背景技术
随着人们生活水平的提高,饮食结构和生活方式的改变,超重和肥胖的II型糖尿病(T2DM)患者日渐增多。目前,治疗糖尿病的方式主要是通过口服单一胰岛素促分泌剂或酶抑制剂这种类型降糖药或使用胰岛素,或者两者并用来控制糖尿病患者的血糖,甚至还通过饥饿疗法、手术治疗等方式控制糖尿病病人的病情。这些“只获取不补充”的治疗方式,副作用大,使患者对药物产生依赖性,长期下来,不仅加重病态胰岛的分泌负担,导致胰岛细胞衰竭,药物继发性失效,还严重损坏身体各个器官,引发或加重并发症病情。

栗子皮粉含丰富的低聚合前花青素、没食子酸、鞣花酸。可有效抑制淀粉酶活性与葡萄糖甘酶活性,减少糖类吸收,降低餐后血糖过高症;

本发明实施例1公开了一种蛋白控糖代餐粉,包括以下重量份的物质:柑橘纤维18份、大麦麦芽粉3份、栗子皮粉0.5份、综合果蔬提取物0.1份、酵母铬0.1份、苦瓜提取物0.3份、水溶性膳食纤维75份、魔芋胶5份、三氯蔗糖0.1份、复合维生素0.5份和矿物质1份。
复合维生素包括以下重量份的物质:视黄醇0.15份、维生素D0.05份、生育酚3.4份、维生素B10.15份、核黄素0.15份、维生素B60.15份、钴胺素0.15份、L-抗坏血酸22份、叶酸0.04份、烟酰胺2份、泛酸0.5份和麦芽糊精45.5份。
矿物质包括以下重量份的物质:磷酸三钙135份、葡萄糖酸锌10份、焦磷酸铁4.5份、氧化镁34份和麦芽糊精205.5份。
综合果蔬提取物包括绿咖啡萃取物、西印度樱桃萃取物、卡姆果浓缩汁、巴西莓浓缩汁、山竹浓缩汁、檞黄素、黑醋栗萃取物、蓝莓萃取物、甜樱桃萃取物、巴西莓浓缩汁、黑莓浓缩汁、野樱莓浓缩汁、覆盆莓浓缩汁、山桑子萃取物、花椰菜芽浓缩汁、洋葱浓缩汁、番茄浓缩汁、花椰菜浓缩汁、红萝卜浓缩汁、菠菜浓缩汁、芥蓝浓缩汁、球芽甘蓝浓缩汁、绿茶萃取物、苹果萃取物、黑豆萃取物、接骨木萃取物、蓝玉米萃取物、姜黄萃取物、大蒜浓缩汁、罗勒浓缩汁、奥勒冈草浓缩汁、肉桂浓缩汁。

步骤1):按照如下重量配比配料:柑橘纤维18份、大麦麦芽粉3份、栗子皮粉0.5份、综合果蔬提取物0.1份、酵母铬0.1份、苦瓜提取物0.3份、水溶性膳食纤维75份、魔芋胶5份、三氯蔗糖0.1份、复合维生素0.5份和矿物质1份;
步骤2):将步骤1)中配料放入混料机中进行充分混合,混合好的配料放入容器中备用;
步骤3):定量包装;
步骤4):检验;
步骤5):装箱入库。
实施例2:
本发明实施例2公开了一种蛋白控糖代餐粉,包括以下重量份的物质:柑橘纤维19份、大麦麦芽粉4.5份、栗子皮粉1份、综合果蔬提取物0.2份、酵母铬0.3份、苦瓜提取物0.4份、水溶性膳食纤维80份、魔芋胶5份、三氯蔗糖0.2份、复合维生素0.8份和矿物质3份。
复合维生素包括以下重量份的物质:视黄醇0.17份、维生素D0.07份、生育酚3.6份、维生素B10.25份、核黄素0.25份、维生素B60.25份、钴胺素0.25份、L-抗坏血酸24份、叶酸0.06份、烟酰胺3份、泛酸0.7份和麦芽糊精47.5份。
矿物质包括以下重量份的物质:磷酸三钙137份、葡萄糖酸锌12份、焦磷酸铁6.4份、氧化镁36份和麦芽糊精208.6份。

复合维生素包括以下重量份的物质:视黄醇0.19份、维生素D0.09份、生育酚3.8份、维生素B10.35份、核黄素0.35份、维生素B60.35份、钴胺素0.35份、L-抗坏血酸26份、叶酸0.08份、烟酰胺4份、泛酸0.9份和麦芽糊精49.5份。
矿物质包括以下重量份的物质:磷酸三钙140份、葡萄糖酸锌15份、焦磷酸铁8.5份、氧化镁38份和麦芽糊精210份。

