The working principle is as follows: the garbage can body 1 is arranged on a garbage truck, and the garbage can is rotated by a certain angle to realize the dumping of garbage, in the rotating process, because the frame body 3 has heavier weight, the frame body 3 slides to the upper part of the barrel body 1 to further push out the garbage, the cleaning block 4 arranged on the frame body 3 brushes the inner wall of the barrel body 1 once, the frame body 3 pulls the first pull rope 12 to be in a tight state to continue to bear force, meanwhile, in the rotating process, the box cover 901 is automatically opened, the first pull rope 12 separates the slider 10 attracted by the magnetic force from the workbench 901, the slider 10 slides out, the button 9021 is not in the hand, namely, the electromagnet loses magnetic force, meanwhile, the second pull rope 13 pulls the first barrier strip 6011, and other barrier strips sequentially open the water outlet 505 on the water tank 5 under the action of the elastic member 606, so that rainwater collected in each cavity is poured out to clean the inner wall of the barrel body 1; the garbage can is horizontally placed on the ground, the frame body 3 is placed at the bottom of the can body 1 under the recovery of gravity, the sliding blocks 10 fall down and press the buttons 9021 in sequence, and therefore all cavities are sealed again; in rainy days, rainwater can be placed into the first pipe body 1102 to the second pipe body 11103 from the water guide groove 1101, the rainwater is collected in the second pipe body 1103, the first valve body 11031 is arranged above the second pipe body 1103, the second valve body 11032 is arranged below the second pipe body 1103, when the second pipe body 1103 is full of water, the first valve body 11031 is closed, the second valve body 11032 is opened, the second pipe body 1103 is connected with four cavities in the water tank 5 through a pipeline 8, when the water tank 5 is full, the first valve body 11031 is opened, the second valve body 11032 is closed, if the second pipe body 1103 is full of water, the first valve body 11031 is closed, the second valve body 11032 is opened, the water in the water tank 5 is still full, and the valve bodies can be preferably ball float valves.
