Abstract

Especially, the frequency of continuous machine washing of household washing machine is far more than the abrasion resistance and paint layer fastness of common spray paint products.

Comparative example 1
In addition to example 1, the main resin urethane resin liquid was replaced with an acrylic resin liquid.
When testing dry cleaning, the anti-counterfeiting fluorescent powder in the paint film is separated out and dissolved by dry cleaning agent (tetrachloroethylene solvent) and disappears by 50 percent.
Comparative example 2
On the basis of example 3, the leveling agent was replaced with Silok355 silicone leveling agent, and the defoaming agent was replaced with haimins DF4164 defoaming agent.
The paint film after spraying has insufficient smoothness and slight wrinkles, and the paint film is easy to foam and be unsmooth when sprayed at the air temperature of more than 25 ℃.
Washing with water: the color fastness to washing of GB/T3921 textile color fastness test is grade 3, the paint layer drops, the color changes;
dry cleaning resistance: the color fastness to dry cleaning of GB/T5711 textile color fastness test is grade 3, and the abrasion of a paint layer and the anti-counterfeiting discoloration disappear.
From the above embodiments, the invention provides a paint spraying material for a button with instant fluorescent lamp color changing effect, which comprises the following components in parts by mass: 80-90% of polyurethane resin liquid; 4-16.5% of dimethylformamide diluent; 0.1-0.3% of modified polysiloxane defoaming agent; 0.4-0.7% of leveller 835 acrylic ester and 3-6% of colorless transparent anti-counterfeiting fluorescent powder. The paint spraying material provided by the invention takes colorless transparent anti-counterfeiting fluorescent powder as a luminescent raw material, and can realize instant color change of the button under a fluorescent lamp under the combined action of other components, and the adhesion between the paint spraying material and a semi-finished button is higher, so that the button has excellent water washing resistance, dry cleaning resistance and wear resistance.

Claims (6)
1. A preparation method of an instant fluorescent color-changing button comprises the following steps:
spraying paint on the surface of the button to be treated, standing and drying to obtain the instant fluorescent color-changing button;
the preparation raw materials of the button to be treated comprise 100 parts of resin, 0.9-1.1 parts of methyl ethyl ketone and 0.8-1 part of cobalt salt;
the resin comprises 94-97% of unsaturated polyester resin and 3-6% of FX-218 flexible resin liquid; the unsaturated polyester resin is o-benzene resin;
the paint spraying coating is a paint spraying material for the instant fluorescent color-changing button and comprises the following components in parts by mass:
80-90% of polyurethane resin liquid; 4-16.5% of dimethylformamide diluent; 0.1-0.3% of modified polysiloxane defoaming agent; 0.4-0.7% of a Levelol835 acrylate leveling agent and 3-6% of colorless transparent anti-counterfeiting fluorescent powder;
the colorless transparent anti-counterfeiting fluorescent powder is mainly prepared from rare earth.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the modified polysiloxane defoamer is selected from a Defom5700 defoamer.
3. The production method according to claim 1, wherein the solid content of the urethane resin liquid is 45 to 48%.
4. The method of claim 1, wherein the lacquer coating further comprises a color concentrate.
5. The preparation method according to claim 1, wherein the air pressure during spraying is 3 to 4 kg;
standing for 5-10 min;
the drying temperature is 60-80 ℃, and the drying time is 55-65 min.
6. An instant fluorescent color-changing button prepared by the preparation method of claim 1.
