Abstract
一种长效抗碱防霉防水宝的制备方法是由A、B、C三组份组成,本发明制成的长效抗碱防霉防水宝干燥速度快,与基层粘结强度高,能适应基层结果轻微的震动及一定程度上的形变;防水防霉,耐碱,抗碱,可直接施工用于碱性基层,成膜坚固,耐沾污;本品采用防霉抗碱性能优异的纯丙烯酸共聚物辅以特殊的粉料精致而成,其优异的防霉抗碱性可以有效阻挡基材中碱性物质对表层涂膜的侵袭,具有渗透性好,附着力强,抗碱性强,防霉性强,填充性佳,封固底材,遮盖力和抗藻性,消除吸收差异性,提高面漆的丰满度,从而提高墙面的装饰效果和使用寿命。

本发明涉及建筑防水防霉领域,尤其涉及一种长效抗碱防霉防水宝的制备方法。
背景技术
目前,对于建筑物墙地面的返潮,返碱,碱霜,空鼓,脱落的现象,普通的单一材料因受渗透性,耐候性,涂层强度等限制,难以彻底解决和根治墙地面长期的霉碱侵蚀,所导致的大面积脱落。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题在于提供一种长效抗碱防霉防水宝的制备方法。
本发明所要解决的技术问题采用以下技术方案来实现:
一种长效抗碱防霉防水宝的制备方法是由A、B、C三组份组成:所述A组份为高渗透抗碱封闭乳液,所述高渗透抗碱封闭乳液制备方法如下:
步骤一:单体釜:依次加入去离子水4%,丙烯酸丁酯18%,苯乙烯25%,苯烯酸1%,丙烯酰胺2%,乳化剂0.5%,有机硅1%,预乳化40mm备用;
步骤二:反应釜:加入去离子水38-40%,乳化剂0.5%;
步骤三:滴加釜:过硫酸铵0.2%+水8%溶解;
步骤四:初始引发剂:0.1%+水0.2%溶解;
步骤五:助剂:成膜1%,消泡剂0.1%,多功能助剂0.1%,耐高温防腐剂0.1%;
具体制备流程如下:
第一步:单体釜加入丙烯酸丁酯,苯乙烯等单体,加入乳化剂,进行预乳化40分钟,单体量为总量48%左右;
第二步:反应釜加入乳化剂,水,搅拌均匀,开始升温至80℃左右,加入单体釜液8%;
第三步:反应釜加入初始引发剂(过硫酸铵+水溶解),开始反应,充分反应,待温度下降时,开始滴加剩余单体,同时滴加初始引发剂,滴加时间3h;
第四步:反应结束后保温1h,温度88℃;
第五步:保温结束,降温至70℃,加入后处理;
第六步:55℃时,加入成膜,消泡,PH调节剂等,检测,过滤,出料
第七部:将做好的固体含量48的乳液50%,再与50%的去离子水混合稀释,
乳液:去离子水=1:1,即可出料包装。
所述B组分为高强度丙烯酸刚性乳液,所述高强度丙烯酸刚性乳液制备方法如下:
1、将苯乙烯20-50wt%、 丙烯酸丁酯50-80wt%、功能单体丙烯酸p-10wt%、乳化剂0-5wt%混匀配成预乳化液,使用单体总量的0-3wt%的过硫酸盐作为引发剂,加入一定量水作为反应釜釜底,在3-8h内滴完预乳化液,滴定过程反应温度控制在70-90℃,滴完保温1.5h,后采用氧化还原法去除残单,降温加入碱调节pH到7-9,调节固含到49±1%;
2、将做好的固含49的乳液50%,再与50%的去离子水混合稀释;
乳液:去离子水=1:1,即可出料包装。
所述C组份为高强度粉料,所述高强度粉料为42.5阿尔波白水泥45%,400目重质碳酸钙45%,灰钙粉9%,20w羟丙基甲基纤维素2%,亚什兰N2028胶粉0.5%,上海迈肯长效防霉剂0.5%,混合搅拌30分钟,即可出料包装。
本发明有益效果:(1)干燥速度快,与基层粘结强度高,能适应基层结果轻微的震动及一定程度上的形变;(2)防水防霉,耐碱,抗碱,可直接施工用于碱性基层,成膜坚固,耐沾污;(3)本品采用防霉抗碱性能优异的纯丙烯酸共聚物辅以特殊的粉料精致而成。其优异的防霉抗碱性可以有效阻挡基材中碱性物质对表层涂膜的侵袭,具有渗透性好,附着力强,抗碱性强,防霉性强,填充性佳,封固底材,遮盖力和抗藻性,消除吸收差异性,提高面漆的丰满度,从而提高墙面的装饰效果和使用寿命.

