The monomer matching evaluation can screen out the facilities with structural defects of the existing facilities and difference between the existing operation capacity and the planning target. The matching performance between facilities is the evaluation of the drainage facilities with the functions of regulation, purification and lifting and the upstream and downstream connecting pipelines, and the module can select a mathematical model with the Saint-Vinan equation to simulate and calculate the hydrodynamic running state between the facilities. The system matching is to research the matching between each functional facility and the tail end water body, and for the places where the system is not matched, an optimized scheduling module can be called to optimize the processing capacity of the drainage system by adjusting the control rules among the facilities. And calling an engineering decision module to give engineering scheme suggestions for the unmatched facilities/plots analyzed by the single units, the facilities and the system module. And finally, after the matching evaluation of the drainage system is completed, the evaluation module can perform the updating and modification of drainage facilities and the simulation and prediction of an engineering scheme and an optimized scheduling scheme after the matching, and can also continuously update the matching result of the drainage system according to continuously updated monitoring data and manually modified newly-built engineering contents.
