Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of railway emergency disposal, in particular to a side-assembled railway flatcar loading and unloading emergency platform.
Background
The railway flatcars are usually flatcars, tank cars and caravans which are mixed and organized into train transportation to improve the transportation efficiency. When a platform car is positioned at the tail of a train and the load moving on the platform car under a non-fixed platform needs to be unloaded from the platform car in an emergency mode, the load moving on the platform car is guaranteed to be unloaded in the prior art, the technical approach is that a platform is obliquely erected at the end part of the platform car, one end of the platform is obliquely erected on the platform car, the other end of the platform is in contact with the ground, the obliquely erected platform forms a bearing channel from the platform car to the ground, the moving load on the platform car passes through the erected platform, and the erected platform is withdrawn after the load moving on the platform car is unloaded. The reason why the platform is obliquely built is that the track in the direction of the train influences the moving load passing, and the obliquely built platform is called an oblique top movable platform. When a movable platform is linearly erected at the tail of a train at a road level crossing, namely the longitudinal center line of the erected platform is superposed with the longitudinal center line of a flat car, the vertically erected platform is called a straight top movable platform. The two technical forms for erecting the movable platform are that when the platform is positioned at the tail of the train, the prior art adopts a method for manually and rapidly erecting the movable platform to solve the problem of emergency unloading of the mobile load from the platform under the condition of no fixed platform. When the flat car is positioned in the middle of the train, the width of the flat car is narrow, the turning radius of the moving load is large, inconvenience is brought to quick unloading of the moving load on the flat car, and the problem of quick unloading of the moving load on the flat car cannot be solved.
