Claims (7)

1. A processing technology of fruit and vegetable sheet jelly rich in nutrition is characterized by comprising the following components in parts by mass of 8000: 1500: 500:5:15:4: 3;
preparing water, cassava powder, pea powder, konjak powder, vegetable juice, carrageenan and salt according to a proportion;
putting the cassava powder and the pea powder into a stirring barrel to be mixed, adding hot water into the stirring barrel and uniformly stirring, adding the konjac powder, the carrageenan and the salt into the stirring barrel to be stirred for the second time, and finally adding the vegetable liquid into the stirring barrel and continuously stirring by a stirring device;
filtering the uniformly stirred slurry through a filter screen, standing for one hour after filtering, and filtering for 2-3 times after impurities are precipitated;
pouring a small amount of the slurry into a steamer, steaming the slurry by a steaming device, steaming the slurry for about 30 seconds by boiling water to obtain sheet jelly, and taking the solidified sheet jelly down from the steamer;
the steamed sheet jelly is cooled at low temperature, so that the toughness of the sheet jelly is enhanced;
placing the cooled sheet jelly on a bamboo curtain for airing, and airing;
and (5) placing the dried sheet jelly in a cool and ventilated place for storage.

The processing technology of the fruit and vegetable sheet jelly rich in nutrition according to claim 1, wherein the cooking device in the fourth step comprises a device body (1), a turnover device (2) and a feeding device (3), wherein the turnover device (2) is installed on the device body (1), and the feeding device (3) is installed inside the device body (1);
the device main body (1) comprises a supporting main body (11), a bearing plate (12), a collecting barrel (13), a heating device (14), a water bath (15), a connecting rod (16) and a supporting plate (17), wherein the bearing plate (12) is arranged on the left side of the supporting main body (11), the collecting barrel (13) is arranged on the upper surface of the bearing plate (12), the heating device (14) is arranged inside the supporting main body (11) of the supporting main body (13), the water bath (15) is arranged above the heating device (14), the connecting rod (16) is connected to the right side of the water bath (15), and the supporting plate (17) is arranged on the back of the supporting main body (11);
the turnover device (2) comprises a driving motor (21), an output shaft (22), a first rotating rod (23), a second rotating rod (24), a third rotating rod (25), a sliding block (26), a first rack (27), a sliding groove (28), a moving block (29), a turnover block (210), a connecting block (211), a rotating rod (212) and a slurry containing disc (213), wherein the driving motor (21) is installed on the upper surface of the supporting plate (17), one end of the driving motor (21) is connected with the output shaft (22), the other end of the output shaft (22) is connected with the first rotating rod (23), the other end of the first rotating rod (23) is connected with the second rotating rod (24), the other end of the second rotating rod (24) is connected with the third rotating rod (25), the left end of the third rotating rod (25) is connected with the sliding block (26), the right end of the third rotating rod (25) is connected to, the rack I (27) is connected with a sliding groove (28), the back of the sliding groove (28) is connected to the supporting main body (11), the left side of the rack I (27) is connected with a moving block (29), the upper portion of the moving block (29) is connected with a turning block (210), a connecting block (211) is installed below the turning block (210), a slurry containing disc (213) is installed on the upper surface of the connecting block (211), the upper end of the turning block (210) is connected with a rotating rod (212), and the right side of the rotating rod (212) is connected to the supporting main body (11);
feeding device (3) include stopper (31), rack two (32), rotating gear (33), storage vat (34) and unloading pipe (35), stopper (31) are installed inside supporting main body (11), stopper (31) upper surface is connected with rack two (32), the last surface mounting of rack two (32) has storage vat (34), one side of rack two (32) is connected with rotating gear (33), the upper end of rotating gear (33) is connected with rack one (27), the left side of storage vat (34) is provided with unloading pipe (35).
