the computing unit is used for processing the edge image and the standard edge image through an information fusion algorithm, extracting feature points, computing the similarity by using the feature points and transmitting the computed similarity to the judgment alarm unit;
the judging alarm unit is used for controlling an alarm lamp not to be turned on when the similarity is within a first preset range;
when the similarity is within a second preset range, controlling an alarm lamp to flicker;
when the similarity is within a third preset range, controlling an alarm lamp to be normally on;
and the display unit is used for analyzing the angle difference size and the offset direction of the edge image and the standard edge image and displaying the offset direction and the angle difference size when the similarity is within a second preset range.

the analysis unit is used for carrying out stress analysis on the lamp post when the discrimination alarm unit judges that the similarity is within a second preset range, and establishing a stress collapse model of the lamp post to obtain a collapse area image of the lamp post;
the monitoring unit is used for monitoring a human body area image around the lamp post when people are around the lamp post;
the operation unit is used for comparing whether the lamp post collapse area image is overlapped with the human body area image around the lamp post;
the compression unit is used for acquiring images of the overlapped area and compressing the images when the images are overlapped;
the compression unit determines a compression coefficient of the overlapping area image according to the following formula:
the overlapped area image consists of M rows and N columns of sub-images, and P is a compression coefficient of compressed information;
the compression unit is used for compressing the image of the overlapped area according to a compression coefficient and the following formula to obtain compressed image information;
wherein R (x, y) is image information before the image of the overlapped region is not compressed, and R (u, v) is image information after the image of the overlapped region is compressed; x represents the abscissa based on a standard coordinate system before the image of the overlapped area is uncompressed, and the value range is [0, M-1 ]; y represents a vertical coordinate based on a standard coordinate system before the image of the overlapped area is not compressed, and the value range is [0, N-1 ]; u represents the abscissa based on a standard coordinate system after the image compression of the overlapped region; v represents a vertical coordinate based on a standard coordinate system after the image of the overlapped area is compressed;
a transmitting unit for transmitting the compressed information to a fixed remote terminal when there is a coincidence in the positions.
