As shown in fig. 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, and 6, the front side plate 1 and the rear side plate 2 are fixed with a hinge shaft 26 and a hinge sleeve 25, the hinge shaft 26 is fixed between the front side plate 1 and the rear side plate 2 corresponding to the right of the draft arm 4, the hinge sleeve 25 is sleeved outside the hinge shaft 26, and the left side of the hinge sleeve 25 is fixed with the right of the draft arm 4. This arrangement facilitates articulation of the trailing arm 4 with the clip applier body during use.
As shown in fig. 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6, the upper left end of the band body 28 is in an isosceles trapezoid shape with a narrow left end and a wide right end. During use, the upper left end of the tie body 28 is conveniently introduced into the lock cavity 33.
As shown in fig. 1, a blood vessel ligation method using the blood vessel ligation device includes the steps of:
(1) placing the blood vessel to be ligated inside the tie body 28;
(2) the pulling assembly rotates the pulling arm 4 anticlockwise, and the upper pulling lug 5 of the cable tie body 28 and the pulling cap 30 rotate with the pulling arm 4 to enter the lock cavity 33;
(3) the traction arm 4 introduces the traction cap 30 into the clip applier body, and the cable tie body 28 cannot be withdrawn from the lock cavity 33 under the matching of the locking tooth 31 and the locking tongue 32;
(4) the traction assembly enables the traction arm 4 to rotate clockwise and reset (as shown in figure 2);
(5) the tightening assembly causes the tightening block 6 to move rightwards, and the traction cap 30 moves rightwards in the clip applier body under the action of the tightening lug 7, so that the band body 28 is tightened;
(6) and taking down the tightened ligation clip from the mounting seat to finish the ligation operation of the blood vessel to be ligated.
The above technical features constitute the best embodiment of the present invention, which has strong adaptability and best implementation effect, and unnecessary technical features can be increased or decreased according to actual needs to meet the requirements of different situations.

Claims (9)

1. A blood vessel ligation device is characterized by comprising a clip applier body, ligation clips, a mounting seat, a traction arm, a traction lug, a traction assembly, a tightening block, a tightening lug and a tightening assembly, wherein the clip applier body comprises a front side plate, a rear side plate and a bottom plate, the front side of the bottom plate is fixedly provided with the front side plate, the rear side of the bottom plate is fixedly provided with the rear side plate, the ligation clips are arranged above the clip applier body and comprise a ribbon body, locking teeth, a traction cap, a fixing seat and a lock tongue, the ribbon body is of a C-shaped belt structure with a leftward opening, the inner side of the middle part of the ribbon body is provided with a plurality of locking teeth which are arranged in the same direction, the left side of the upper end of the ribbon body is provided with the traction cap with an upward opening, the left end of the lower part of the ribbon body is fixedly provided with the fixing seat, the, the fixing seats corresponding to the front side and the rear side of the lock tongue are internally provided with mounting seats for fixedly mounting the upper side of the clip applier body; a traction arm with the left end positioned above the ribbon body is hinged in the clip applier body, the traction arm is in a minor arc shape, a traction lug with the lower end positioned in a traction cap is arranged on the lower side of the left end of the traction arm, and a traction assembly capable of enabling the traction arm to rotate is arranged in the middle of the clip applier body; the right part of the clip applying device body is provided with a tightening assembly which can lead the tightening block to move rightwards.

The blood vessel ligation device according to claim 2, wherein the tightening assembly comprises a tightening cross bar, a tightening vertical bar, a tightening stop block and a tightening steel wire, the right part of the bottom plate is provided with a translational square hole which is communicated up and down, the left part of the translational square hole is provided with the tightening cross bar, the right end of the tightening cross bar is fixedly mounted with the upper end of the tightening vertical bar, the tightening stop block is fixedly mounted on the upper side of the tightening cross bar, the width of the tightening stop block is greater than that of the translational square hole, and the tightening steel wire is fixedly mounted between the right side of the tightening.

The blood vessel ligation device according to claim 3, wherein the tightening assembly further comprises a left baffle, a return spring and a right baffle, the left baffle is fixedly installed between the left end of the front side plate and the left end of the rear side plate, the right baffle is fixedly installed in the clamp body corresponding to the left position of the right portion of the traction arm, the return spring located in the clamp is arranged on the outer side of the tightening steel wire corresponding to the position between the tightening block and the right baffle, and the right end of the return spring is fixedly installed with the left side of the right baffle.

