The common button products in the market at present are prepared from materials such as unsaturated polyester resin, urea resin, plastic, metal, wood, oxhorn and the like. With the change of the consumption concept of people, high gloss is no longer pursued, but low-tone elegance is favored. The matte button is gradually popular with customers.
At present, a cutter is adopted to scrape matte, polishing is carried out on the button by using polishing stones and polishing powder, and then the button is cleaned, so that the matte button can be obtained. However, the button has a rough surface scraped by a cutter to cause diffuse reflection, but due to abrasion in the physical cutting process of the cutter, the front and rear surface effects are not uniform in mass production, and the consistency of the product is not high.
