It can be known from the above description that, the seventh motor of intermittent feeding mechanism drives the conveying chain to rotate through the escapement assembly, and the conveying chain is provided with the positioning tooth grooves, so as to realize the intermittent conveying of raw materials, and according to the control mode of the aforementioned disc cutter, the directions of the head and the tail of the chopsticks conveyed to two adjacent positioning tooth grooves on the conveying chain are opposite, so that the first grinding mechanism and the second grinding mechanism are designed to grind the heads of the chopsticks on two adjacent positioning tooth grooves respectively, specifically: the seventh motor drives the first rotating shaft and the second rotating shaft to rotate, a first eccentric rocker arm is eccentrically arranged on the first rotating shaft, a second eccentric rocker arm is eccentrically arranged on the second rotating shaft, the first eccentric rocker arm drives the second swing frame to periodically swing, and the second eccentric rocker arm drives the third swing frame to periodically swing, so that the periodic motion of the first polishing motor and the second polishing motor is realized, and the heads of the chopsticks on the two adjacent positioning tooth grooves are respectively polished by the first polishing motor and the second polishing motor.
In an optional embodiment, the escapement assembly comprises a third eccentric rocker, a first swing arm, an escapement arm, an escape wheel and a first spring, one end of the third eccentric rocker is eccentrically connected with the seventh motor, the other end of the third eccentric rocker is respectively connected with one end of the first swing arm and one end of the escapement arm, the other end of the first swing arm is hinged with the machine tool, the other end of the escapement arm is in escapement fit with the escapement wheel, the escape wheel is rotatably arranged on the machine tool and connected with the transmission chain, and the middle of the escapement arm is connected with the machine tool through the first spring.
From the above description, the third eccentric rocker is eccentrically connected with the seventh motor, the escapement arm periodically moves under the constraint of the third eccentric rocker and the first swing arm, and is reset through the first spring, and the intermittent feeding operation of the conveyor chain is realized through the cooperation of the escapement arm and the escapement wheel.
In an optional embodiment, the chopstick cutting machine further comprises a first material ejecting mechanism and a second material ejecting mechanism;
the first material ejecting mechanism comprises a first wheel disc, a second swing arm, a second spring and a first material pushing plate, the first wheel disc is fixedly connected with the first rotating shaft, a first material ejecting rail is arranged on the end face of the first wheel disc, one end of the second swing arm is rotatably connected with the machine tool, a first roller which is in rolling fit with the first material ejecting rail is arranged on one side of the middle of the second swing arm, the other side of the middle of the second swing arm is connected with the machine tool through the second spring, and the first material pushing plate is arranged at the other end of the second swing arm and is positioned on one side of the conveying chain;
the second liftout mechanism includes second rim plate, third swing arm, third spring and second scraping wings, the second rim plate with second pivot fixed connection, the terminal surface of second rim plate is equipped with second liftout track, the one end of second swing arm with the lathe rotates and is connected, one side at the middle part of second swing arm be equipped with second liftout track roll complex second gyro wheel, the opposite side at the middle part of second swing arm pass through the third spring with the lathe is connected, the second scraping wings sets up the other end of second swing arm and be located the opposite side of transfer chain.
From the above description, the two material ejecting mechanisms are connected with the rotating shaft through the wheel disc, the material ejecting track on the wheel disc is used for controlling the swing amplitude of the second swing arm, the second swing arm is reset through the second spring, so that intermittent material pushing of the material pushing plates is realized, the two material pushing plates are respectively used for pushing chopsticks with opposite heads and tails on the two adjacent positioning tooth grooves, and the two grinding mechanisms are matched for grinding.
In an alternative embodiment, the chopstick slitting and forming machine further comprises a counting mechanism, wherein the counting mechanism comprises a cross frame and a counter, the cross frame is erected on the machine tool and located above the conveying chain, and the counter is installed on the cross frame and faces the conveying chain.
As can be seen from the above description, the counter is mounted above the conveyor chain by a cross frame for counting operations.
In an alternative embodiment, the intermittent slitting mechanism further comprises a guard disposed on the first swing frame and housing the disc cutter therein.
As can be seen from the above description, the shield cap functions to block machining chips and prevent erroneous contact.
In an optional embodiment, the chopstick slitting and molding machine further comprises a chip cleaning mechanism, the chip cleaning mechanism comprises an exhaust fan and an exhaust pipeline, the exhaust fan is arranged on the machine tool, one end of the exhaust pipeline is connected with an air inlet of the exhaust fan, and the other end of the exhaust pipeline is connected with an air suction opening in the protective cover.
From the above description, the exhaust fan sucks out the machining chips in the protective cover through the exhaust duct, so that the machining environment is improved, the machining precision is improved, and the service life of the component is prolonged.

