综合社会发展、生活节奏加快、工作压力增加、膳食结构改变、食品安全及环境恶化等因素影响,胃肠功能紊乱、便秘、腹泻、肥胖已成为亚健康及器质性病变人群重点关注问题,严重影响着人们的健康和生活质量。目前,临床上治疗肥胖、便秘、腹泻主要以改变饮食结构、增加运动并辅以渗透性、单向调节、刺激性和抗生素药物,通过双向调节胃肠功能而达到显著改善便秘、腹泻、减肥美容、且对人体无任何不良损害的健康产品极其少见,为此提供一种双向改善胃肠道功能、减肥美容谷物果蔬组合物。

为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种双向改善胃肠道功能、减肥美容谷物果蔬组合物,所述原料组成及其重量配比为:玉竹335-1005份、红枣134-402份、百合134-402份、橘皮67-201份、30-80份黑豆、10-30份黄豆、120-200份糙米、35-75份薏米、120-200份红小豆、40-60份山药、40-60份茯苓、120-200份黑芝麻、120-200份燕麦、40-55份小麦胚芽粉、40-65份鱼胶原蛋白肽、30-60份核桃仁、45-55份酸枣仁和1-15份木糖醇作为辅助调味料。
优选的,所述组合物有效成分的原料组成及其重量配比为:玉竹570份、红枣220份、百合230份、橘皮100份、50份黑豆、20份黄豆、100份糙米、50份薏米、100份红小豆、50份山药、50份茯苓、100份黑芝麻、100份燕麦、50份小麦胚芽粉、55份鱼胶原蛋白肽、50份核桃仁、50份酸枣仁和5份木糖醇作为辅助调味料。

优选的,所述组合物的剂型为胶囊剂的制备工艺的步骤如下:
(1)、配方中所用原料物经净选,无杂质,无虫蛀,无霉变后备用;
(2)、按配方量称取百合、红枣、橘皮,切碎至0.5cm-1.0cm备用;
(3)、按配方量称取玉竹,与切碎后的百合、红枣、橘皮、黑豆、黄豆、糙米、薏米、红小豆、山药、茯苓、黑芝麻、燕麦、小麦胚芽粉、鱼胶原蛋白肽、核桃仁和酸枣仁同时置多功能提取罐中,加纯化水浸提2次,第一次加10量水,加热80℃浸提4h,第二次加8倍量水,加热80℃浸提3h,过滤,合并2次滤液,置真空浓缩罐中,60℃减压至0.02MPa浓缩至原体积的1/3,喷雾干燥,得粉末,通过木糖醇对粉末进行调味;
(4)、将粉末送入十万级净化车间,粉碎,过120目筛,按每粒0.43g规格,用全自动胶囊装填机灌装、检验、包装、入库。
优选的,所述组合物的剂型为颗粒剂的制备工艺的步骤如下:
(1)、配方中所用原料物经净选,无杂质,无虫蛀,无霉变后备用;
(2)、按配方量,取原料的水提浸膏,加入可溶性淀粉或糊精-与浸膏比例为2:1,制粒,干燥,分装,包装,检验入库。
优选的,所述组合物的剂型为口服液的制备工艺的步骤如下:
(1)、配方中所用原料物经净选,无杂质,无虫蛀,无霉变后备用;
(2)、按配方量,取原料的水提醇沉液,加入重量份数为100份-150份甜菊苷及尼铂金乙酯15份,用纯化水调配至规定量,过滤,分装,灭菌,包装,检验入库。
优选的,所述组合物的剂型为片剂的制备工艺的步骤如下:
(1)、配方中所用原料物经净选,无杂质,无虫蛀,无霉变后备用;

