drilling and cleaning: and (3) adopting a small impact drill to form holes, wherein the hole diameter of each formed hole is 600mm, and the hole depth of each formed hole is 33.1 m. The steel pipe 4 is a welded pipe (formed by welding sectional steel pipes with the length of 3 m) with the wall thickness of 8 mm. Every meter of steel pipe is longitudinally spaced by 200mm and is provided with 5 groups (4 are equidistantly arranged on the circumference) of internal and external communicating holes 10 with the diameter of 8mm, the drill hole openings between two sections of segmented steel pipes 4 are welded and lengthened by adopting pull plates, the pull plates are symmetrically provided with 4 pieces, and the thickness of each pull plate is 10mm, and the width of each pull plate is 100 mm. And when the upper section and the lower section are welded, correcting the verticality of the steel pipe along two vertical directions by using a horizontal ruler. 1 group (3 are arranged on the circumference at equal intervals) of positioning rings 8 are welded on the outer part of the steel pipe 3 every 3m, and the steel pipe is ensured to be positioned in the center of a drill hole after being placed in the drill hole.
The positions of the primary grouting pipe 1, the pile top secondary grouting pipe 2 and the pile end secondary grouting pipe 3 are shown in figure 3, the primary grouting pipe 1 extends out of the bottom of the steel pipe 3 by 100mm, the bottom of the pile top secondary grouting pipe 2 is arranged 2m below the top surface of the steel pipe 4, and the pile end secondary grouting pipe 3 extends out of the bottom of the steel pipe 3 by 200 mm. The filling speed of the crushed stones is controlled according to the filling height of not more than 1m in the drill hole per minute (the filling amount of the crushed stones per meter is about 400kg), and the final filling amount of the crushed stones is not less than 95 percent of the calculated amount of the volume of the drill hole.
Grouting for the first time: after filling the pile hole with the gravel, starting primary grouting, injecting first cement paste (water reducing agent 2%, expanding agent 8%, water cement ratio 0.8) into the inner side and the outer side of the steel pipe 4 until no mud flows out of the orifice of the drill hole provided with the gravel grouting steel pipe pile (GGP), and stopping grouting;
and (3) grouting for the second time: and (3) performing secondary grouting after the cement paste injected in the primary grouting is initially set, namely injecting second cement paste (2% of water reducing agent, 8% of expanding agent and 0.6% of water cement ratio) to the bottom of the steel pipe 4 and the vicinity of the pile top respectively through the pile top secondary grouting pipe 2 and the pile end secondary grouting pipe 3 until the grouting pressure is 5-8 MPa, and stopping grouting after the cement paste is stabilized for 3-5 min. And during the second grouting, injecting second cement paste to the position near the pile end through the pile end secondary grouting pipe 3, and injecting the second cement paste to the position near the pile top through the pile top secondary grouting pipe 2 after the grouting pressure meets the requirement, and stopping grouting until the grouting pressure meets the requirement.
According to the standard of the building foundation pile detection technical specification JGJ106-2014, a field load test is carried out, the vertical bearing capacity characteristic value of the gravel grouting steel pipe pile (GGP) can reach 1600KN, and the horizontal bearing capacity characteristic value can reach 180KN (the vertical bearing capacity of the bored pile with the site diameter of 600mm and the pile length of 35m is 1200-1250 KN, and the horizontal bearing capacity is 80-85 KN).

the steel pipe (4) consists of segmented steel pipes; the length of the segmented steel pipe is 3-6 m;
the pipe wall of the segmental steel pipe is provided with an inner communication hole and an outer communication hole (10).
3. A stone-crushed grouting steel pipe pile according to claim 1 or 2, characterised in that the diameter of the inner and outer communication holes (10) is 8 mm;
the maximum vertical distance between the adjacent inner and outer communicating holes (10) in the radial direction perpendicular to the steel pipe (4) is 200 mm;
the number of the inner and outer communicating holes (10) in the circumferential direction at the same vertical height of the steel pipe (4) is more than or equal to 4.
4. A stone-grouted steel pipe pile according to claim 1, characterised in that the maximum vertical distance between adjacent positioning rings (8) in a direction perpendicular to the radial direction of the steel pipe (4) is 3000 mm;
the number of the positioning rings (8) in the circumferential direction at the same vertical height of the steel pipe (4) is 3.
5. A stone-crushed grouting steel pipe pile according to claim 1, characterised in that the number of the primary grouting pipes (1) is 2; the number of the pile top secondary grouting pipes (2) is 1; the number of the pile end secondary grouting pipes (3) is 2;
the primary grouting pipe (1), the pile top secondary grouting pipe (2) or the pile end secondary grouting pipe (3) is arranged on the inner wall of the steel pipe (4);
the primary grouting pipe (1), the pile top secondary grouting pipe (2) and the pile end secondary grouting pipe (3) are arranged at intervals in the circumferential direction of the same vertical height.

A gravel-grouted steel pipe pile according to claim 1 or 5, characterized in that the length of the primary grouting pipe (1) extending out of the bottom of the steel pipe (4) is more than or equal to 100 mm; the length of the pile end secondary grouting pipe (3) extending out of the bottom of the steel pipe (4) is more than or equal to 200mm, and the bottom end of the pile top secondary grouting pipe (2) is located 2m below the top of the steel pipe (4);
the length of the primary grouting pipe (1) extending out of the bottom of the steel pipe (4) is smaller than the length of the pile end secondary grouting pipe (3) extending out of the bottom of the steel pipe (4).

the pipe end grouting device (9) comprises a grout outlet (11), a high-pressure adhesive tape (12), a transparent adhesive tape (13) and a pipe bottom plug (14).
9. The method for manufacturing a gravel-grouted steel pipe pile according to any one of claims 1 to 8, characterized by comprising the steps of:
drilling and cleaning holes at the selected position of the broken stone grouting steel pipe pile, putting a steel pipe (4) provided with a primary grouting pipe (1), a pile top secondary grouting pipe (2), a pile end secondary grouting pipe (3) and a positioning ring (8), and positioning in the drilled hole through the positioning ring (8);
and filling broken stones on the inner side and the outer side of the steel pipe (4) by a water return method, then sequentially carrying out primary grouting and secondary grouting, and solidifying cement paste to obtain the broken stone grouting steel pipe pile.
