技术领域
本发明涉及食品领域,特别是一种功能性胶原蛋白的其制备方法。
背景技术
胶原蛋白是生物高分子,动物***中的主要成分,也是哺乳动物体内含量最多、分布最广的功能性蛋白,占蛋白质总量的25%~30%,某些生物体甚至高达80%以上;
畜禽源动物组织是人们获取天然胶原蛋白及其胶原肽的主要途径,但由于相关畜类疾病和某些宗教信仰限制了人们对陆生哺乳动物胶原蛋白及其制品的使用,现今正在逐步转向海洋生物中开发。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决上述问题,设计了一种功能性胶原蛋白的其制备方法。
实现上述目的本发明的技术方案为,一种功能性胶原蛋白的其制备方法,包括胶原蛋白10-20份、大豆分离蛋白粉32-38份、马铃薯蛋白粉0.6-1份、结晶果糖6-10份、核桃粉0.2-0.5份、蛋清粉0.5-0.8份以及蛋黄粉0.1-0.3份、山楂粉5-10粉。

S8:将果实粉进行灭菌处理,随后与胶原蛋白粉混合搅拌得到功能性的胶原蛋白粉;
S9:将产品进行密封处理,并加入防腐剂。
优选的,所述步骤S4中酶解时需37℃条件下处理120min。
优选的,所述步骤S2中破碎细度为10-20目。
优选的,所述步骤S7中的新鲜大豆、马铃薯以及核桃需要提前用水浸泡。
优选的,所述S7中的实粉研磨细度为60目以上,研磨机转速为45R/min。
利用本发明的技术方案制作的一种功能性胶原蛋白的其制备方法,本技术方案提供一种具有功能的胶原蛋白粉,该技术方案加入了多种果实,使得人体摄入后可有效的对胶原蛋白吸收,同时还能够提供更多的营养成分。

一种功能性胶原蛋白的其制备方法。
一种功能性胶原蛋白,包括胶原蛋白10-20份、大豆分离蛋白粉32-38份、马铃薯蛋白粉0.6-1份、结晶果糖6-10份、核桃粉0.2-0.5份、蛋清粉0.5-0.8份以及蛋黄粉0.1-0.3份、山楂粉5-10粉。
大豆粉不但具有大豆蛋白质含量高,不饱和脂肪酸含量较高等特点,还具有抗衰老、健脑等保健功效,是一种营养价值较高的食物;
核桃中所含的精氨酸、油酸、抗氧化物质等对保护心血管,预防冠心病、中风、老年痴呆等是颇有裨益的;
山楂消食积,散瘀血,驱绦虫。治肉积,症瘕,痰饮,痞满,吞酸,泻痢,肠风,腰痛,疝气产后儿枕痛,恶露不尽,小儿乳食停滞。消食健胃,行气散瘀。用于肉食积滞、胃烷胀满、泻痢腹痛、瘀血经闭、产后瘀阻、心腹刺痛、疝气疼痛、高血脂症;
胶原蛋白由动物皮提取,皮中除胶原蛋白外还含有透明质酸、硫酸软骨素等蛋白多糖,它们含有大量极性基团,是保湿因子,且有阻止皮肤中的酪氨酸转化为黑色素的作用,故胶原蛋白有纯天然保湿、美白、防皱、祛斑等作用,可广泛应用于美容用品中。胶原蛋白的化学组成、结构赋予了它是美容的基础。胶原蛋白与人体皮肤胶原的结构相似,为非水溶性纤维状含糖蛋白质,分子中富含大量氨基酸和亲水基,具有一定的表面活性和很好的相容性,同时由于其分子中含有大量的羟基,因此它有着相当好的保湿作用。在相对湿度70%时,仍可保持其自身重量45%的水分。试验证明:0.01%的胶原蛋白纯溶液就能形成很好的保水层,供给皮肤所需要的全部水分。
随着年龄的增长,成纤维细胞的合成能力下降,若皮肤中缺乏胶原蛋白,胶原纤维就会发生联固化,使细胞间粘多糖减少,皮肤便会失去柔软、弹性和光泽,发生老化,同时真皮的纤维断裂、脂肪萎缩、汗腺及皮脂腺分泌减少,使皮肤出现色斑、皱纹等一系列老化现象。将其作为活性物质用于化妆品中时,后者可以扩散到皮肤的深层,其含有的酪氨酸与皮肤中的酪氨酸竞争,而与酪氨酸酶的催化中心结合,从而抑制黑色素的产生,使皮肤中的胶原蛋白活性增强,保持角质层水分以及纤维结构的完整性,促进皮肤组织的新陈代谢,对皮肤产生良好的滋润保湿、消皱美容作用。早在20世纪70年代初,美国就率先推出注射用牛胶原,用于祛斑除皱纹及修复瘢痕。

1.一种功能性胶原蛋白,其特征在于,包括胶原蛋白10-20份、大豆分离蛋白粉32-38份、马铃薯蛋白粉0.6-1份、结晶果糖6-10份、核桃粉0.2-0.5份、蛋清粉0.5-0.8份以及蛋黄粉0.1-0.3份、山楂粉5-10粉。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种功能性胶原蛋白的其制备方法,其特征在于,包含以下步骤:
