The preparation method of the functional film comprises the following steps:
s1, spraying an adhesive on the copper sheet electroplated with silver by using a spin coater;
and S2, covering a plastic film on the surface of the adhesive, and pressing for 2 hours by using a cold press to obtain the functional film for the electromagnetic wave shielding and adhering of the PDP protection screen.

Preparation of an adhesive for electromagnetic wave shielding and laminating of a PDP (plasma display panel) protective screen:
an adhesive for shielding and adhering electromagnetic waves of a PDP (plasma display panel) protective screen comprises the following components in parts by mass: 70 parts of phenolic resin, 50 parts of butyronitrile latex, 20 parts of polyvinyl butyral, 10 parts of carbon powder, 5 parts of sodium carbonate powder and 40 parts of mixed solvent, wherein the content of carbon black in the carbon powder is 50%, the average particle size of the carbon black is 0.3 mu m, the content of magnetic iron oxide in the carbon powder is 3%, the mixed solvent consists of 95% ethanol solution and ethyl acetate solution, and the mass ratio of the 95% ethanol solution to the ethyl acetate solution is 1: 1.
The preparation method of the adhesive for the electromagnetic wave shielding and pasting comprises the following steps:
s1, adding polyvinyl butyral, butyronitrile latex and a mixed solvent into phenolic resin, stirring for 2 hours at 70 ℃, and cooling for 2 hours to obtain a glue solution;
and S2, adding the carbon powder and the sodium carbonate powder into the glue solution prepared in the step 1, and stirring for 15min to prepare the adhesive for electromagnetic wave shielding and bonding.
A preparation method of a functional film for pasting electromagnetic wave shielding of a PDP protection screen comprises the following steps:
a functional film for adhering electromagnetic wave shielding of a PDP (plasma display panel) protective screen comprises a film base layer 1, a metal layer 2 and an adhesive layer 3, wherein the upper surface and the lower surface of the metal layer 2 are adhered to the film base layer 1 through the adhesive layer 3, the adhesive layer 3 is formed by uniformly coating the prepared adhesive for adhering the electromagnetic wave shielding, the thickness of the adhesive layer is 10 micrometers, the film base layer 1 is a plastic film with the transmittance of 95%, the thickness of the film base layer 1 is 20 micrometers, the main material of the metal layer 2 is copper, and the surface of the metal layer 2 is electroplated with silver.
The preparation method of the functional film comprises the following steps:
s1, spraying an adhesive on the copper sheet electroplated with silver by using a spin coater;
and S2, covering a plastic film on the surface of the adhesive, and pressing for 2 hours by using a cold press to obtain the functional film for the electromagnetic wave shielding and adhering of the PDP protection screen.
Performance detection
The physical properties of the functional films prepared in examples 1 to 4 were measured and compared with those of a general electromagnetic wave-shielding film, and the measurement items include electromagnetic wave-shielding characteristics (using the KEC method at 1 GHz), peel strength and weather resistance (UV xenon lamp aging test), and the measurement results are shown in Table 1.

In the present invention, the physical properties of the functional film for electromagnetic wave shielding and bonding of PDP protection panels prepared in examples 1 to 4 in table 1 are compared with those of a general electromagnetic wave shielding film, so that the electromagnetic wave shielding property is improved, the weather resistance is improved, the aging and cracking time of the adhesive is effectively prolonged, and the service life of the functional film is prolonged.
The above description is only for the preferred embodiment of the present invention, but the scope of the present invention is not limited thereto, and any person skilled in the art should be considered to be within the technical scope of the present invention, and the technical solutions and the inventive concepts thereof according to the present invention should be equivalent or changed within the scope of the present invention.

Claims (4)

1. The adhesive for the electromagnetic wave shielding and adhering of the PDP protection screen is characterized by comprising the following components in percentage by mass: 70-90 parts of phenolic resin, 40-50 parts of butyronitrile latex, 20-30 parts of polyvinyl butyral, 10-20 parts of carbon powder, 1-5 parts of sodium carbonate powder and 40-50 parts of mixed solvent;
the preparation method of the adhesive for adhering the electromagnetic wave shielding comprises the following steps:
s1, adding polyvinyl butyral, butyronitrile latex and a mixed solvent into phenolic resin, stirring for 2-3h at 70 ℃, and cooling for 2h to obtain a glue solution;
and S2, adding the carbon powder and the sodium carbonate powder into the glue solution prepared in the step 1, and stirring for 10-20min to prepare the adhesive for electromagnetic wave shielding and bonding.
2. The adhesive for electromagnetic wave shielding attachment of a PDP protection panel according to claim 1, wherein: the mixed solvent consists of a 95% ethanol solution and an ethyl acetate solution, and the mass ratio of the 95% ethanol solution to the ethyl acetate solution is 1: 1.
3. The adhesive for electromagnetic wave shielding attachment of a PDP protection panel according to claim 1, wherein: the carbon powder contains 50-60% of carbon black, the particle size of the carbon black is 0.1-0.4 μm, and the content of magnetic iron oxide in the carbon powder is 1-5%.

A method for preparing a functional film adhered to the surface of a PDP protection panel using the adhesive for electromagnetic wave shielding attachment according to claim 1, comprising: the functional film comprises a film base layer, a metal layer and a bonding layer, wherein the upper surface and the lower surface of the metal layer are bonded with the film base layer through the bonding layer, the bonding layer is formed by uniformly coating the prepared adhesive for electromagnetic wave shielding bonding, the thickness of the bonding layer is 5-10 mu m, the film base layer is a plastic film with the transmittance of more than 90%, the thickness of the film base layer is 5-20 mu m, the main material of the metal layer is a copper grid, and the surface of the metal layer is electroplated with silver;
the preparation method of the functional film comprises the following steps:
s1, spraying an adhesive on the copper sheet electroplated with silver by using a spin coater;
and S2, covering a plastic film on the surface of the adhesive, and pressing for 1-2h by using a cold press to obtain the functional film for the electromagnetic wave shielding and adhering of the PDP protection screen.