玉竹:又名葳蕤。《本草纲目》记载:"萎蕤,性平,味甘,柔润可食。故朱肱《南阳活人书》治风温自汗身重,语言难出,用萎蕤汤以之为君药。予每用治虚劳寒热、痁疟及一切不足之症,用代参、芪,不寒不燥,大有殊功。不止于去风热湿毒而已,此昔人所未阐者也。"玉竹具有养阴润燥,生津止渴的功效。一般用于肺胃阴伤,燥热咳嗽,咽干口渴,内热消渴。
红枣:味甘;性温;归脾、胃经。通过长期的临床观察,中医早已明确其补血活血、调经止痛、美容养颜等主要功能。正如李时珍在《本草纲目》 中说:枣味甘、性温,能补中益气、养血生津,用于治疗"脾虚弱、食少便溏、气血亏虚"等疾病。现代研究对红枣有了新的认识。它含有蛋白质、糖类、有机酸、维生素A、维生素C 、环-磷酸腺苷、多种微量钙以及氨基酸等物质,能显著促进机体造血功能,升高红细胞含量。促进皮下血液循环,使皮肤和毛发光润,面部皱纹平整,皮肤更加健美。促进肌肤细胞的代谢,防止黑色素沉着,起到美白肌肤的作用,具有美白祛斑的功效还能增强免疫、养血安神、滋补脾胃、抗氧化和清除自由基等。
百合:性平味甘、归心、肺经。本品甘寒清润,善清心肺之热而养阴除烦,兼可清润胃肠而止渴润燥。滋补:百合除含有淀粉、蛋白质、脂肪及钙、磷、铁、维生素B1、B2、C等营养素外,还含有一些特殊的营养成分,如秋水仙碱等多种生物碱。这些成分综合作用于人体,不仅具有良好的营养滋补之功,而且还对秋季气候干燥而引起的多种季节性疾病有一定的防治作用。
之功效用于1,清除心烦:适于内热扰心之症。a.温病邪热入营,身热夜甚,烦躁不安。b.热伤气阴,心烦口渴,汗出体倦者。c.心阴不足,心烦不眠,舌红少苔者;2安神润肺:中医上讲鲜百合具有养心安神,润肺止咳的功效,对病后虚弱的人非常有益。3,益胃生津:善治胃阴不足,舌干口渴,纳呆不饥等证。此外,还可用治阴虚肠燥,大便秘结者。养阴润肺,益胃生津,清心除烦,富含的含β-谷甾醇、氨基酸、多量葡萄糖及葡萄糖甙。能提高免疫功能;对多种细菌有抑制作用;能增强垂体肾上腺皮质***功能,提高机体适应能力;有抗心律失常和扩张外周血管的作用;能提高耐缺氧能力;有降血糖作用。
橘皮:性味苦;温;归经脾:胃;肺经。橘皮为芸香科植物福橘(Citrus reticulata)的干燥果皮,具有理气宽中、行滞消胀、健脾开胃的功效,为中医临床常用药之一。橘皮目前已知主要含有黄酮类成分橙皮甙、新橙皮甙(neohesperidin)等、挥发油及维生素C等成分。药理研究发现广橘皮煎液对胃肠平滑肌具双向调节作用,对胃肠平滑肌呈现出双重功能,既能兴奋胃肠,使蠕动增强,又有降低肠平滑肌张力和解痉功效。其水煎剂灌胃能兴奋胃平滑肌,对离体肠平滑肌起抑制作用,明显降低其张力,抑制收缩。本品在高浓度时对肠平滑肌起抑制作用,低浓度时对肠平滑肌先短暂抑制,后出现兴奋作用
黑豆:含有丰富的维生素,其中E族和B族维生素含量最高,维生素E的含量比肉类高5~7倍,众所周知,维生素E是一种相当重要的保持青春健美的物质,因此,黑豆对年轻女性来说,具有美容养颜、丰肌泽肤抗老防衰等功效。古代药典上曾记载黑豆可驻颜、明目、乌发,使皮肤白嫩等。黑豆皮为黑色,含有花青素,花青素是很好的抗氧化剂来源,能清除体内自由基,尤其是在胃的酸性环境下,抗氧化效果好,养颜美容,增加肠胃蠕动,久服可使皮肤得细白光洁。黑豆虽系营养保健佳品,但一定要熟吃,因为在生黑豆中有一种叫抗胰蛋白酶的成分,可影响蛋白质的消化吸收,引起腹泻。在煮、炒、蒸熟后,抗胰蛋白酶被破坏,消除了黑豆的副作用。