步骤1):柑橘纤维20份、大麦麦芽粉6份、栗子皮粉1.5份、综合果蔬提取物0.3份、酵母铬0.5份、苦瓜提取物0.5份、水溶性膳食纤维85份、魔芋胶10份、三氯蔗糖0.3份、复合维生素1份和矿物质5份;
步骤2):将步骤1)中配料放入混料机中进行充分混合,混合好的配料放入容器中备用;
步骤3):定量包装;
步骤4):检验;
步骤5):装箱入库。
代餐效果实验情况如下:
1.实验对象:选取40-60岁的超重和肥胖的T2DM患者200例。
2.实验方法:将所有患者平均分为两组,即甲组和乙组,甲组患者食用本发明提供的代餐粉12g/每餐,按糖尿病饮食管理配以副食(包括服药降糖药物),乙组患者则采用普通糖尿病饮食(包括服药降糖药物)。
3.实验结果:
表1为两组间年龄、糖尿病病程和试验前的体重、空腹血糖(两组都未服用任何降血糖
的药物和食物),表1用于对照,与表2形成对比;

试验结果表明:服用本发明提供的代餐粉后,可明显减轻超重和肥胖T2DM患者的体重,而且更有利于患者血糖的控制。

Claims (10)
1.一种蛋白控糖代餐粉,其特征在于:包括以下重量份的物质:柑橘纤维18~20份、大麦麦芽粉3~6份、栗子皮粉0.5~1.5份、综合果蔬提取物0.1~0.3份、酵母铬0.1~0.5份、苦瓜提取物0.3~0.5份、水溶性膳食纤维75~85份、魔芋胶5~10份、三氯蔗糖0.1~0.3份、复合维生素0.5~1份和矿物质1~5份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种蛋白控糖代餐粉,其特征在于:所述复合维生素包括以下重量份的物质:视黄醇0.15~0.19份、维生素D 0.05~0.09份、生育酚3.4~3.8份、维生素B1 0.15~0.35份、核黄素0.15~0.35份、维生素B6 0.15~0.35份、钴胺素0.15~0.35份、L-抗坏血酸22~26份、叶酸0.04~0.08份、烟酰胺2~4份、泛酸0.5~0.9份和麦芽糊精45.5~49.5份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种蛋白控糖代餐粉,其特征在于:所述矿物质包括以下重量份的物质:磷酸三钙135~140份、葡萄糖酸锌10~15份、焦磷酸铁4.5~8.5份、氧化镁34~38份和麦芽糊精205.5~210份。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种蛋白控糖代餐粉,其特征在于:所述综合果蔬提取物包括绿咖啡萃取物、西印度樱桃萃取物、卡姆果浓缩汁、巴西莓浓缩汁、山竹浓缩汁、檞黄素、黑醋栗萃取物、蓝莓萃取物、甜樱桃萃取物、巴西莓浓缩汁、黑莓浓缩汁、野樱莓浓缩汁、覆盆莓浓缩汁、山桑子萃取物、花椰菜芽浓缩汁、洋葱浓缩汁、番茄浓缩汁、花椰菜浓缩汁、红萝卜浓缩汁、菠菜浓缩汁、芥蓝浓缩汁、球芽甘蓝浓缩汁、绿茶萃取物、苹果萃取物、黑豆萃取物、接骨木萃取物、蓝玉米萃取物、姜黄萃取物、大蒜浓缩汁、罗勒浓缩汁、奥勒冈草浓缩汁、肉桂浓缩汁。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种蛋白控糖代餐粉,其特征在于:所述水溶性膳食纤维包括大豆、豌豆膳食纤维或水果膳食纤维。
6.一种蛋白控糖代餐粉的制备方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
步骤1):按照如下重量配比配料:柑橘纤维18~20份、大麦麦芽粉3~6份、栗子皮粉0.5~1.5份、综合果蔬提取物0.1~0.3份、酵母铬0.1~0.5份、苦瓜提取物0.3~0.5份、水溶性膳食纤维75~85份、魔芋胶5~10份、三氯蔗糖0.1~0.3份、复合维生素0.5~1份和矿物质1~5份;
步骤2):将步骤1)中配料放入混料机中进行充分混合,混合好的配料放入容器中备用;
步骤3):定量包装;
步骤4):检验;
步骤5):装箱入库。
7.根据权利要求6所述的一种蛋白控糖代餐粉的制备方法,其特征在于:所述复合维生素包括以下重量份的物质:视黄醇0.15~0.19份、维生素D 0.05~0.09份、生育酚3.4~3.8份、维生素B1 0.15~0.35份、核黄素0.15~0.35份、维生素B6 0.15~0.35份、钴胺素0.15~0.35份、L-抗坏血酸22~26份、叶酸0.04~0.08份、烟酰胺2~4份、泛酸0.5~0.9份和麦芽糊精45.5~49.5份。
