The module 1 is used for carrying out digital processing on data in various formats generated by various data sources according to different structures and fields, and carrying out unified classification management on the data so that a user can check and update the data. The data comprise basic information such as urban current situation, planned drainage facility attribute data, traffic roads, water systems, population density, buildings and the like, continuously updated data such as flow monitoring, water quality detection and the like, and finally processed into uniform shp format data according to drainage system matching evaluation indexes of upper planning and carding.
After the urban basic information, the data and the matching evaluation indexes are put in storage, the module 2 analyzes the attribute data, the monitoring data and the environment data of different types, records whether the existing running conditions of the single facility meet the design requirements or not, and compares the existing running conditions with the planning targets to evaluate whether the functions of the existing single facility meet the matching requirements after planning. The module takes a single facility as an evaluation object; the phenomenon of insufficient facility capacity due to the connection relationship between the upstream and downstream of the drainage facility is evaluated at other modules.
The module 3 is combined with the analysis result of the module 2 to eliminate the functional deficiency of the single facility caused by structural defects, and analyze the influence of the data such as the flow rate, the liquid level and the like of the upstream and downstream pipe networks of the drainage facility on the operation capacity of the drainage facility. The module can be combined with a drainage model to judge the matching relationship between the pipe network and the facilities.
And the module 4 is used for evaluating the matching performance of the drainage system by combining the analysis results of the modules 2 and 3 and evaluating the running capacity of the system in dry days and rainy days. The user can set the number of the matching grades and the display forms of different grades, the different grades are represented by icons with different sizes and colors, and finally the matching grades are displayed in the map.
And the module 5 combines the analysis results of the modules 2, 3 and 4 to give new and reconstructed engineering schemes for the unmatched positions combined with the planning targets. In addition, the module also has the functions of manual input and decision modification, and can input a design scheme into a model to simulate and predict the influence of the implementation of the design scheme on the matching performance of the drainage system.
The module 6 combines the matching evaluation results of the module 2, the module 3 and the module 4, and superimposes the construction project decision scheme of the module 5, and reasonably sets the optimized scheduling rule by optimizing the water inlet and emptying rules of the drainage facility with the functions of regulation and purification and fully utilizing the on-line regulation space of the conditional pipeline.
And the module 7 predicts the system matching result after the engineering scheme/optimal scheduling scheme is finished according to the analysis results of the modules 5 and 6 and the existing data input by the module 1. In addition, the module user can manually modify and combine the automatically updated monitoring data according to the updating condition of the drainage system facilities to carry out continuous evaluation of the matching performance.
The specific implementation process of the platform of the invention is as follows: the standardized foundation data of the built/to-be-built drainage facilities, shp data of the foundation facilities such as water systems, traffic, buildings and the like are imported into the system, and information such as facility operation records, process data, flow monitoring data, water quality detection data, population density, facility planning targets and the like is added into attribute tables of respective layers, so that the data can be checked and updated. And in the matching evaluation, the three-level matching evaluation modules of the single body, the facilities and the system can call the data input by the digital processing module to perform matching evaluation. The monomer matching evaluation can screen out the structural defects of the existing facilities and facilities with the existing running capability being different from the planning targets. The matching between facilities is the evaluation of the drainage facilities with the functions of regulation, purification and lifting and the upstream and downstream connecting pipelines, and the module can select a mathematical model with the san-valman equation to simulate and calculate the hydrodynamic running state between the facilities. In summary, the invention provides a method and a platform for evaluating the matching performance of a drainage system, which can lead users to carry out standardized and digital management on basic data and monitoring and detecting data of drainage facilities and water bodies, and carry out the matching performance evaluation on the running state of the drainage system by utilizing related data, find out the mismatching phenomenon of single facilities caused by breakage of the facilities and the mismatching phenomenon of facilities and systems caused by unreasonable vertical connection and control rules among the facilities, and make a drainage facility engineering scheme decision and optimize scheduling analysis. The drainage facility repairing, maintaining and replacing work is carried out pertinently by helping related staff, scientifically and effectively making engineering planning to be built by helping management staff, the service efficiency of the facility is improved, and the engineering construction cost is reasonably distributed.

step 7: evaluating after matching;
the step 1 is that the drainage system data collection comprises constructed projects, design schemes, planning targets, monitoring results and operation record data of sewage treatment plants, pipe networks, regulation/purification facilities, terminal water bodies and the whole system;
the step 2 multi-level matching evaluation index system comprises a sewage treatment plant, a pipe network, a regulation/purification facility, a terminal water body and a planning and construction target of the whole system;
the step 3 of single facility matching evaluation is to apply the index system established in the step 2 to evaluate the matching performance of the single facility of the drainage system, analyze the structural defects of the established facility and the functional deficiency compared with the planning target, and put forward a preliminary reconstruction scheme for the unmatched place; the single facility matching performance comprises pipe network capacity, pump station drainage capacity, storage/purification facility capacity and sewage treatment plant capacity;
the step 4 of matching evaluation between facilities is to apply the index system established in the step 2 to evaluate the matching between the drainage facilities with the functions of regulation, storage, purification and improvement and pipelines, and to put forward engineering improvement schemes for unmatched places according to the matching evaluation results between the drainage facilities so as to improve the matching between facilities; the evaluation content of the matching performance between the drainage facilities comprises the matching performance of a sewage treatment plant and an upstream pipe network, the matching performance of a regulation/purification facility and an upstream pipe network and a downstream pipe network, the matching performance of a pump station and an upstream pipe network and the matching performance of a transmission pump station and a downstream pump station;
the step 5 of water drainage system matching evaluation comprises system matching of a plant-pool-station-network and matching of a water drainage system and an end water body water environment, wherein the system matching of the plant-pool-station-network comprises whether water drainage capacity is matched with water drainage capacity generated by the system or not in a drought day, the matching of the maximum water drainage capacity of a water drainage facility and a CSO control target received by a rain day, the matching of the water drainage capacity of a CSO overflow and a water reception body water environment, the matching of water drainage capacity of a sewage plant, the water drainage capacity of a rainwater treatment facility and a water environment, the matching of the water drainage capacity of a rainwater drainage pipe and the water environment, the matching of the water drainage capacity of the water drainage facility and the water environment, and the water drainage capacity of the water drainage network;