the blanking mechanism 2 comprises a raw material storage box 21, a first motor 22 and a material shifting assembly 23, the raw material storage box 21 is arranged on the machine tool 1, the interior of the raw material storage box 21 is hollow, a feed inlet and a discharge outlet which penetrate through the inner cavity of the raw material storage box 21 are respectively formed in the top and the bottom of the raw material storage box 21, the first motor 22 is arranged on the machine tool 1, the first motor 22 is connected with one end of the material shifting assembly 23 through a first transmission assembly, and the other end of the material shifting assembly 23 extends into the inner cavity of the raw material storage box 21 to shift raw materials;

The first transmission assembly, the second transmission assembly and the third transmission assembly are belt pulley transmission parts. And a push plate is arranged on the material pushing sliding block. The upper roller group 41 comprises more than two first conveying rollers, the lower roller group 42 comprises more than two second conveying rollers, and one first conveying roller and one second conveying roller are arranged in an up-down corresponding mode. The edging wheel set 53 comprises four sets of edging wheels disposed around the second rail 51.

The continuous feeding mechanism 4 further comprises a mounting frame 44 and a lifting cylinder 45, the mounting frame 44 is arranged on the machine tool 1, the lifting cylinder 45 is arranged on the mounting frame 44, the upper roller group 41 or the lower roller group 42 is arranged on the mounting frame 44 in a sliding mode, and the lifting cylinder 45 is connected with the upper roller group 41 or the lower roller group 42.
The intermittent slitting mechanism 6 further comprises a protective hood 68, the protective hood 68 being arranged on the first oscillating frame 65 and covering the disc cutter 67 therein. The chopstick slitting and forming machine further comprises a chip cleaning mechanism 7, wherein the chip cleaning mechanism 7 comprises an exhaust fan and an exhaust pipeline, the exhaust fan is arranged on the machine tool 1, one end of the exhaust pipeline is connected with an air inlet of the exhaust fan, and the other end of the exhaust pipeline is connected with an air suction opening in the protective cover 68.
The chopstick cutting machine also comprises an intermittent feeding mechanism 8, a first grinding mechanism 9 and a second grinding mechanism 10; the intermittent feeding mechanism 8 comprises a seventh motor 81 and a transmission chain 82, the seventh motor 81 is arranged on the machine tool 1, the seventh motor 81 is connected with the transmission chain 82 through an escapement assembly 83, the transmission chain 82 is perpendicular to the second track 51, and a positioning tooth socket is arranged on the transmission chain 82; the first grinding mechanism 9 comprises a first rotating shaft 91, a first eccentric rocker arm 92, a second swing frame 93, a first grinding motor 94 and a first grinding wheel 95, wherein the first rotating shaft 91 is rotatably arranged on the machine tool 1, the seventh motor 81 is connected with the first rotating shaft 91 through a fourth transmission assembly, one end of the first eccentric rocker arm 92 is eccentrically connected with the first rotating shaft 91, the other end of the first eccentric rocker arm 92 is connected with the middle part of the second swing frame 93, one end of the second swing frame 93 is rotatably connected with the machine tool 1, the first grinding motor 94 is arranged at the other end of the second swing frame 93, and the first grinding wheel 95 is connected with the first grinding motor 94; the second grinding mechanism 10 comprises a second rotating shaft 101, a second eccentric rocker arm 102, a third swing frame 103, a second grinding motor 104 and a second grinding wheel 105, the second rotating shaft 101 is rotatably arranged on the machine tool 1, the seventh motor 81 is connected with the second rotating shaft 101 through a fifth transmission assembly, one end of the second eccentric rocker arm 102 is eccentrically connected with the second rotating shaft 101, the other end of the second eccentric rocker arm 102 is connected with the middle of the third swing frame 103, one end of the third swing frame 103 is rotatably connected with the machine tool 1, the second grinding motor 104 is arranged at the other end of the third swing frame 103, and the second grinding wheel 105 is connected with the second grinding motor 104.
And the fourth transmission assembly and the fifth transmission assembly are bevel gear transmission members.
The escapement assembly 83 includes a third eccentric rocker arm 831, a first swing arm 832, an escapement arm 833, an escapement wheel 834 and a first spring, one end of the third eccentric rocker arm 831 is eccentrically connected with the seventh motor 81, the other end of the third eccentric rocker arm 831 is respectively connected with one end of the first swing arm 832 and one end of the escapement arm 833, the other end of the first swing arm 832 is hinged to the machine tool 1, the other end of the escapement arm 833 is in escapement fit with the escapement wheel 834, the escapement wheel 834 is rotatably disposed on the machine tool 1 and connected with the transmission chain 82, and the middle part of the escapement arm 833 is connected with the machine tool 1 through the first spring.
