Description

板式换热器
本发明涉及一种在两种流体之间进行热传递的板式换热器。该换热器包括两块框架板,并且在这两块框架板之间包括几块永久连接的热传递板,在它们的角落部分具有相应流体的入口孔和出口孔,该换热器至少通过所述框架板中的一块与联接件连通。
永久连接的板式换热器在例如英国专利0580368和2126703中已经得知。它们可以以全焊接(all-welded)板式换热器的形式制造出来。以这种方式,首先将热传递板沿内部线路成对焊接在一起,接着将两个这样成对的板沿外部线路焊接在一起。一个全焊接的板式换热器也以通过将这几块热传递板同时焊接在一起而制造出来。然而,该板式换热器的尺寸会受到目前可以被同时焊接的热传递板的数量的限制。
作为一个全焊接板式换热器的替代方法,包括10-20块热传递板的组件可以被焊接在一起。在检测完该组件之后,通过中间垫圈将它们组装成一个完整的板式换热器。该垫圈允许该组件能够互相拆分且在发生可能的故障的情况下能用新件代替旧件。通过瑞典专利304293和WO92/11501已知这类板式换热器。它们的缺点在于中间垫圈限制了板式换热器的应用性能。
当工作温度高时采用全焊接板式换热器。因此,该结构允许取决于热膨胀的移动是必需的,否则将产生非常高的应力。
在板式换热器内温度的快速波动中,热传递板的温度紧随着流动流体的温度而有一轻微的延迟。同时,相应的厚框架板将有一个较慢的温度变化。热传递板与框架板之间的差别导致了不同的大的膨胀。
热传递板通常由不锈钢制成,而框架板由普通低碳钢制成。不锈钢的热膨胀系数比普通低碳钢大约高30%。这意味着在一定的温度升高下,热传递板比框架板膨胀得多。
因此,在恒定的工作温度下,热传递板的线性膨胀比框架板大。另外,由于框架板由外界环境冷却,所以框架板的相应温度比热传递板低。
在框架板与热传递板之间出现的延伸方面的差异主要引起入口孔与出口孔的问题。先前在内部衬套与第一相邻热传递板之间的永久连接的尝试,由于在操作中材料的断裂,该尝试失败。
避免所述问题的方法是在框架板与第一相邻热传递板之间引入橡胶垫圈。然而,这并不理想,因为垫圈的材料限制了板式换热器的适用性。另一个方法是采用与热传递板相同的材料生产框架板,然而由于费用问题该方法已经被取消。
本发明的目的是避免已知板式换热器所存在的缺陷和局限性,并且制造联接件的一个永久衬套,而不带有由温度引起的不同延伸而产生的材料的疲劳危险。
本发明达到了这些目的,其主要特征在于,联接件是由带有内部衬套的外部延伸管形成,外部管被永久固定在所述框架板上,内部衬套与相邻的第一热传递板永久连接,由此内部衬套可以与外部管无关地移动或伸出。
下面参照附图详细说明本发明,其中:
图1示出根据本发明的板式换热器的局部的横断面示意图。
图1示出在两种流体间进行热传递用的板式换热器1,它包括几个永久连接组件2,每个组件包括几个大体呈矩形的热传递板3。该板式换热器1具有用于相应流体的通道4。组件2位于常规类型的框架5中,该框架至少包括一个前框架板6和一个后框架板(未示出)以及几个紧固螺栓7。前框架板6示出与通道4相连通的联接件8。
通过压制将热传递板3制备成带有脊槽形状的样式,第一与第二热传递板的脊彼此交替紧靠着。热传递板3被彼此焊接或以其它形式彼此永久连接,例如通过胶结、软钎焊或两者的结合热传递板在每隔一个的板间间隔中形成用于第一流体的流动空间,并且在剩余的板间间隔中形成用于第二流体的流动空间。
所述热传递板3是细长的且大致呈矩形,虽然其它形状例如圆形也是可以的,并且该热传递板由通过压制而制备成的惯用的瓦垅形式的薄金属板制造。
所述热传递板3具有位于其角落部分的入口孔和出口孔9。第一流体的入口孔和出口孔9位于所述热传递板的一个长侧,第二流体的入口孔和出口孔位于所述热传递板的另一个长侧,形成所谓平行流动,也即此时沿着热传递板的每一侧流动的流体的主要流动方向趋向于平行。
联接件8是由带有自由固定内部衬套11的外部延伸管10形成的。即内部衬套可与外部管无关地移动或伸出。外部管10被永久固定在框架板6上,内部衬套11永久地与相邻的第一热传递板3连接。
因此,固定到框架板6上的外部管10随框架板6的膨胀而膨胀,而固定在热传递板3上的内部衬套11随热传递板3的膨胀而膨胀。
外部管10适合于设置法兰12以连接带有管道的板式换热器。内部衬套11也可以设置法兰,它们至少是部分覆盖法兰12且保护着该法兰12。为了使内部衬套11获得足够长度,以便吸收框架板6与热传递板3之间的移动,法兰12应该被安置在离框架板6一定距离处。该距离取决于板式换热器1的尺寸,但应该几倍于管道10的直径。
最好是将外部管焊接到框架板6上,但作为可替代的方法,它们也可以采用螺纹、胶结或其它任何已知的方式固定到所述框架板6上。
同样,将内部衬套11焊接到相邻的第一热传递板3上。为简化这种联接,特殊的中间间隔圆环13可以被牢固地焊接在衬套11和第一热传递板3之间。
为了进一步提高所述框架板6与所述热传递板3之间的可动性,在所述内部衬套11和所述外部管10之间存在一个缝隙。
所述外部管10适合于由与框架板6相同的材料制成,所述内部衬套11由与热传递板3相同的材料制成。

Claims (8)

1.在两种流体之间进行热传递的板式换热器(1),它包括两块框架板(6),并且在这两块框架板之间包括几块永久连接的热传递板(3),在它们的角落部分具有相应流体的入口孔和出口孔(9),该换热器至少通过所述框架板(6)中的一块与联接件(8)连通,其特征在于,所述联接件(8)由带有内部衬套(11)的外部延伸管(10)形成,所述外部管(10)被永久固定在所述框架板(6)上,而所述内部衬套(11)与相邻的第一热传递板(3)永久连接,由此内部衬套(11)可与外部管(10)无关地移动或伸出。
2.按照权利要求1所述的板式换热器,其特征在于,所述外部管(10)设有法兰(12)。
3.按照权利要求2所述的板式换热器,其特征在于,所述法兰(12)被安置在离所述框架板(6)一定距离处。
4.按照权利要求1-3中任一项所述的板式换热器,其特征在于,所述外部管(10)被焊接在所述框架板(6)上。
5.按照权利要求1-3中任一项所述的板式换热器,其特征在于,所述内部衬套(11)被焊接在所述相邻的第一热传递板(3)上。
6.按照权利要求1-3中任一项所述的板式换热器,其特征在于,在所述内部衬套(11)和所述外部管(10)之间存在一缝隙。
7.按照权利要求1-3中任一项所述的板式换热器,其特征在于,所述外部管(10)是由与所述框架板(6)相同的材料制成的。
8.按照权利要求1-3中任一项所述的板式换热器,其特征在于,所述内部衬套(11)是由与所述热传递板(3)相同的材料制成的。
