本发明公开了一种异种材料层叠板式换热器,包括双面流道基板,双面流道异型冷板,单面流道基板和侧面进出口,双面流道基板和双面流道异型冷板可设置为上下两面连通或不连通,双面流道基板和双面流道异型冷板其两面的流道可以为相同形式也可为不同形式,并设置有搅拌摩擦焊施焊区域。将双面流道基板、双面流道异型冷板、单面流道基板交替层叠可实现多种介质的热交换,根据各个流道介质的不同,双面流道基板,双面流道异型冷板以及单面流道基板可采用异种材料实现热量传导的定向控制,同时可根据使用要求灵活设置介质流道形式及流道堆叠层数,使换热器结构更为紧凑。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种板式换热器,特别涉及一种异种材料层叠板式换热器。
背景技术
目前,在传热领域,板式换热器由于结构紧凑,传热面积大,换热效率高,在各行业应用广泛。此前的冷板换热器多采用铝合金板材开双面流道与两侧盖板钎焊成一个板组,多个板组的组装多由夹紧螺栓、卡扣或边缘钎焊连接。异种材料的冷板技术方案此前多是将铜制流道管镶嵌于铝合金基板流道槽,其介质的能量传导始终是向各个方向发散的,不具备能量定向流动的功能,在多种介质换热的应用场景下往往需要多个冷板组通过扣,螺栓等并联组装来控制各介质温度,但无法实现多种介质同时进行综合热交换。针对此类问题,本发明人经过研究测试,提出了一种异种材料层叠板式换热器,其流道的上下两面可采用异种材料,使得流道内介质热量传导具有一定的方向性,采用热导率较高材料的一侧传递较多热量,采用热导率较低材料的一侧传递较少热量,通过改进设计参数和流道形式可以实现热量的定向定量传导,在一个冷板组或一个换热器内实现多种介质的综合热交换,合理利用***余热,并有效减少热管理***内其他零部件如泵、风扇等的功耗,进一步提高***效率,并且体积紧凑,多个冷板组可以一体焊接成型,提高***安装效率,节省安装体积,满足各种不同的使用场景。
发明内容
针对现有技术的不足,本发明的主要目的在于提供一种能满足高温条件下多介质换热的层叠板式换热器,省去卡扣,螺栓等板组安装结构,改进当前板式换热器结构,进一步缩小体积,使***结构更为紧凑。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供了如下技术方案:一种异种材料层叠板式换热器,包括双面流道基板,双面盖板,基板侧面进出口。
优选的,所述基板和盖板可为铜合金、铝合金等导热材料,双面流道基板和双面盖板可为同种材料也可为异种材料。所述双面流道基板和双面盖板交错堆叠,可根据实际换热需求灵活调整板式换热器堆叠层数,双面流道基板的上下流道可以根据实际需要采用相同形状或采用不同形状,流道可为U型、S型或其他形状。基板与盖板均设置有搅拌摩擦焊施焊区域,一次施焊可以完成一组基板与盖板的焊接也可以同时焊接多个板组。
优选的,所述双面流道基板和双面盖板上可以设置肋片、翅片或其他结构来进行扰流作用和增大换热面积。
本发明相对于现有技术具有如下优点,结构紧凑,体积小,可实现多层换热流道一次加工成型,减少了***零部件的安装时间与人工成本。在多介质同时换热的***中,本发明所述的换热器可针对不同介质对换热功率、耐蚀性、耐温性要求的不同来选用不同的基板或盖板材料,对于多介质换热,换热器的设计组装更为灵活。较目前的常见的板式换热器,有效改善了某些不同换热介质需要串联或并联多个换热器的情况。可实现换热器内部介质能量流动定向定量控制,更为高效地综合利用***热能,减少***能源的浪费与废热的排放,提升***的能量利用率。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明作进一步说明。
如图1所示,一种异种材料层叠板式换热器,包括双面流道基板1,双面盖板2,基板侧面进出口3,进出口的设计形式及数量可根据***需求进行改进或变更,双面流道基板1和双面盖板2拼接处设置有搅拌摩擦焊施焊区域,可通过改变施焊区域厚度、板厚及摩擦焊搅拌针长度进行单层或多层基板和盖板的焊接,相邻层叠板流道可以流通相同介质也可流通不同介质,介质在流道流通时与基板或盖板相邻流道中的介质进行热交换,可通过改变流道层数,基板盖板材料及流道形式长度等来对介质换热功率进行调节。除此之外,搅拌摩擦焊具有良好的异种材料焊接性,在换热器设计时,基板和盖板采用不同的材料组合可以满足不同介质的换热及工艺需求,对于要求换热功率较大的介质可以采用导热较好的铜及铜合金,对于温度较高的介质可采用耐高温性能较好的不锈钢组成流道,对于温度及耐蚀性要求较低的介质可采用导热系数高,成本较低的铝合金,在本实例中不作限定。不同材料组成的各介质流道通过搅拌摩擦焊接工艺堆叠组合,设计完成后直接进行一体加工,相较于各介质独立换热器人工组装的方式,节省了大量的时间成本。
所述双面流道基板和双面盖板交错堆叠,可根据实际换热需求灵活调整板式换热器堆叠层数,基板与盖板均设置有搅拌摩擦焊施焊区域,一次施焊可以完成一组基板与盖板的焊接也可以同时焊接多组基板与盖板。
双面流道基板的上下流道可以根据实际需要采用相同形状或采用不同形状,流道可为U型、S型或其他形状。以此可满足***内温度分布均匀性的要求,在换热器位置布置时,可通过改变不同流道形式,实现温度均匀分布或避开易过热元件,本实施例不做限定。
所述双面流道基板和双面盖板上可以设置肋片、翅片或其他结构来进行扰流作用和增大换热面积,提高***的换热功率。

1.一种异种材料层叠板式换热器换热器,其特征在于:包括双面流道基板,双面流道异型冷板,单面流道基板和侧面进出口,双面流道基板,双面流道异型冷板和单面流道基板采用异种材料,一个双面流道基板和两个双面流道异型冷板组成一个冷板组,换热器包括至少一个冷板组。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种异种材料层叠板式换热器,其特征在于:双面流道基板和双面流道异型冷板采用异种材料焊接成型,同一流道上下两侧材料不同,热传导速率不同,以此实现热量定向传导。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种异种材料层叠板式换热器,其特征在于:双面流道基板和双面流道异型冷板的上下两侧流道为U型或S型。
