Description

Blood vessel ligation device and blood vessel ligation method
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of medical operation consumables, in particular to a blood vessel ligation device and a blood vessel ligation method.
Background
In clinical operations, especially in endoscopic operations, it is necessary to perform a clipping operation and then a dissection resection operation before dissection of blood vessels and other tissues, and the main purpose of the present invention is mainly to prevent digestive tract leakage such as hemorrhage and bile leakage. At present, the commonly used ligature clips comprise two main types of absorbable biological ligature clips and Hem-o-lock plastic ligature clips (non-absorbable), and the principle of the clip closure is that the upper end and the lower end of the clip are buckled under the external force of a clip applier, so that the purpose of the clip closure is realized. According to the different sizes of blood vessels or tissues, ligature clips with different sizes and models are selected.
At present, when the clip applier is used for tightening the ligation clip, the tightening force is uncontrollable and the ligation process cannot be visualized; in addition, there are several problems in using a ligature clip, one of which is that the size of the ligature clip is fixed and the size of the target blood vessel and tissue to be clamped is different, so that insufficient clamping is unavoidable, partial clamping is performed, tension is excessively high after clamping and "tripping" is performed, the large clip is small and is performed to slip off or occupy the surgical field, the subsequent operation is limited, or the ligature clip is wasted due to inaccurate selection, and the ligature clip is not used for a slightly larger tissue. The problems described above occur somewhat during surgery and somewhat after surgery, with immeasurable risks and damage to both the clinician and the patient. Secondly, the firmness problem of clamping is that after the ligature clamp used at present is clamped, the ligature clamp possibly has infirm buckling during use due to the design structure of the ligature clamp, or once the ligature clamp is tripped after operation, multiple protection is not available, so that the risks of operation and postoperation are obviously increased, and even life safety is threatened. Thirdly, when the ligature clip needs to be removed during operation due to wrong clip or changing the clip closing position, difficulty in removing and even side injury occur at the moment.
