本发明属于纺织面料技术领域,具体涉及一种防污防水的面料及其制备方法。
背景技术
纺织面料按织造方法分,有纬编针织面料和经编针织面料两类。纬编针织面料常以低弹涤纶丝或异型涤纶丝、锦纶丝、棉纱、毛纱等为原料,采用平针组织,变化平针组织,罗纹平针组织,双罗纹平针组织、提花组织,毛圈组织等,在各种纬编机上编织而成。随着人们生活水平的提高,纺织面料在一定程度上需要防污防水功能,因此防污防水处理剂应用量加大,传统油溶性防污防水处理剂中含有大量有机溶剂,如苯及苯类衍生物,且处理剂的稳定性也比较差,容易挥发造成环境污染,损害使用者的身体健康。
发明内容
针对现有技术的不足,本发明提供一种防污防水的面料及其制备方法,具有良好的纳米防水、防污功能,布料经过多次水洗之后,防水、防污效果依然保持,耐水洗性能佳。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种防污防水的面料,包括基体布料和防污防水处理剂,其中,所述防污防水处理剂由以下原料按重量份组成:水溶性丙烯酸树脂10~25份、月桂醇聚氧乙烯醚5~17份、纳米二氧化硅6~12份、蓖麻油3~8份、硬脂酸2~8份、乳化剂3~5份、偶联剂1~3份、交联剂1~3份、去离子水50~80份。
优选地,所述基体布料包括经纱和纬纱,所述经纱采用秸秆纤维与氨纶纤维混合纺织,秸秆纤维与氨纶纤维的质量比为(6~7):(3~4),所述纬纱采用苎麻纤维与氨纶纤维混合纺织,苎麻纤维与氨纶纤维的质量比为(6~7):(3~4)。
优选地,所述乳化剂为N-十二烷基二甲胺或季铵盐。
优选地,所述偶联剂为N-β-(氨乙基)-γ-氨丙基三甲氧基硅烷或γ-缩水甘油醚氧丙基三甲氧基硅烷。
优选地,所述交联剂为丙烯酸羟乙酯或丙烯酸羟丙酯。
一种防污防水的面料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤1)将经纱和纬纱通过纺织制成基体布料;
步骤2)按重量份向反应釜中加入水溶性丙烯酸树脂、月桂醇聚氧乙烯醚、纳米二氧化硅、蓖麻油、硬脂酸及40~50%的去离子水,常温下600~900r/min搅拌20~30min;升温至50~65℃,加入乳化剂、偶联剂、交联剂和剩余的去离子水,1000~1200r/min下搅拌15~20min,再冷却至室温,制得防污防水处理剂;
步骤3)将步骤1)制得的基体布料浸入步骤2)制得的防污防水处理剂中,3~5h后取出,在常温下浸轧处理剂,然后将面料放入预烘焙烘机中,60~80℃预烘,120~150℃焙烘,再经水洗、烘干后,即得所述防污防水的面料。
本发明的有益效果如下:
本发明的防污防水的面料具有良好的纳米防水、防污功能,浸入布料的处理剂可在布料的表面形成一层极薄的润滑膜,此膜不被水浸润,也不会被水冲掉,布料经过多次水洗之后,防水、防污效果依然保持,耐水洗性能佳。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图与具体实施例对本发明做进一步详细说明。
实施例1
一种防污防水的面料的制备方法,具体步骤如下:
(1)将质量比为6:4的秸秆纤维与氨纶纤维制成纤维生条(经纱),将质量比为6:4的苎麻纤维与氨纶纤维制成纤维生条(纬纱),将两种纤维生条在混条机上并合,制成熟条,将熟条在粗纱机上进行牵伸和加捻,再经过细纱机、络筒机、并线机、捻线机后制成混纺纱,最后采用剑杆织机引纬织造的方法制得基体布料。
(2)按重量份向反应釜中加入10份水溶性丙烯酸树脂、5份月桂醇聚氧乙烯醚、6份纳米二氧化硅、3份蓖麻油、2份硬脂酸及25份去离子水,常温下600r/min搅拌20min;升温至50℃,加入3份N-十二烷基二甲胺乳化剂、1份N-β-(氨乙基)-γ-氨丙基三甲氧基硅烷偶联剂、1份丙烯酸羟乙酯交联剂和25份去离子水,1000r/min下搅拌15min,再冷却至室温,制得防污防水处理剂。
(3)将(1)制得的基体布料浸入(2)制得的防污防水处理剂中,3h后取出,在常温下浸轧处理剂,然后将面料放入预烘焙烘机中,60℃预烘,120℃焙烘,再经水洗、烘干后,即得所述防污防水的面料。
通过对所得面料性能进行测试,其SEM图如图1所示,图1中标尺为30μm,从图1中可以看出,防污防水处理剂颗粒已明显附着于面料纤维上。面料手感光滑,面料表面防水能力强,面料经20次水洗后防水等级为90分,防污等级为5级。
实施例2
一种防污防水的面料的制备方法,具体步骤如下:
(1)将质量比为7:3的秸秆纤维与氨纶纤维制成纤维生条(经纱),将质量比为7:3的苎麻纤维与氨纶纤维制成纤维生条(纬纱),将两种纤维生条在混条机上并合,制成熟条,将熟条在粗纱机上进行牵伸和加捻,再经过细纱机、络筒机、并线机、捻线机后制成混纺纱,最后采用剑杆织机引纬织造的方法制得基体布料。
(2)按重量份向反应釜中加入25份水溶性丙烯酸树脂、17份月桂醇聚氧乙烯醚、12份纳米二氧化硅、8份蓖麻油、8份硬脂酸及32份去离子水,常温下900r/min搅拌30min;升温至65℃,加入5份季铵盐乳化剂、3份γ-缩水甘油醚氧丙基三甲氧基硅烷偶联剂、3份丙烯酸羟丙酯交联剂和48份去离子水,1200r/min下搅拌20min,再冷却至室温,制得防污防水处理剂。
(3)将(1)制得的基体布料浸入(2)制得的防污防水处理剂中,5h后取出,在常温下浸轧处理剂,然后将面料放入预烘焙烘机中,80℃预烘,150℃焙烘,再经水洗、烘干后,即得所述防污防水的面料。
通过对所得面料性能进行测试,面料光滑,面料表面防水能力强,面料经20次水洗后防水等级为90分,防污等级为5级。
实施例3
一种防污防水的面料的制备方法,具体步骤如下:

