技术领域
本发明涉及材料领域,特别涉及到一种具有抗氧化功能的无纺布芯片。
背景技术
随着年龄的增长,以及生活、工作的压力,环境的污染,自由基不断产生,但人体的防护机能却在下降,大量的自由基没有及时被清除,导致皮肤老化,产生色斑,皮肤变黑,严重的会导致各种疾病。因此,抗氧化是防止肌肤老化,抵抗衰老的重要手段。抗氧化可以保护、修复细胞,加强肌肤细胞的活力与连结,可明显减轻因皮肤衰老而引发的青春痘和痘印反应,可减少癌细胞的产生,对皮肤发挥着重要的作用。
目前市场上绝大多数卫生巾或护垫只有常见的使用功能,如果在卫生巾里加入抗氧化功能,使女性消费者在使用卫生巾或护垫时对私处皮肤进行抗氧化保护,那可实现延缓皮肤衰老、使皮肤变得粉嫩美白。
针对这种情况,本发明是开发一种具有抗氧化功能的无纺布芯片,可以植入在卫生巾或护垫的表面与吸水层之间,从而实现女性消费者使用卫生巾或护垫时对私处皮肤进行抗氧化保护。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种具有抗氧化功能的无纺布芯片。
本发明要解决的技术问题是由以下两个步骤制做而成。
按一定的比例以抗氧化功能材料、NXZ型消泡剂、LCN-407型润湿剂、羟乙基纤维素、AMP-95型偶联剂、AP-5036型弹性乳液、R-996AD型硅丙乳液、防腐剂LXE、防霉剂BEK-560、RM-8W型聚氨酯增稠剂和水为原材料,制备成乳液状物质。
采用刮涂或印花生产工艺用步骤A制备的乳液状物质涂覆在无纺布表面上,之后经连续烘干设备烘干即可。
本发明所述的抗氧化功能材料、NXZ型消泡剂、LCN-407型润湿剂、羟乙基纤维素、AMP-95型偶联剂、AP-5036型弹性乳液、R-996AD型硅丙乳液、防腐剂LXE、防霉剂BEK-560、RM-8W型聚氨酯增稠剂和水的重量百分比分别为0.2%~3%、0.2%~0.5%、0.2%~0.5%、0.5%~2%、0.1%~0.5%、10%~30%、5%~15%、0.1%~0.3%、0.1%~0.3%、0.3%~2%和45.9%~83.3%。
本发明所述的抗氧化功能材料为茶多酚、维生素C乙基醚、维生素C、L-肌肽、共轭亚油酸、蓝铜胜肽、虾青素、维生素E、辅酶Q10、花青素、谷胱甘肽、硫辛酸的一种或多种的组合。
本发明所述的无纺布芯片形状为长方形,其长度为6~10cm,宽度为2~4cm,克重为30~100g/m2,乳液状物质涂覆的重量为无纺布重量的10~30%。
本发明的有益效果如下:1)本发明创造性地将抗氧化材料应用在无纺布上,再将其应用在卫生巾或护垫产品中,实现女性消费者使用卫生巾或护垫时对私处皮肤进行抗氧化保护,非常方便消费者使用;2)本发明抗氧化材料在多种助剂与乳液的作用下能稳定地附着在无纺布材料上,当被女性体液或经液润湿后,抗氧化材料通过透皮吸收发挥作用,此方法可使抗氧化材料相对均匀且持续地发挥作用;3)本发明的无纺布芯片的生产可实现大规模工业化,单片卫生巾或护垫的使用成本仅一分钱左右,相对于抗氧化的化妆品成本大大降低。
为了验证本发明是否对人体的安全性,本发明样品经第三方权威检测机构测定,测试过程及结果如下。
受试对象:普通级新西兰白兔,体重2.0~2.5Kg。
检测方法:选取3只普通级新西兰白兔,测试前24小时剪去背部脊柱两侧的毛,不得弄伤皮肤,去毛范围,左右各3cm×3cm。次日取送检样品覆盖在白兔一侧剪去毛的部位,样品剪裁面积为2.5cm×2.5cm,然后用两层纱布覆盖,再用无刺激性胶布加以固定,另一侧剪去毛部位作为空白对照,4小时后去除测试物,分1小时、24小时和48小时观察皮肤反应,然后按《消毒技术规范》的规定进行皮肤反应积分和刺激强度评价。
测试结果如下表。