The chopstick cutting machine also comprises a first material ejecting mechanism 11 and a second material ejecting mechanism 12; the first material ejecting mechanism 11 includes a first wheel disc 111, a second swing arm 112, a second spring and a first material pushing plate 113, the first wheel disc 111 is fixedly connected with the first rotating shaft 91, a first material ejecting rail is arranged on the end surface of the first wheel disc 111, one end of the second swing arm 112 is rotatably connected with the machine tool 1, a first roller which is in rolling fit with the first material ejecting rail is arranged on one side of the middle of the second swing arm 112, the other side of the middle of the second swing arm 112 is connected with the machine tool 1 through the second spring, and the first material pushing plate 113 is arranged at the other end of the second swing arm 112 and is located on one side of the conveying chain 82; the second ejector mechanism 12 includes a second wheel disc 121, a third swing arm 122, a third spring and a second material pushing plate 123, the second wheel disc 121 is fixedly connected to the second rotating shaft 101, a second ejector rail is disposed on an end surface of the second wheel disc 121, one end of the second swing arm 112 is rotatably connected to the machine tool 1, a second roller is disposed on one side of the middle of the second swing arm 112 and is in rolling fit with the second ejector rail, the other side of the middle of the second swing arm 112 is connected to the machine tool 1 through the third spring, and the second material pushing plate 123 is disposed at the other end of the second swing arm 112 and is located on the other side of the conveying chain 82.
The chopstick splitting and forming machine further comprises a counting mechanism 13, wherein the counting mechanism 13 comprises a cross frame and a counter, the cross frame is erected on the machine tool 1 and is positioned above the conveying chain 82, and the counter is installed on the cross frame and faces the conveying chain 82.
The chopstick cutting machine also comprises a recovery mechanism 14, wherein the recovery mechanism 14 comprises a recovery box which is arranged on the machine tool 1 and is positioned below the conveying chain 82.
In summary, the invention provides a chopstick splitting and cutting machine, which comprises a machine tool, and a blanking mechanism, an intermittent material pushing mechanism, a continuous feeding mechanism, an edge grinding mechanism and an intermittent cutting mechanism which are respectively arranged on the machine tool, when in use, raw materials enter a box body from a feed inlet of a raw material storage box, a first motor is used for driving a material stirring assembly to rotate, the material stirring assembly stirs and drops the raw materials in the raw material storage box one by one in order, the raw materials are discharged out of the box body from a discharge outlet of the raw material storage box and fall on a first track, a second motor is used for driving a first crank, a first connecting rod and a first material pushing slide block to move in sequence, the first material pushing slide block reciprocates on the first track, the dropped raw materials are pushed forwards in the process of the first material pushing slide block, meanwhile, the raw materials which are not dropped in the raw material storage box are resisted to prevent the, the raw materials propped in the raw material storage box continuously drop, so that intermittent material pushing is realized, the raw materials pushed forwards by the first material pushing sliding block are conveyed to the second track, the edge grinding wheel set is driven to rotate by the fourth motor, the raw materials on the second track are subjected to side edge and side surface grinding operation, then, the first cam is driven to rotate by the fifth motor, the first ejector rod is driven to slide in a reciprocating manner in the third track through the jacking matching of the first cam and the first ejector rod, the first ejector rod pushes the first swing frame to swing in a reciprocating manner, the disc cutter is driven to rotate by the sixth motor on the first swing frame, the swing period of the first swing frame is designed to be twice of the rotation period of the first crank, so that the disc cutter enters the cutter from one end of one raw material during each cutting, and continues to cut another subsequent raw material after the raw materials are completely cut, and finally, the cutter is withdrawn from the other end of the other raw material, so that the control is convenient, the control energy consumption of the disc cutter is saved, and the processing efficiency is improved. The chopstick slitting and forming machine integrates the blanking mechanism, the intermittent material pushing mechanism, the continuous feeding mechanism, the edge grinding mechanism and the intermittent slitting mechanism on one machine tool, realizes the integrated operation of blanking, feeding, edge grinding and slitting of chopsticks, improves the processing efficiency, cancels the steps of independent processing of a plurality of traditional processing devices and collecting and feeding after processing, saves the cost and reduces the energy consumption.