黄豆:富含异黄酮,异黄酮是一种结构与***相似,具有***活性的植物性***,能够减轻女性更年期综合征症状、延迟女性细胞衰老、使皮肤保持弹性、养颜、减少骨丢失,促进骨生成、降血脂等功效。
所谓糙米,就是将带壳的稻米在碾磨过程中去除粗糠外壳而保留胚芽和内皮的“浅黄米”。糙米中的蛋白质、脂肪、维生素含量都比精白米多。糙米具有助消化的功效。
薏米:又称薏仁米、苡米。薏米的营养价值很高,被誉为“世界禾本植物之王”。薏仁米营养丰富,含有意苡仁油、薏苡仁脂、固醇、氨基酸、精氨酸等多种氨基酸成分和维生素B1、碳水化合物等营养成分、具有利水渗湿、健脾止泻、清热解毒的功效。此外,中医认为,薏米味甘、淡,性微寒、入脾、胃、肺经,对脾虚腹泻、肌肉酸重、关节疼痛等症有治疗和预防作用。
小米:又称粱米、粟米、粟谷。其富含蛋白质、脂肪、糖类、维生素B2、烟酸和钙、磷、铁等营养成分。由于小米非常易被人体消化吸收,故被营养专家称为“保健米”。
红小豆:色紫赤者为佳,健脾利水,解毒消痈,清利湿热。红小豆中含有多量对于治疗便秘的纤维,及促进利尿作用的钾,此两种成分均可将胆固醇及盐分对身体不必要的成分***出体外,因此被视为具有解毒的效果。山药中含有大量淀粉及蛋白质、B族维生素、维生素C、维生素E、葡萄糖、粗蛋白氨基酸、胆汁碱(choline)、尿囊素(allantoin)等。其中重要的营养成分薯蓣皂,是合成女性荷尔蒙的先驱物质,有滋阴补阳、增强新陈代谢的功效。山药中的多巴胺,具有扩张血管,改善血液循环的功能。改善人体消化功能,增强体质,改善皮肤的滋润感和色泽。
山药:它含有足够的纤维,食用后就会产生饱胀感,从而控制进食欲望。同时其膳食纤维可刺激肠肌丛内神经节,促进大肠蠕动,有通便泻下作用。对便秘和痔疮有特殊疗效,特别是对老年性便秘,治疗效果比较明显。其次,山药本身就是一种高营养、低热量的食品,山药的减肥美容护肤养颜不单是对年轻女性很有用,而且对中老年的男性和女性也都有同样的作用,中老年人经常食用山药可以使自己显得年轻,使皮肤红润光泽,焕发青春容颜。
茯苓:《本草经疏》:“茯苓,其味甘平,性则无毒,入手足少阴,手大阳,足太阴、阳明经,阳中之阴也。胸胁逆气,邪在手少阴也;忧恚惊邪,皆心气不足也;恐悸者,肾志不足也;心下结痛,寒热烦满,咳逆,口焦舌干,亦手少阴受邪也。甘能补中,淡而利窍,补中则心脾实,利窍则邪热解,心脾实则忧恚惊邪自止,邪热解则心下结痛、寒热烦满,咳逆、口焦舌干自除,中焦受湿热,则口发渴,湿在脾,脾气弱则好睡,大腹者,脾土虚不能利水,故腹胀大也。淋沥者,脾受湿邪,则水道不利也。膈中痰水水肿,皆缘脾虚所致,中焦者,脾土之所治也,中焦不治,故见斯病,利水实脾,则其证自退矣。开胸腑,调脏气,伐肾邪者,何莫非利水除湿,解热散结之功也。白者入气分,赤者入血分,补心益脾,白优于赤,通利小肠,专除湿热,赤亦胜白。”

