When the cleaning rack 301 needs to be docked with the cleaning tank, when the cleaning rack 301 is pushed into the cleaning tank, the movable heads in the movable assemblies 100 arranged on the side walls 401 are tightly attached to the surfaces of the upper second positioning blocks 306 of the cleaning rack 301, the second springs 520 in the second movable assemblies 500 arranged on the side walls 401 are compressed, the cleaning rack 301 is pushed continuously, and when docking holes in the second positioning blocks 306 are aligned with the centers of the movable ends 244 of the second movable assemblies 500 on the side walls 401, the movable ends 244 of the second movable members extend into the docking holes of the second positioning blocks 306 under the elastic action of the second springs 520 in the second movable assemblies 500 on the side walls 401, so that docking of the cleaning rack 301 with the cleaning tank is achieved.
Further, as shown in fig. 5, in order to facilitate pushing the cleaning basket, a guide rail 402 is further provided on the placement layer of the cleaning frame, so as to guide the cleaning basket.
In the cleaning device of the embodiment, the docking of the shunt box and the cleaning frame is realized through the first movable assembly, and the docking of the cleaning frame and the cleaning tank is realized through the second movable assembly, so that the limiting of the shunt box on the placement layer and the limiting of the cleaning frame in the cleaning tank can be realized.

Claims (6)

1. The cleaning device is characterized by comprising a cleaning frame and a shunt box, wherein the cleaning frame comprises at least one storage layer which is horizontally arranged and is used for storing the shunt box;
the shunt box comprises a body and a first movable assembly, and the body is fixedly connected with a first part in the first movable assembly; the body is provided with an input port and at least two output ports; the output port is used for being connected with a lumen instrument to be cleaned;
the first movable assembly comprises a first part, a first spring and a first movable piece, a first placing hole is formed in the first part, and the first spring is located in the first placing hole;
a step surface is arranged in the first placing hole and used for limiting the first spring so as to prevent the first spring from moving in a direction away from the first movable piece;
the first movable piece comprises a first connecting shaft and a second connecting shaft which are detachably connected, one end of the first connecting shaft is used as a matching end to be matched with the first placing hole, the other end of the first connecting shaft is fixedly connected with the second connecting shaft, and the other end of the second connecting shaft is used as a movable end to be matched with a butt joint hole in the first positioning block;
the matching end is matched with the first placing hole in a shaft hole mode so as to encapsulate the first spring in the first placing hole;
the movable end protrudes out of the end face of the first placing hole, and the distance of the movable end protruding out of the end face of the first placing hole is controlled by the deformation of the first spring;
the cleaning frame further comprises upright posts which are vertically arranged, a first positioning block is correspondingly and fixedly arranged on each storage layer, and a butt joint hole is formed in the first positioning block; the movable end of the first movable piece on the shunt box is matched with the butt joint hole on the corresponding first positioning block, so that the shunt box is connected with the upright post;
a second positioning block is fixedly arranged on the outer side surface of the upright post, and a butt joint hole is formed in the second positioning block;
the cleaning device is placed in the cleaning tank, and a second movable assembly is fixedly arranged on the side wall of the cleaning tank;
the second movable assembly comprises a second part, a second spring and a second movable piece, a second placing hole is formed in the second part, and the second spring is located in the second placing hole;
the matching end of the second movable piece is matched with the second placing hole in a shaft hole mode, so that the second spring is packaged in the second placing hole;
the movable end of the second movable piece protrudes out of the end face of the second placing hole, and the distance of the movable end of the second movable piece protruding out of the end face of the second placing hole is controlled by the deformation amount of the second spring;
the movable end of the second movable piece is matched with the butt joint hole in the second positioning block, so that the second movable piece is connected with the second positioning block.
2. The cleaning device of claim 1, further comprising a cleaning basket disposed on the storage layer, the shunt box and attached lumen device disposed in the cleaning basket.
3. The cleaning device of claim 1, wherein a bottom of the cleaning frame is provided with a sliding device.

The cleaning device according to claim 1, wherein the second movable member includes a third connecting shaft and a fourth connecting shaft which are detachably connected, one end of the third connecting shaft is engaged with the second placement hole as an engagement end, the other end of the third connecting shaft is fixedly connected with the fourth connecting shaft, and the other end of the fourth connecting shaft is engaged with the abutting hole in the second positioning block as a movable end.
5. The cleaning device of claim 1, wherein a step surface is provided in the second placement hole, and the step surface in the second placement hole is used for limiting the second spring so as to prevent the second spring from moving in a direction away from the second movable member.
6. The cleaning device of claim 1, wherein the first positioning block and the second positioning block are located on opposite sides of the upright, respectively.