the blanking mechanism comprises a raw material storage box, a first motor and a material stirring assembly, wherein the raw material storage box is arranged on the machine tool, the raw material storage box is hollow inside, the top and the bottom of the raw material storage box are respectively provided with a feed inlet and a discharge outlet which are communicated to an inner cavity of the raw material storage box, the first motor is arranged on the machine tool, the first motor is connected with one end of the material stirring assembly through a first transmission assembly, and the other end of the material stirring assembly extends into the inner cavity of the raw material storage box to stir raw materials;
the intermittent material pushing mechanism comprises a first rail, a second motor, a first crank, a first connecting rod and a first material pushing sliding block, the first rail is arranged on the machine tool and is positioned below the discharge hole, the second motor is arranged on the machine tool, one end of the first crank is fixedly connected with an output shaft of the second motor, the other end of the first crank is rotatably connected with one end of the first connecting rod, the other end of the first connecting rod is rotatably connected with the first material pushing sliding block, and the first material pushing sliding block is slidably arranged at one end of the first rail;
the continuous feeding mechanism comprises an upper roller set, a lower roller set and a third motor, the upper roller set and the lower roller set are rotatably arranged on the machine tool and are arranged up and down, a gap for raw materials to pass through is formed between the upper roller set and the lower roller set, the other end of the first track is positioned on one side of the gap, the third motor is arranged on the machine tool, and the third motor is connected with the upper roller set or the lower roller set through a second transmission assembly;
the edge grinding mechanism comprises a second rail, a fourth motor and an edge grinding wheel set, the second rail is arranged on the machine tool, one end of the second rail is located on the other side of the gap, the fourth motor is arranged on the machine tool and connected with the edge grinding wheel set through a third transmission assembly, and the edge grinding wheel set is rotatably arranged on the machine tool and located on one side of the second rail;
the intermittent splitting mechanism comprises a fifth motor, a first cam, a third track, a first ejector rod, a first swing frame, a sixth motor and a disc cutter, the fifth motor is arranged on the machine tool, the output shaft of the fifth motor is connected with the rotating shaft of the first cam, the third track is arranged on the machine tool, the first ejector rod is connected with the third track in a sliding way, one end of the first ejector rod is abutted against the first cam, the other end of the first ejector rod is rotationally connected with the middle part of the first swing frame, one end of the first swing frame is rotationally connected with the machine tool, the sixth motor is arranged at the other end of the first swing frame, an output shaft of the sixth motor is connected with a rotating shaft of the disc cutter, the disc cutter is located on one side of the second track, and the swing period of the first swing frame is equal to twice of the rotation period of the first crank.

The chopstick slitting and molding machine according to claim 1, wherein the raw material storage box comprises a first fixing plate, a second fixing plate, a positioning column and a movable limiting plate, the first fixing plate and the second fixing plate are arranged on the machine tool in parallel, the positioning column is arranged between the first fixing plate and the second fixing plate in a transverse mode, and the movable limiting plate is arranged on the positioning column in a sliding mode.

