本发明公开了一种超耐候的纯聚酯粉末涂料,原料选择:耐候性羧基聚酯树脂300‑400份,TGIC固化剂15‑20份,耐候性羟基聚酯树脂100‑200份,羟烷基酰胺固化剂15‑20份,流平剂10‑15份,安息香5份,透气剂2‑4份,钛白粉200‑150份,抗菌剂10‑15份,增光剂10份,增硬剂10‑15份,本发明一种超耐候的纯聚酯粉末涂料,通过使用耐候性羧基聚酯树脂和耐候性羟基聚酯树脂两种耐候型聚酯材料作为该涂料的原料,且通过选用多种助剂对进行进一步的加工,从而可有效提高该种粉末涂料的耐候性能,通过选用抗菌剂作为该涂料的助剂,可有效提高该种粉末涂料的抗菌性能,涂覆在木质家具时可有效对其进行保护,避免木质家具遭受冷热、细菌等外界因素而受到损坏。

技术领域
本发明涉及粉末涂料技术领域,特别涉及一种超耐候的纯聚酯粉末涂料。
背景技术
随着人类物质文明的发展,家具在人们的眼中已不仅仅作为日常用具来看待,其往往与文化、风格、装饰性等词汇联系在一起,木质家具便是家具的一种,顾名思义便是实木制作的家具,其美观性、装饰性均置于家居行业的流行前端,木质家具在制作后一般会在其表面喷涂聚酯粉末涂料来对其进行装饰和保护。
而现有的用于木质家具的粉末涂料,机械性能较差、耐候性较差,木质家具长期使用下容易遭受冷热、细菌等因素的影响而发生损坏,因此需要提供一种超耐候的纯聚酯粉末涂料。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种超耐候的纯聚酯粉末涂料,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种超耐候的纯聚酯粉末涂料,原料选择:

作为本发明的一种优选技术方案,生产步骤:
步骤一:原料称重,按照质量份对原料进行称取;
步骤二:预混合,选用型号为9H500卧式混合机对原料进行预混合;
步骤三:熔融挤出,选用型号为SY-6217-B的双螺杆挤出机将步骤二得到的原料进行熔融挤出;
步骤四:压片粉磨,选用压片机对步骤三得到的原料进行压片,在将得到的压片放入MW880环辊微粉磨机进行粉碎和研磨;
步骤五:筛选包装,对粉磨后的粉料进行筛选后,最后进行检测包装。
作为本发明的一种优选技术方案,所述流平剂的选用型号为H98,增光剂的选用型号为701,选用的安息香状态为晶体,钛白粉的选用型号为706。
作为本发明的一种优选技术方案,所述步骤二的卧式混合机的搅拌动力为4KW380V,混合均匀度为99%。
作为本发明的一种优选技术方案,所述步骤三的双螺杆挤出机的螺杆直径20-30mm,长径比为40:1,螺杆转速为0-100rpm变频调速,螺杆为铬钼合金制成。
作为本发明的一种优选技术方案,所述步骤四中MW880环辊微粉磨机的成品细度为45-3μm,3250-325目。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:本发明一种超耐候的纯聚酯粉末涂料,通过使用耐候性羧基聚酯树脂和耐候性羟基聚酯树脂两种耐候型聚酯材料作为该涂料的原料,且通过选用多种助剂对(增光剂、增硬剂等)进行进一步的加工,从而可有效提高该种粉末涂料的耐候性能,通过选用抗菌剂作为该涂料的助剂,可有效提高该种粉末涂料的抗菌性能,涂覆在木质家具时可有效对其进行保护,避免木质家具遭受冷热、细菌等外界因素而受到损坏。
