1. An early warning system for installation of a high voltage cable accessory, comprising:
the video monitoring module is arranged on the high-voltage cable accessory installation site and is used for shooting video information on the high-voltage cable accessory installation site;
the environment detector is arranged on the high-voltage cable accessory installation site and used for detecting environment parameters of the high-voltage cable accessory installation site;
a memory for storing white list information of persons allowed to appear at a high voltage cable accessory installation site and predetermined environmental parameter information allowed at the high voltage cable accessory installation site;
the early warning information judgment module is in communication connection with the memory, the video monitoring module and the environment detector; the early warning information judgment module compares the face information monitored by the video monitoring module with the white list information in the memory, and outputs first early warning information when the face information monitored by the video monitoring module does not accord with the white list information; the early warning information judgment module is also used for comparing the environmental parameters detected by the environmental detector with the preset environmental parameter information in the memory, and outputting second early warning information when the environmental parameters detected by the environmental detector exceed the corresponding range of the preset environmental parameter information;
and the early warning information output module is in communication connection with the early warning information judgment module and outputs corresponding early warning information to a specified user when receiving the first early warning information and/or the second early warning information output by the early warning information judgment module.

The warning system of claim 1, wherein the manner of outputting the corresponding warning information to the designated user comprises: and outputting the early warning information to the appointed user through sound early warning, displaying the early warning information to the appointed user through a display, and outputting the early warning information to the appointed user through a telephone.

The warning system of claim 1, wherein the warning information determining module automatically performs a prevention and control protection function for a high-voltage cable accessory installation site when no feedback information from a designated user is received within a predetermined time after the warning information output module outputs the warning information.

The warning system of claim 3, wherein the prevention and control protection function comprises: and outputting broadcast alarm information to a player of the high-voltage cable accessory installation site when receiving the first early warning information, and outputting automatic starting information to an environmental condition adjusting device of the high-voltage cable accessory installation site when receiving the second early warning information.
5. The warning system of claim 4, wherein the environmental condition adjustment device comprises one or more of an air conditioner, a dehumidifier, and an air purifier.
6. The warning system according to claim 1, wherein the warning information output module is configured as a mobile terminal, the mobile terminal is installed with a predetermined application program, and the designated user receives the first warning information and the second warning information based on an account registered in the application program.

The early warning system according to claim 1, wherein a face recognition module is disposed in the video monitoring module, and when the face recognition module recognizes the face information, the recognized face information is photographed and the photographed face information is transmitted to the early warning information judgment module.

The warning system of any one of claims 1-7, further comprising: the high-voltage cable accessory information input device is provided with a high-voltage cable accessory qualified data database, and when the high-voltage cable accessory information input device receives that an accessory installed on a high-voltage cable site does not meet the requirement of the qualified data database, third early warning information is output.

The warning system of claim 8, wherein the high voltage cable accessory information entry device receives the first warning information and the second warning information when the designated user logs into the high voltage cable accessory information entry device through a corresponding registered account.
