技术领域
本发明属于宠物饲料制备领域,具体涉及一种用于肠道护理的犬粮及其制备方法。
背景技术
犬粮是专门为宠物狗提供的、介于人类食品与传统畜禽饲料之间的高档动物食品。其作用主要是为宠物狗提供最基础的生命保证、生长发育和健康所需的营养物质。犬粮具有营养全面、消化吸收率高、配方科学、质量标准、饲喂方便以及可预防某些疾病等优点。随宠物狗饲养量的增长,犬粮的加工质量在受到宠物主人注意的同时,也为农产品、肉制品加工和家禽也带来了新的发展空间。
肠胃道疾病是宠物狗易患的疾病之一,也是宠物狗夏季最高发的疾病之一,主要症状包括:食欲不振、口腔异味、呕吐、腹泻、食物不耐受、消化***紊乱等,其中,临床上比较常见的肠胃道疾病为胃肠炎和结肠炎。
胃肠炎的特征是呕吐和腹泻,常见为突然发病,急性发病快,持续时间短,有明显的临床症状,常见病因则是近期内食物的突然改变,例如:过食或吃了腐败变质的食物、异物或有刺激性的药物及饮水不洁等,其他原因则包括细菌病毒感染、肠道寄生虫病感染、处理应激状态、其他器官的疾病如干燥疾病和肾脏疾病等。
结肠炎最常见的症状是间歇性或持续性腹泻,如果该疾病是慢性的则可能伴有体重减轻。常见病因包括:过食或吃了腐败变质的食物、异物或有刺激性的药物及饮水不洁等,细菌病毒感染、肠道寄生虫病感染、对某种药物发反应,食物过敏或不耐受等。
对于急性肠胃道疾病,药物治疗通常是最快也是最有效的治疗方法,但是对于慢性肠胃道疾病饮食调理很关键。饮食的目的是提供食物以满足宠物营养需求,同时帮助肠胃恢复正常功能。但是目前,针对于患肠胃道疾病的宠物狗提供的特定犬粮的研究比较少,更多的是饲养者根据医生建议,自行喂食,而这种方式往往效果不佳。因此,提供一种用于肠道护理的犬粮用于患病宠物狗的喂食是十分必要的。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术的不足和缺点,本发明的首要目的在于提供一种用于肠道护理的犬粮。
本发明的另一目的在于提供上述用于肠道护理的犬粮的制备方法。
为了解决上述问题,本发明本发明提供了如下技术方案:
一种用于肠道护理的犬粮,由如下按质量百分比计的组分制备得到:

所述的植物肠胃调理剂为芦根、迷迭香、山药和猴头菇的混合物;
所述的芦根、迷迭香、山药和猴头菇的质量比为5:3:1:1;
所述的用于肠道护理的犬粮的制备方法,包含如下步骤:
(1)将植物肠胃调理剂的组分芦根、迷迭香、山药和猴头菇按照比例混合均匀,超微粉碎,得到植物肠胃调理剂混合细粉,备用;
(2)将鸡胸肉、牛腩肉、三文鱼和牛油混合,进行高速斩拌乳化;然后加入步骤(1)制备的植物肠胃调理剂混合细粉和蛋黄粉继续进行高速斩拌乳化,得到混合料,备用;
(3)将螺旋藻、玉米、燕麦、豌豆和甜菜粕混合粉碎,得到混合粗粉,备用;
(4)将步骤(2)制备的混合料、步骤(3)制备的混合粗粉、乳酸菌素和维生素预混料等其余组分混合均匀,然后湿法高温膨化造粒,干燥,得到用于肠道护理的犬粮;
步骤(1)中所述的超微粉碎后的粒径优选不超过50微米;
步骤(3)中所述的高速斩拌的温度优选为40~50℃;
步骤(4)中所述的湿法高温膨化造粒的具体操作优选为:将混合后的物料加水调制使水分含量不低于25%,然后经喂料器加入到双螺杆挤压机内挤压膨化,其中,螺杆转速为180~200r/min;
步骤(4)中所述的干燥的条件优选为60~80℃干燥5~8h;
步骤(4)中所述的干燥后水分含量不超过10%;
本发明相对于现有技术具有如下的优点及效果:
(1)本发明以鸡胸肉、牛腩肉、三文鱼作为动物蛋白主要来源,其中,牛腩肉低脂且富含结合亚油酸,三文鱼富含omega-3不饱和脂肪酸,牛腩肉和三文鱼的添加,丰富了犬粮不饱和脂肪酸的种类,且提高了不饱和脂肪酸的含量。
(2)本发明提供的用于肠道护理的犬粮含有豌豆和螺旋藻,其中,豌豆一方面提供淀粉来源,在湿法高温膨化造粒,豌豆的添加,可以提高膨化效果,另一方面,豌豆富含豌豆淀粉,豌豆淀粉中直链淀粉含量较高,可以促进了肠道有益菌增殖。
(3)本发明以乳酸菌素代替益生菌,不含活菌,避免了活菌易失活,不耐储存,效果不稳定这一问题,可有效抑制肠道致病菌,促进正常菌群的生长,平衡肠道微生物环境,恢复肠道正常能力,双向调节肠道健康。
(4)本发明提供的用于肠道护理的犬粮包含芦根、迷迭香、山药和猴头菇粉组成的植物肠胃调理剂,其中,芦根生津止呕,为君药,迷迭香健胃止痛,为臣药,山药和猴头菇补中益气健脾分别为佐药和使药,四者科学配伍,可有效缓解宠物腹泻、呕吐等症状。
(5)本发明提供的用于肠道护理的犬粮具有高纤维含量、高效化率、无过敏性食物等特点,可用于患有肠胃道疾病的宠物的饲养管理,可改善宠物食欲不振、口腔异味、呕吐、腹泻等症状。

