Abstract

一种生物降解环保型餐 具的配方及生产工艺是由淀粉、植物粉、聚乙烯、聚丙烯、甘油、偶联剂、山梨醇、光敏剂组成。本发明生产的餐饮具生产工艺较简单,成本较低,降解快,在自然界中光合作用下可4-5个月降解完毕。

Description

生物降解环保型餐具的配方及生产工艺
本发明涉及经自然风化可降解型餐具的生产工艺。
以前,快餐餐盒、餐具等主要由泡沫塑料生产而成。这种快餐餐具在高温使用时对人体有害,且被公认为白色污染,已被禁止使用。目前有纸制快餐餐具的生产,但这种纸制快餐餐具生产工艺较复杂,成本较高。也有用塑料原料和改性淀粉生产而成的快餐餐盒,但这种快餐餐盒在生物降解方面还存在降解慢的不足。
本发明的目的是针对现有技术的不足,设计一种生产工艺较简单,成本较低,降解快的环保型餐盒的生产工艺。
本发明的目的可以通过以下技术方案实现,该发明原料是以下列重量百分比组成:淀粉20-35%、植物粉40-55%、山梨醇2-7%、聚丙烯(PP)7-13%、聚乙烯(PE)2-5%、9-13%偶联剂、甘油3-6%、光敏剂2-4%。本发明的生产工艺是:将淀粉、植物粉、山梨醇、聚丙烯(PP)、聚乙烯(PE)粉碎至70目以上,将以上物料加入甘油及光敏剂充分混合得混合物料,将混合物料在混炼机中120-150℃混炼,将混炼好的物料注入模具中定型即成产品。
本发明的生物降解环保型餐盒的配方及生产工艺成本较低、工艺简单,降解速度快。
图1为本发明的工艺流程图;
下面结合附图对本发明进一步详述:本发明的原料是以下列原料的重量百分比来组成的:植物粉40-55%,选择甘蔗渣、花生壳、干松针、谷糠、大豆壳等,用浓度0.2-1%的硫酸或盐酸浸泡2-10小时,进行脱脂处理,处理后干燥至其含水率小于10%,再将淀粉、植物粉、山梨醇2-7%、聚丙烯(PP)7-13%、聚乙烯(PE)2-5%粉碎至70目以上,加入偶联剂硅烷9-13%,甘油3-6%,光敏剂二本甲酮3%充分混合,得混合物料,将混合物料在混炼机中120-150℃混炼,将混炼好的物料注入模具中保温25-40℃,2-4小时定型即成产品。本发明的最佳配方为:25%淀粉、45%植物粉、3%的聚乙烯、7%的聚炳烯、3%的甘油10%的偶联剂、4%的山梨醇、3%的光敏剂。本发明生产的餐具,在自然界中光合作用下可4-5个月降解完毕。

Claims (3)

1、一种生物降解环保餐具的配方,其特征在于:发明原料是以下列重量百分比组成:淀粉20-35%、植物粉40-55%、山梨醇2-7%、聚丙烯(PP)7-13%、聚乙烯(PE)2-5%、9-13%偶联剂、甘油3-6%、光敏剂2-4%。
2、一种生物降解环保型餐具的生产工艺,其特征在于:生产工艺是:将淀粉、植物粉、山梨醇、聚丙烯(PP)、聚乙烯(PE)粉碎至70目以上,将以上物料加入甘油及光敏剂充分混合,得混合物料,将混合物料在混炼机中120-150℃混炼,将混炼好的物料注入模具中保温25-40℃,2-4小时定型即成产品。
3、根据权利要求1所述的生物降解环保型餐具的配方,其特征在于:本发明原料的最佳配方是以下列重量百分比组成:25%淀粉、45%植物粉、3%的聚乙烯、7%的聚丙烯、3%的甘油10%的偶联剂、4%的山梨醇、3%的光敏剂。