The blood vessel ligation device according to claim 4, further comprising a guide block, wherein the guide groove is formed in the upper left portion of the bottom plate and is I-shaped, the guide groove comprises an upper groove, a middle groove and a lower groove which are sequentially communicated from top to bottom, the lower ends of the tightening block and the return spring are located in the upper groove, the guide block is fixedly mounted on the lower side of the tightening block and is inverted T-shaped, the upper portion of the guide block is located in the middle groove, and the lower portion of the guide block is located in the lower groove.

The blood vessel ligation device according to claim 1, 2, 3, 4 or 5, wherein the mounting seat comprises a front upright post and a rear upright post, the fixing seat is of a cuboid frame structure, the right side of the lock tongue is fixedly mounted with the middle part of the left side of the upper right edge of the fixing seat, the lock tongue is positioned behind the upper front edge of the fixing seat, and two front upright posts which are vertically upward are fixedly mounted at left and right intervals on the upper side of the front side plate corresponding to the position between the lock tongue and the upper front edge of the fixing seat; the spring bolt is located the back upper edge place ahead of fixing base, corresponds the spring bolt and controls interval fixed mounting with two vertical ascending front column with the back curb plate upside of the back upper edge position of fixing base.

The blood vessel ligation device according to claim 1, 2, 3, 4 or 5, wherein a plurality of locking teeth are arranged at intervals on the inner side of the middle part of the band body, the locking teeth at the lower part of the band body are main locking teeth, all the locking teeth have the same structure as the main locking teeth, the main locking teeth are quadrangular, the cross section of the main locking teeth is in a right trapezoid shape, the right side surface of the main locking teeth is an inclined surface, the lock tongue is wedge-shaped, and the upper side surface and the lower side surface of the lock tongue are inclined surfaces which are lower at the left and higher at the right; the front side plate and the rear side plate which correspond to the right side position of the right part of the traction arm are fixedly provided with a hinged shaft, the outer side of the hinged shaft is sleeved with a hinged sleeve, and the left side of the hinged sleeve and the right side corresponding position of the right part of the traction arm are fixedly arranged together; or/and the left end of the upper part of the ribbon body is in an isosceles trapezoid shape with a narrow left part and a wide right part.

The blood vessel ligation device according to claim 6, wherein a plurality of locking teeth are arranged at intervals on the inner side of the middle part of the band body, the locking teeth at the lower part of the band body are main locking teeth, all the locking teeth have the same structure as the main locking teeth, the main locking teeth are quadrangular, the cross section of the main locking teeth is in a right trapezoid shape, the right side surface of the main locking teeth is an inclined surface, the lock tongue is wedge-shaped, and the upper side surface and the lower side surface of the lock tongue are inclined surfaces with a lower left part and a higher right part; the front side plate and the rear side plate which correspond to the right side position of the right part of the traction arm are fixedly provided with a hinged shaft, the outer side of the hinged shaft is sleeved with a hinged sleeve, and the left side of the hinged sleeve and the right side corresponding position of the right part of the traction arm are fixedly arranged together; or/and the left end of the upper part of the ribbon body is in an isosceles trapezoid shape with a narrow left part and a wide right part.
9. A blood vessel ligation method of the blood vessel ligation device according to any one of claims 1 to 8, comprising the steps of:
(1) placing the blood vessel to be ligated on the inner side of the band body;
(2) the traction assembly enables the traction arm to rotate anticlockwise, and the tie body rotates along with the traction arm to enter the lock cavity under the action of the traction lug and the traction cap on the upper portion of the tie body;
(3) the traction arm leads the traction cap into the clip applier body, and the band body cannot be withdrawn from the lock cavity under the matching of the locking teeth and the lock tongue;
(4) the traction assembly enables the traction arm to rotate clockwise to reset;
(5) the tightening block moves rightwards through the tightening assembly, and the traction cap moves rightwards in the clip applier body under the action of the tightening lug so as to tighten the band body;
(6) and taking down the tightened ligation clip from the mounting seat to finish the ligation operation of the blood vessel to be ligated.