燕麦:含有一种叫做“松果体素”的物质,这种物质就是皮层早黑色素的克星,经常使用,可以褪尽皮肤里面的黑色素,对于晒黑有着很好的缓解作用,同时对皮肤黑斑也有淡化的功效。另外,经常吃燕麦还可以降低胆酷醇,增强肠胃的蠕动,同时也可以调节肠胃的功能,同时也可以利于消化,预防便秘。燕麦具有这些功能,完全是因为其富含“皂甙素”和“可溶性和非溶性膳食纤维”,也可以润滑肠道,防治便秘,有较好的排毒功能。燕麦中含有燕麦蛋白、燕麦肽、燕麦β葡聚糖、燕麦油等成分具有抗氧化功效,可以有效促进新陈代谢,降低色素的沉着,增加肌肤活性、延缓肌肤衰老、美白保湿、减少皱纹色斑、起到祛斑美白的效果。

酸枣:性味甘、酸,平。归肝、胆、心经。为鼠李科枣属植物。我国最早的一部药书《神农本草经》中说:“补中益肝,坚筋骨,助阴气,皆酸枣仁之功也。”是一味常用的中药,含有黄酮类、钾、钠、铁、锌、磷、硒等多种微量元素,更含有大量维生素C、维生素E等成分。具有美容养颜、养肝、宁心、安神、敛汗的功效,英国学者在对虚弱症患者的观察中发现,凡是连续按时吃酸枣的,其康复速度比单纯服用多种维生素类的快6倍以上。因此,酸枣被证明具有防病抗衰老与养颜益寿的作用。常喝酸枣汁则可以益气健脾,能改善面色不荣、皮肤干枯、形体消瘦、面目浮肿等症状。此外,酸枣中含有大量维生素E,可以促进血液循环和组织生长,使皮肤与毛发具有光泽,让面部皱纹舒展。

(4)、将粉末送入十万级净化车间,粉碎,过120目筛,按每粒0.43g规格,用全自动胶囊装填机灌装、检验、包装、入库。

颗粒剂的制备工艺:
一种双向改善胃肠道功能、减肥美容谷物果蔬组合物,所述原料组成及其重量配比为:玉竹335-1005份、红枣134-402份、百合134-402份、橘皮67-201份、30-80份黑豆、10-30份黄豆、120-200份糙米、35-75份薏米、120-200份红小豆、40-60份山药、40-60份茯苓、120-200份黑芝麻、120-200份燕麦、40-55份小麦胚芽粉、40-65份鱼胶原蛋白肽、30-60份核桃仁、45-55份酸枣仁和1-15份木糖醇作为辅助调味料;
优选组合物有效成分的原料组成及其重量配比为:玉竹570份、红枣220份、百合230份、橘皮100份、50份黑豆、20份黄豆、100份糙米、50份薏米、100份红小豆、50份山药、50份茯苓、100份黑芝麻、100份燕麦、50份小麦胚芽粉、55份鱼胶原蛋白肽、50份核桃仁、50份酸枣仁和5份木糖醇作为辅助调味料;
(1)、配方中所用原料物经净选,无杂质,无虫蛀,无霉变后备用;
(2)、按配方量,取原料的水提浸膏,加入可溶性淀粉或糊精-与浸膏比例为2:1,制粒,干燥,分装,包装,检验入库。
实施例三
口服液的制备工艺:
一种双向改善胃肠道功能、减肥美容谷物果蔬组合物,所述原料组成及其重量配比为:玉竹335-1005份、红枣134-402份、百合134-402份、橘皮67-201份、30-80份黑豆、10-30份黄豆、120-200份糙米、35-75份薏米、120-200份红小豆、40-60份山药、40-60份茯苓、120-200份黑芝麻、120-200份燕麦、40-55份小麦胚芽粉、40-65份鱼胶原蛋白肽、30-60份核桃仁、45-55份酸枣仁和1-15份木糖醇作为辅助调味料;
优选组合物有效成分的原料组成及其重量配比为:玉竹570份、红枣220份、百合230份、橘皮100份、50份黑豆、20份黄豆、100份糙米、50份薏米、100份红小豆、50份山药、50份茯苓、100份黑芝麻、100份燕麦、50份小麦胚芽粉、55份鱼胶原蛋白肽、50份核桃仁、50份酸枣仁和5份木糖醇作为辅助调味料;

片剂的制备工艺:
一种双向改善胃肠道功能、减肥美容谷物果蔬组合物,所述原料组成及其重量配比为:玉竹335-1005份、红枣134-402份、百合134-402份、橘皮67-201份、30-80份黑豆、10-30份黄豆、120-200份糙米、35-75份薏米、120-200份红小豆、40-60份山药、40-60份茯苓、120-200份黑芝麻、120-200份燕麦、40-55份小麦胚芽粉、40-65份鱼胶原蛋白肽、30-60份核桃仁、45-55份酸枣仁和1-15份木糖醇作为辅助调味料;