A chopstick splitting and forming machine according to claim 2, wherein the material shifting assembly comprises a material shifting rod, a material shifting wheel and a supporting arm, one end of the material shifting rod is rotatably connected with the first fixing plate, the other end of the material shifting rod penetrates through the second fixing plate and then is connected with the output shaft of the first motor, the material shifting wheel is arranged in the middle of the material shifting rod, material shifting teeth are arranged on the circumferential edge of the material shifting wheel, a material shifting cam is arranged on the end face of the material shifting wheel, one end of the supporting arm is rotatably connected with the positioning column, and the other end of the supporting arm abuts against the material shifting cam.

The chopstick slitting and molding machine according to claim 1, wherein the continuous feeding mechanism further comprises a mounting frame and a lifting cylinder, the mounting frame is arranged on the machine tool, the lifting cylinder is arranged on the mounting frame, the upper roller set or the lower roller set is arranged on the mounting frame in a sliding manner, and the lifting cylinder is connected with the upper roller set or the lower roller set.

the intermittent feeding mechanism comprises a seventh motor and a transmission chain, the seventh motor is arranged on the machine tool and is connected with the transmission chain through an escapement assembly, the transmission chain is perpendicular to the second track, and a positioning tooth groove is formed in the transmission chain;
the first grinding mechanism comprises a first rotating shaft, a first eccentric rocker arm, a second swing frame, a first grinding motor and a first grinding wheel, the first rotating shaft is rotatably arranged on the machine tool, the seventh motor is connected with the first rotating shaft through a fourth transmission assembly, one end of the first eccentric rocker arm is eccentrically connected with the first rotating shaft, the other end of the first eccentric rocker arm is connected with the middle part of the second swing frame, one end of the second swing frame is rotatably connected with the machine tool, the first grinding motor is arranged at the other end of the second swing frame, and the first grinding wheel is connected with the first grinding motor;
the second grinding mechanism comprises a second rotating shaft, a second eccentric rocker arm, a third swing frame, a second grinding motor and a second grinding wheel, the second rotating shaft is rotatably arranged on the machine tool, the seventh motor is connected with the second rotating shaft through a fifth transmission assembly, one end of the second eccentric rocker arm is eccentrically connected with the second rotating shaft, the other end of the second eccentric rocker arm is connected with the middle of the third swing frame, one end of the third swing frame is rotatably connected with the machine tool, the second grinding motor is arranged at the other end of the third swing frame, and the second grinding wheel is connected with the second grinding motor.

The chopstick slitting and molding machine according to claim 5, wherein the escapement assembly comprises a third eccentric rocker arm, a first swing arm, an escapement wheel and a first spring, one end of the third eccentric rocker arm is eccentrically connected with the seventh motor, the other end of the third eccentric rocker arm is respectively connected with one end of the first swing arm and one end of the escapement arm, the other end of the first swing arm is hinged to the machine tool, the other end of the escapement arm is matched with the escapement wheel, the escapement wheel is rotatably arranged on the machine tool and connected with the conveying chain, and the middle of the escapement arm is connected with the machine tool through the first spring.

the second liftout mechanism includes second rim plate, third swing arm, third spring and second scraping wings, the second rim plate with second pivot fixed connection, the terminal surface of second rim plate is equipped with second liftout track, the one end of second swing arm with the lathe rotates and is connected, one side at the middle part of second swing arm be equipped with second liftout track roll complex second gyro wheel, the opposite side at the middle part of second swing arm pass through the third spring with the lathe is connected, the second scraping wings sets up the other end of second swing arm and be located the opposite side of transfer chain.

The chopstick slitting and molding machine according to claim 9, further comprising a chip cleaning mechanism, wherein the chip cleaning mechanism comprises an exhaust fan and an exhaust duct, the exhaust fan is arranged on the machine tool, one end of the exhaust duct is connected with an air inlet of the exhaust fan, and the other end of the exhaust duct is connected with an air suction opening on the protection cover.