下面结合附图1以及具体实施方式对本发明的技术方案作进一步具体说明。
一种长效抗碱防霉防水宝的制备方法是由A、B、C三组份组成:A组份为高渗透抗碱封闭乳液,高渗透抗碱封闭乳液制备方法如下:
步骤一:单体釜:依次加入去离子水4%,丙烯酸丁酯18%,苯乙烯25%,苯烯酸1%,丙烯酰胺2%,乳化剂0.5%,有机硅1%,预乳化40mm备用;
步骤二:反应釜:加入去离子水38-40%,乳化剂0.5%;
步骤三:滴加釜:过硫酸铵0.2%+水8%溶解;

实施方式:1、清理:墙体保持干燥,用铲刀铲除墙体表面开裂空鼓松动处,露出基层后用钢丝刷抓掉表层所有碱霜,再用毛刷彻底清理浮灰,最后打开A组分高渗透抗碱封闭乳液用滚筒或者毛刷涂刷于墙面1-2遍,待其干燥硬化;2、把抗碱防霉防水宝BC两组分(高强度丙烯酸刚性乳液和高强度粉料)先液后粉顺序倒入桶内充分搅拌后均匀涂刷于基层,要求涂刷2遍,不漏刷,涂层吸收要充分,常温通风晾干24小时以上,确保完全干透再施工下一遍。

1.一种长效抗碱防霉防水宝的制备方法,其特征在于 :是由A、B、C三组份组成:所述A组份为高渗透抗碱封闭乳液,所述高渗透抗碱封闭乳液制备方法如下:
步骤一:单体釜:依次加入去离子水4%,丙烯酸丁酯18%,苯乙烯25%,苯烯酸1%,丙烯酰胺2%,乳化剂0.5%,有机硅1%,预乳化40mm备用;
步骤二:反应釜:加入去离子水38-40%,乳化剂0.5%;
步骤三:滴加釜:过硫酸铵0.2%+水8%溶解;
步骤四:初始引发剂:0.1%+水0.2%溶解;
步骤五:助剂:成膜1%,消泡剂0.1%,多功能助剂0.1%,耐高温防腐剂0.1%;
具体制备流程如下:

2.根据权利要求1 所述的一种长效抗碱防霉防水宝的制备方法,其特征在于,所述B组分为高强度丙烯酸刚性乳液,所述高强度丙烯酸刚性乳液制备方法如下:
1、将苯乙烯20-50wt%、 丙烯酸丁酯50-80wt%、功能单体丙烯酸p-10wt%、乳化剂0-5wt%混匀配成预乳化液,使用单体总量的0-3wt%的过硫酸盐作为引发剂,加入一定量水作为反应釜釜底,在3-8h内滴完预乳化液,滴定过程反应温度控制在70-90℃,滴完保温1.5h,后采用氧化还原法去除残单,降温加入碱调节pH到7-9,调节固含到49±1%;
2、将做好的固含49的乳液50%,再与50%的去离子水混合稀释;乳液:去离子水=1:1,即可出料包装。
3.根据权利要求1 一种长效抗碱防霉防水宝的制备方法,其特征在于,所述C组份为高强度粉料,所述高强度粉料为42.5阿尔波白水泥45%,400目重质碳酸钙45%,灰钙粉9%,20w羟丙基甲基纤维素2%,亚什兰N2028胶粉0.5%,上海迈肯生物长效防霉剂0.5%,混合搅拌30分钟,即可出料包装。