1.一种双向改善胃肠道功能、减肥美容谷物果蔬组合物,其特征在于:所述原料组成及其重量配比为:玉竹335-1005份、红枣134-402份、百合134-402份、橘皮67-201份、30-80份黑豆、10-30份黄豆、120-200份糙米、35-75份薏米、120-200份红小豆、40-60份山药、40-60份茯苓、120-200份黑芝麻、120-200份燕麦、40-55份小麦胚芽粉、40-65份鱼胶原蛋白肽、30-60份核桃仁、45-55份酸枣仁和1-15份木糖醇作为辅助调味料。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种双向改善胃肠道功能、减肥美容谷物果蔬组合物,其特征在于:所述组合物有效成分的原料组成及其重量配比为:玉竹570份、红枣220份、百合230份、橘皮100份、50份黑豆、20份黄豆、100份糙米、50份薏米、100份红小豆、50份山药、50份茯苓、100份黑芝麻、100份燕麦、50份小麦胚芽粉、55份鱼胶原蛋白肽、50份核桃仁、50份酸枣仁和5份木糖醇作为辅助调味料。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种双向改善胃肠道功能、减肥美容谷物果蔬组合物,其特征在于:所述组合物的剂型为胶囊剂或颗粒剂或片剂或口服液。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种双向改善胃肠道功能、减肥美容谷物果蔬组合物,其特征在于:所述组合物的剂型为胶囊剂的制备工艺的步骤如下:
(1)、配方中所用原料物经净选,无杂质,无虫蛀,无霉变后备用;
(2)、按配方量称取百合、红枣、橘皮,切碎至0.5cm-1.0cm备用;
(3)、按配方量称取玉竹,与切碎后的百合、红枣、橘皮、黑豆、黄豆、糙米、薏米、红小豆、山药、茯苓、黑芝麻、燕麦、小麦胚芽粉、核桃仁和酸枣仁同时置多功能提取罐中,加纯化水浸提2次,第一次加10量水,加热80℃浸提4h,第二次加8倍量水,加热80℃浸提3h,过滤,合并2次滤液,置真空浓缩罐中,60℃减压至0.02MPa浓缩至原体积的1/3,喷雾干燥,得粉末,通过木糖醇对粉末进行调味;
(4)、将粉末送入十万级净化车间,粉碎,过120目筛,按每粒0.43g规格,用全自动胶囊装填机灌装、检验、包装、入库。
5.根据权利要求3所述的一种双向改善胃肠道功能、减肥美容谷物果蔬组合物,其特征在于:所述组合物的剂型为颗粒剂的制备工艺的步骤如下:
(1)、配方中所用原料物经净选,无杂质,无虫蛀,无霉变后备用;
(2)、按配方量,取原料的水提浸膏,加入可溶性淀粉或糊精-与浸膏比例为2:1,制粒,干燥,分装,包装,检验入库。
6.根据权利要求3所述的一种双向改善胃肠道功能、减肥美容谷物果蔬组合物,其特征在于:所述组合物的剂型为口服液的制备工艺的步骤如下:
(1)、配方中所用原料物经净选,无杂质,无虫蛀,无霉变后备用;
(2)、按配方量,取原料的水提醇沉液,加入重量份数为100份-150份甜菊苷及尼铂金乙酯15份,用纯化水调配至规定量,过滤,分装,灭菌,包装,检验入库。
7.根据权利要求3所述的一种双向改善胃肠道功能、减肥美容谷物果蔬组合物,其特征在于:所述组合物的剂型为片剂的制备工艺的步骤如下:
(1)、配方中所用原料物经净选,无杂质,无虫蛀,无霉变后备用;
(2)、按配方量称取玉竹、百合、红枣、橘皮、黑豆、黄豆、糙米、薏米、红小豆、山药、茯苓、黑芝麻、燕麦、小麦胚芽粉、核桃仁和酸枣仁,切碎至0.5cm-1.0cm;按配方量称取玉竹、百合、红枣、橘皮、黑豆、黄豆、糙米、薏米、红小豆、山药、茯苓、黑芝麻、燕麦、小麦胚芽粉、鱼胶原蛋白肽、核桃仁和酸枣仁同时置多功能提取罐中,加纯化水浸提2次,第一次加10量水,加热80℃浸提4h,第二次加8倍量水,加热80℃浸提3h,过滤,合并2次滤液,置真空浓缩罐中,60℃减压至0.02MPa浓缩至原体积的1/3,喷雾干燥,得粉末;将粉末送入十万级净化车间,粉碎,过120目筛,按每粒0.43g规格,制粒,压片,分装,包装,检验入库。
