Referring to fig. 1, the difference between the present embodiment and the above embodiment 1 is that the second pushing rod 8 is provided with a conical blocking wall 9, so that when the food waste is screwed out, the food waste is guided to the first feeding pipe 7 by the conical blocking wall 9.
The working principle of the invention is as follows: when the environment-friendly food waste cleaning device is used for cleaning food waste, firstly, the food waste is input into the crushing box 2b through the feed inlet 13, the third motor 12 is started, the rotating rollers 14b and the sleeve 14a are enabled to mutually stagger to embrittle the food waste, the embrittled food waste can fall into the areas of the chopping rod 15 and the material beating rod 16, the fourth motor 23 is started, the first bevel gear 24 is respectively meshed with the second bevel gear 25 and the third bevel gear 26 to control the screw rod 29 to rotate positively and negatively to control the movable supports 27 on the upper side and the lower side to reciprocate, the movable supports 27 are utilized to drive the flat gears 31 of the chopping rod 15 and the material beating rod 16 to move along the tooth track 30, the chopping rod 15 and the material beating rod 16 further chop and scatter the food waste, meanwhile, the fourth motor 23 also controls the third material pushing rod 17 to rotate to push the fragmented food waste to the second feeding pipe 11, the valve of the second feeding pipe 11 and the second motor 10 are opened, the second feeding pipe 11 pushes the food waste into the solid-liquid separation wall 18, the second motor 10 drives the second pushing rod 8 to rotate, so that the food waste is spirally rotated in the solid-liquid separation wall 18 to drain the waste water from the water outlet hole 19, the drained water is concentrated to the water collection bevel 21, the valve of the waste water outlet pipe 20 is opened to discharge the waste water, then the valve of the first feeding pipe 7 is opened, then the second motor 10 is controlled to rotate reversely to push the food waste to the first feeding pipe 7, the first motor 6 and the heating resistance wire 1 are turned on, the first motor 6 drives the first material pushing rod 4 to rotate, the food waste coming from the first feeding pipe 7 is pushed to the discharge hole 22 through the first material pushing rod 4, and is heated and dried by a heating resistance wire 1, and finally, the crushed and dried food waste is discharged from a discharge hole 22, so that the treatment process of the food waste by the device is completed. The food waste treatment device is simple in structure, can effectively clean waste water in food waste, is beneficial to transportation of the food waste by adopting crushing treatment, is high in automation degree, has the functions of crushing, dehydrating and drying, and has a value in the field of food environmental protection.
It will be evident to those skilled in the art that the invention is not limited to the details of the foregoing illustrative embodiments, and that the present invention may be embodied in other specific forms without departing from the spirit or essential attributes thereof. An environment-friendly food waste cleaning device comprises a first motor (6), a second motor (10), a third motor (12), a fourth motor (23), a heating resistance wire (1) and a bottom frame (5), and is characterized in that the upper side of the bottom frame (5) is fixedly connected with a drying box (2), the upper side of the drying box (2) is fixedly connected with a dewatering box (2 a), the upper side of the dewatering box (2 a) is fixedly connected with a crushing box (2 b), the lower end of the left side of the dewatering box (2 a) is provided with a water collection bevel (21), the water collection bevel (21) is connected with a waste water outlet pipe (20) through a pipeline, a solid-liquid separation wall (18) is fixedly connected inside the dewatering box (2 a), the solid-liquid separation wall (18) is provided with a plurality of solid-liquid separation walls (19), a second material pushing rod (8) is arranged inside the solid-liquid separation wall (18), and the left end of the second material pushing rod, the right side of a second pushing rod (8) is rotatably connected with a dewatering box (2 a), the right end of the second pushing rod (8) is provided with a second motor (10), a second feeding pipe (11) is arranged between the dewatering box (2 a) and a crushing box (2 b), the lower end of the second feeding pipe (11) extends into a solid-liquid separation wall (18), the upper end of the crushing box (2 b) is provided with a feeding hole (13) and extends to the upper side of a compression roller mechanism (14), the compression roller mechanism (14) comprises a casing (14 a), the casing (14 a) is of a two-segment type, a rotating roller (14 b) is arranged inside the casing (14 a), the rotating roller (14 b) is rotatably connected with the crushing box (2 b), one end of the rotating roller (14 b) is provided with a third motor (12), a cutting rod (15) and a beating rod (16) are arranged on the lower side of the casing (14 a), and a third pushing rod (17) is arranged on the lower side inside the crushing box (2 b, the chopping rod (15), the knockout rod (16) and the third pushing rod (17) are provided with a driving mechanism, the driving mechanism comprises a first bevel gear (24) fixedly connected with the right output end of a fourth motor (23), the first bevel gear (24) is a half bevel gear, the left output end of the fourth motor (23) is fixedly connected with the third pushing rod (17), flat gears (31) are respectively arranged on the right sides of the chopping rod (15) and the knockout rod (16), the two flat gears (31) are respectively engaged and connected with a rack (30), the right ends of the chopping rod (15) and the knockout rod (16) are respectively rotatably connected with a movable support (27), the movable support (27) is in threaded connection with a screw rod (29), the threads of the screw rod (29) are symmetrically distributed about the center of the screw rod (29), the screw rod (29) is rotatably connected with a crushing box (2 b), the lower end of the screw rod (29) is fixedly connected with a second bevel gear (25) and a, the movable support (27) is connected with a polish rod (28) in a sliding mode, and two ends of the polish rod (28) are fixedly connected with the crushing box (2 b).

The environment-friendly food waste cleaning device according to claim 1, wherein a discharge port (22) is formed in the left side of the drying box (2), a heating resistance wire (1) is arranged inside the drying box (2), a heat conducting wall (3) is arranged on the inner side of the heating resistance wire (1), a first material pushing rod (4) is arranged in the inner cavity of the heat conducting wall (3), the first material pushing rod (4) is rotatably connected with the drying box (2), a first motor (6) is arranged at the right end of the first material pushing rod (4), and a first material conveying pipe (7) is arranged between the drying box (2) and the dewatering box (2 a) and is communicated with the drying box.

4. The environment-friendly food waste cleaning device according to claim 2, wherein the first feeding pipe (7), the second feeding pipe (11), the waste water outlet pipe (20) and the discharge hole (22) are provided with valves.
5. An environment friendly food waste disposal device as defined in claim 1 wherein said second plunger (8) is provided with a conical wall (9).
6. The environment-friendly food waste cleaning device according to claim 2, wherein the first material pushing rod (4), the second material pushing rod (8) and the third material pushing rod (17) are all screw shafts.

The environment-friendly food waste cleaning device according to claim 1, wherein a plurality of molars (14 c) are arranged on the inner wall of the casing (14 a) and the outer surface of the rotary roller (14 b), and the molars (14 c) on the inner wall of the casing (14 a) and the molars (14 c) on the outer surface of the rotary roller (14 b) are distributed in a staggered manner.