(3)将(1)制得的基体布料浸入(2)制得的防污防水处理剂中,4h后取出,在常温下浸轧处理剂,然后将面料放入预烘焙烘机中,70℃预烘,140℃焙烘,再经水洗、烘干后,即得所述防污防水的面料。
通过对所得面料性能进行测试,面料光滑,面料表面防水能力强,面料经20次水洗后防水等级为90分,防污等级为5级。
实施例4
一种防污防水的面料的制备方法,具体步骤如下:

(3)将(1)制得的基体布料浸入(2)制得的防污防水处理剂中,5h后取出,在常温下浸轧处理剂,然后将面料放入预烘焙烘机中,60℃预烘,130℃焙烘,再经水洗、烘干后,即得所述防污防水的面料。
通过对所得面料性能进行测试,面料光滑,面料表面防水能力强,面料经20次水洗后防水等级为90分,防污等级为5级。

1.一种防污防水的面料,其特征在于,包括基体布料和防污防水处理剂,其中,所述防污防水处理剂由以下原料按重量份组成:水溶性丙烯酸树脂10~25份、月桂醇聚氧乙烯醚5~17份、纳米二氧化硅6~12份、蓖麻油3~8份、硬脂酸2~8份、乳化剂3~5份、偶联剂1~3份、交联剂1~3份、去离子水50~80份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种防污防水的面料,其特征在于,所述基体布料包括经纱和纬纱,所述经纱采用秸秆纤维与氨纶纤维混合纺织,秸秆纤维与氨纶纤维的质量比为(6~7):(3~4),所述纬纱采用苎麻纤维与氨纶纤维混合纺织,苎麻纤维与氨纶纤维的质量比为(6~7):(3~4)。

5.根据权利要求1所述的一种防污防水的面料,其特征在于,所述交联剂为丙烯酸羟乙酯或丙烯酸羟丙酯。
6.权利要求1所述的一种防污防水的面料的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
步骤1)将经纱和纬纱通过纺织制成基体布料;
步骤2)按重量份向反应釜中加入水溶性丙烯酸树脂、月桂醇聚氧乙烯醚、纳米二氧化硅、蓖麻油、硬脂酸及40~50%的去离子水,常温下600~900r/min搅拌20~30min;升温至50~65℃,加入乳化剂、偶联剂、交联剂和剩余的去离子水,1000~1200r/min下搅拌15~20min,再冷却至室温,制得防污防水处理剂;
步骤3)将步骤1)制得的基体布料浸入步骤2)制得的防污防水处理剂中,3~5h后取出,在常温下浸轧处理剂,然后将面料放入预烘焙烘机中,60~80℃预烘,120~150℃焙烘,再经水洗、烘干后,即得所述防污防水的面料。
