Two sliding rails 13 are fixed on the base 31 in parallel at intervals, two long side sides of the bottom plate 5 are connected to the sliding rails 13 in a sliding mode, a fastening bolt 14 is screwed on the side face of the bottom plate 5, the end portion of the fastening bolt 14 penetrates through the inside of the bottom plate 5 and is fastened with the outer sides of the sliding rails 13, and sliding adjustment setting of the bottom plate 5 is achieved.

The implementation principle of the drying and hot pressing integrated machine in the embodiment of the application is as follows: after the cloth block is printed on the backing plates 4 in a screen mode, placing the backing plates 4 with the cloth block in the open grooves 8 to store the backing plates 4, and performing normal-temperature ventilation drying on the cloth block; after the cloth blocks are naturally dried, the transmission chain 101 is controlled to move, so that one storage plate 102 moves to a position where the storage plate 102 is in butt joint with the bottom plate 5, then the telescopic cylinder 7 extends the push rod 22 to one side, far away from the bottom plate 5, of the storage plate 102 in butt joint with the bottom plate 5, then the linear conveying piece 21 drives the push rod 22 and the telescopic cylinder 7 to move together, so that the push rod 22 is attached to one side of the backing plate 4, the backing plate 4 is pushed to the guide groove 9 from the open groove 8 and conveyed to a hot pressing station of the hot pressing machine 3 along the bottom plate 5, and the cloth blocks dried at the normal temperature are automatically conveyed to the hot pressing machine 3; finally, the driving cylinder 34 drives the heating plate 33 to move downwards, and the cloth blocks are foamed and ironed.
When the next ironing press is performed, the transmission chain 101 continues to rotate for a certain distance and drives the storage plate 102 to move, so that the next storage plate 102 is in butt joint with the bottom plate 5; and the push rod 22 is retracted by the telescopic cylinder 7 and conveyed to the initial position by the linear conveying member 21, and the upper backing plate 4 of the next storage plate 102 is pushed in the same manner, so that the cloth blocks subjected to foaming screen printing can be conveniently stored and dried, and the cloth blocks can be conveniently conveyed to the ironing machine 3 for ironing.
The embodiment of the application also discloses a foam printing process. Referring to the drawings, comprising:
step 1: pattern design, draft drawing, bottom plate making and plate burning;
step 2: the foaming screen printing, namely placing a cloth block on the backing plate 4, and then printing a pattern on the cloth block through a bottom plate by using mixed ink;
and step 3: drying at normal temperature, and placing the backing plate 4 and the cloth blocks on the storage plate 102 for ventilation drying;
and 4, step 4: and (4) hot pressing, namely pushing the base plate 4 and the cloth on the storage plate 102 to a hot pressing machine 3 through a pushing mechanism 2 for hot pressing.
The implementation principle of the foam printing process in the embodiment of the application is as follows: firstly, the required bottom plate can be manufactured through pattern design, draft drawing, bottom plate manufacturing and plate burning; then, the cut cloth block is placed on the backing plate 4, and patterns are printed on the cloth block through the scraper, the bottom plate and the mixed ink; then, placing each backing plate 4 with cloth blocks on each storage plate 102 for ventilation and drying; after the drying is finished, the backing plates 4 on the storage plates 102 are automatically pushed to the ironing machine 3 through the pushing mechanism 2 to be ironed, and finally, only the ironed cloth blocks are required to be taken down from the backing plates 4, so that the cloth blocks and the backing plates 4 are conveniently stored, the cloth blocks dried at normal temperature can be automatically sent to the ironing machine 3 to be processed, and the labor intensity is reduced.
