的一种或多种。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种亚光脱模纸的制备方法,其特征在于所述步骤(5)中的所述再湿、超级压光处理时,先将底涂纸调至湿度为25~35wt%,随后在95~115℃下进行加压处理。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种亚光脱模纸的制备方法,其特征在于所述步骤(6)中的涂布剂为多组分硅油和硅烷偶联剂,多组分硅油分散液为甲苯,包含乙烯基类聚硅氧烷乳液、含氢硅油交联剂、铂络合物催化剂,乙烯基类聚硅氧烷80~120份,含氢硅油交联剂0.5~1.5份,催化剂1~2份,硅烷偶联剂2~5份。