(1)取植物肠胃调理剂的组分芦根5份(以下份数均为质量份)、迷迭香3份、山药1份和猴头菇1份,按照比例进行混合,超微粉碎粒径不超过50微米,得到植物肠胃调理剂混合细粉,备用;
(2)取新鲜鸡胸肉13份、新鲜牛腩肉10份、三文鱼6份和牛油9份,按照比例进行混合,45℃高速斩拌乳化;然后加入步骤(1)制备的植物肠胃调理剂混合细粉4份和蛋黄粉4份继续进行高速斩拌乳化,得到混合料,备用;
(3)将螺旋藻7份、玉米16份、燕麦14份、豌豆9份和甜菜粕6.6份,按照比例进行混合加入到粉碎机中进行粉碎,得到混合粗粉,备用;

实施例4
选择10只成年正常比熊犬(体重为7.5公斤左右,满足动物实验标准要求)分为两组,每组各五只;其中,处理组饲喂实施例1制备的饲料,对照组饲喂市售基础饲料,每日饲喂量为150g饲料/天,试验周期为2个月。实验期间观察比熊犬精神状态,记录其发病情况及症状。
比熊犬肠胃很脆弱,比较容易患肠胃疾病,出现食欲不振、腹泻、呕吐等症状。实验过程中,采食市售基础饲料的比熊犬有三只出现呕吐、腹泻的症状,而采食实施例1制备的饲料的五只比熊犬均未出现食欲不振、腹泻、呕吐等症状,精神状态良好,结果见表1。

本实施例进一步分析对照组出现呕吐、腹泻等症状的三只比熊犬实验前和患病后粪便中大肠杆菌数、乳酸杆菌数和双歧杆菌数以及处理组中任意三只比熊犬实验前和试验后粪便中大肠杆菌数、乳酸杆菌数和双歧杆菌数,结果见表2。从表2中可以看出,处理组中的三只比熊犬实验前后粪便中大肠杆菌数、乳酸杆菌数和双歧杆菌数较稳定,进一步说明其肠道微生物***较稳定。而对照组虽然乳酸杆菌和双歧杆菌数仍高于大肠杆菌,但是大肠杆菌数量明显增加,而乳酸杆菌和双歧杆菌数有所下降,进一步说明了其肠道微生物菌群有所改变。

Claims (8)

1.一种用于肠道护理的犬粮,其特征在于由如下按质量百分比计的组分制备得到:

所述的植物肠胃调理剂为芦根、迷迭香、山药和猴头菇的混合物。
2.根据权利要求1所述的用于肠道护理的犬粮,其特征在于:
所述的芦根、迷迭香、山药和猴头菇的质量比为5:3:1:1。
3.权利要求1或2所述的用于肠道护理的犬粮的制备方法,其特征在于包含如下步骤:
(1)将植物肠胃调理剂的组分芦根、迷迭香、山药和猴头菇按照比例混合均匀,超微粉碎,得到植物肠胃调理剂混合细粉,备用;
(2)将鸡胸肉、牛腩肉、三文鱼和牛油混合,进行高速斩拌乳化;然后加入步骤(1)制备的植物肠胃调理剂混合细粉和蛋黄粉继续进行高速斩拌乳化,得到混合料,备用;
(3)将螺旋藻、玉米、燕麦、豌豆和甜菜粕混合粉碎,得到混合粗粉,备用;
(4)将步骤(2)制备的混合料、步骤(3)制备的混合粗粉、乳酸菌素和维生素预混料等其余组分混合均匀,然后湿法高温膨化造粒,干燥,得到用于肠道护理的犬粮。
4.根据权利要求3所述的用于肠道护理的犬粮的制备方法,其特征在于:
步骤(1)中所述的超微粉碎后的粒径不超过50微米。
5.根据权利要求3所述的用于肠道护理的犬粮的制备方法,其特征在于:
步骤(3)中所述的高速斩拌的温度为40~50℃。
6.根据权利要求3所述的用于肠道护理的犬粮的制备方法,其特征在于:
步骤(4)中所述的湿法高温膨化造粒的具体操作为:将混合后的物料加水调制使水分含量不低于25%,然后经喂料器加入到双螺杆挤压机内挤压膨化,其中,螺杆转速为180~200r/min。
7.根据权利要求3所述的用于肠道护理的犬粮的制备方法,其特征在于:
步骤(4)中所述的干燥的条件为60~80℃干燥5~8h。
8.根据权利要求3所述的用于肠道护理的犬粮的制备方法,其特征在于:
步骤(4)中所述的干燥后水分含量不超过10%。