测试结论:送检样品对实验动物皮肤反应积分均值为0,一次接触动物未引起动物皮肤刺激反应,属于为无刺激性物质。
为了验证本发明是否符合卫生规范,本发明样品经第三方权威检测检测测定,测试过程及结果如下。

检验结果表明:本发明样品符合《化妆品卫生规范》2015年版的检测标准。
为了验证本发明对的抗氧化效果,本发明人随机抽取采用本发明的卫生巾,通过碘酊实现,均可使黄色的碘酊溶液还氧成无色。
具体实施方式
实施例1
将0.2份维生素C乙基醚、0.2份NXZ型消泡剂、0.2份LCN-407型润湿剂、0.5份羟乙基纤维素、0.1份AMP-95型偶联剂、10份AP-5036型弹性乳液、15份R-996AD型硅丙乳液、0.1份防腐剂LXE、0.3份防霉剂BEK-560、2份RM-8W型聚氨酯增稠剂和71.4份水为原材料,制备成乳液状物质;采用刮涂或印花生产工艺将所制备的乳液状物质按无纺布重量比的15%的比例涂覆在无纺布表面上,之后经连续烘干设备烘干。无纺布的材质为粘胶纤维,无纺布剪裁成长8cm、宽2.8cm的片状,并将剪裁好的无纺布放入卫生巾的表层与吸水层之间并固定好,即得实施例1。
实施例2
将1份茶多酚、0.3份NXZ型消泡剂、0.3份LCN-407型润湿剂、1份羟乙基纤维素、0.3份AMP-95型偶联剂、20份AP-5036型弹性乳液、10份R-996AD型硅丙乳液、0.2份防腐剂LXE、0.2份防霉剂BEK-560、1份RM-8W型聚氨酯增稠剂和66.7份水为原材料,制备成乳液状物质;采用刮涂或印花生产工艺将所制备的乳液状物质按无纺布重量比的15%的比例涂覆在无纺布表面上,之后经连续烘干设备烘干。无纺布的材质为粘胶纤维,无纺布剪裁成长8cm、宽2.8cm的片状,并将剪裁好的无纺布放入卫生巾的表层与吸水层之间并固定好,即得实施例2。
实施例3
将3份水溶性维生素E、0.5份NXZ型消泡剂、0.5份LCN-407型润湿剂、2份羟乙基纤维素、0.5份AMP-95型偶联剂、30份AP-5036型弹性乳液、5份R-996AD型硅丙乳液、0.3份防腐剂LXE、0.1份防霉剂BEK-560、0.3份RM-8W型聚氨酯增稠剂和57.8份水为原材料,制备成乳液状物质;采用刮涂或印花生产工艺将所制备的乳液状物质按无纺布重量比的15%的比例涂覆在无纺布表面上,之后经连续烘干设备烘干。无纺布的材质为粘胶纤维,无纺布剪裁成长8cm、宽2.8cm的片状,并将剪裁好的无纺布放入卫生巾的表层与吸水层之间并固定好,即得实施例3。

A. 按一定的比例以抗氧化功能材料、NXZ型消泡剂、LCN-407型润湿剂、羟乙基纤维素、AMP-95型偶联剂、AP-5036型弹性乳液、R-996AD型硅丙乳液、防腐剂LXE、防霉剂BEK-560、RM-8W型聚氨酯增稠剂和水为原材料,制备成乳液状物质;
B. 采用刮涂或印花生产工艺用步骤A制备的乳液状物质涂覆在无纺布表面上,之后经连续烘干设备烘干即可;
