The processor 110 may be an integrated circuit chip having signal processing capabilities. In implementation, the steps of the above method may be performed by integrated logic circuits of hardware or instructions in the form of software in the processor 110. The software module may be located in ram, flash memory, rom, prom, or eprom, registers, etc. storage media as is well known in the art. The storage medium is located in a memory, and a processor reads information in the memory and completes the steps of the method in combination with hardware of the processor.

Specifically, the finished viscose product warehouse is provided with a plurality of finished viscose product storage areas which are divided according to material information; the controller is used for controlling the viscose production line to produce the viscose finished products which do not meet the required quantity of the corresponding viscose finished products under the condition that the quantity of the stored viscose finished products in the at least one viscose finished product storage area does not meet the required quantity of the corresponding viscose finished products. Based on this, the intelligent management and control degree of the material dispatching system to the finished viscose product warehouse is improved, and the quantity of the finished viscose products in each finished viscose product storage area is guaranteed to meet the corresponding quantity of the required viscose products.
As an example, the controller is further configured to communicate with a Manufacturing Execution System (MES) system to obtain a daily material plan. At the moment, the required quantity of the viscose finished products meets the daily material planning requirement of a workshop MES system. The workshop MES system plans the required material information of each slicing machine in the same day according to the capacity of the slicing machine, the required material information matched with the slicing machine and the production condition of the previous day, and obtains the material planning in the same day. When the number of the stored viscose finished products in the at least one viscose finished product storage area does not meet the requirement of the workshop MES system for the material planning in the day, the controller is used for controlling the viscose finished products stored in the viscose finished product storage area, which do not meet the requirement of the workshop MES system for the material planning in the day, in the production line of the viscose finished products, so that the number of the viscose finished products in each viscose finished product storage area can meet the requirement of the MES system for the material planning in the day.
As another example, the number of slicers is plural, and the controller is further configured to obtain real-time production information for each slicer. At this time, the required quantity of the finished viscose products is the quantity of the finished viscose products determined according to the real-time production information of the corresponding slicing machine. And when the number of the stored finished viscose products in the at least one finished viscose product storage area does not meet the number of the finished viscose products determined according to the real-time production information of the corresponding slicing machine, the controller is used for controlling the viscose production line to produce the corresponding finished viscose products so as to ensure that the number of the finished viscose products in each finished viscose product storage area meets the number of the finished viscose products determined according to the real-time production information of the corresponding slicing machine. Therefore, the unification and the stability of the specification of the processed materials of the slicing machine are realized, the frequency of adjusting the wire mesh of the slicing machine is reduced, the production efficiency of the slicing machine is improved, and the aims of production data fluidization, production information visualization and material movement intellectualization are fulfilled.
In practice, can divide the finished viscose product storehouse according to the finished viscose product's that corresponds with the material demand information of slicer material information to obtain a plurality of viscose finished product storage areas. The plurality of finished viscose products stored in each finished viscose product storage area can be finished viscose products with the same length of a single silicon rod or finished viscose products with the same length and the same positions of splicing seams of a plurality of spliced silicon rods. The warehousing time of a plurality of finished viscose products stored in the same finished viscose product storage area can be different, when the finished viscose products in the finished viscose product storage area need to be delivered out of the warehouse, the warehousing time of the delivered finished viscose products can be ensured to be not less than the preset viscose solidification time. For example, the preset adhesive curing time is three hours.
As a possible implementation mode, the controller can also carry out statistics on materials processed by each slicing machine, and upload the materials to a workshop MES system for carrying out data statistics and analysis by the workshop MES system.
Illustratively, when the finished viscose products enter the finished viscose product warehouse, the controller controls the finished viscose product warehouse palletizing robot to store the finished viscose products in the corresponding finished viscose product storage areas according to the material information of the finished viscose products.
In addition, the finished viscose product warehouse palletizing robot is provided with a corresponding processor and a corresponding memory, and when finished viscose products are warehoused, the finished viscose product warehouse palletizing robot can store the finished viscose products in corresponding finished viscose product storage areas according to the material information of the finished viscose products.
Based on the scheme, the finished viscose products with different material information can be stored in different finished viscose product storage areas, and the finished viscose products with the same material information can be stored in the same finished viscose product storage area. When material demand information sent by the slicing machine is received, the controller or the finished viscose product warehouse palletizing robot can accurately control the finished viscose product warehouse palletizing robot to grab the corresponding viscose finished products to the feeding end of the finished viscose product conveying line.
The controller provided by the embodiment of the invention is also used for acquiring the real-time production information of each slicing machine and determining the requirement priority of the viscose finished products of the plurality of slicing machines according to the real-time production information of each slicing machine; the material demand information is the material demand information of the slicing machine with the highest demand priority of the viscose finished products. Based on this, the material scheduling system provided by the embodiment of the invention can determine the material demand information according to the priority of each slicing machine on the demand of the finished viscose product. Based on this material demand information, to the highest preferred material loading of slicer of viscose finished product demand priority, reduced the possibility that this slicer produced the standby, relative improvement this slicer production efficiency. Moreover, due to the fact that the slicing machine which requires the viscose finished products with the highest priority is fed with materials preferentially, the intelligent degree of the material scheduling system is improved.
It can be understood that, in order to ensure that the storage time of the finished viscose products in the finished viscose product warehouse meets the control requirement, the controller is also used for determining that the finished viscose products in the finished viscose product warehouse have the storage time longer than the preset storage time. the controller is also used for controlling a viscose production line to produce the viscose finished products under the condition that the quantity of the viscose finished products does not meet the quantity required by the viscose finished products, so that the viscose finished products meet the quantity required by the viscose finished products;
the material scheduling system further comprises an information acquisition device communicated with the controller;
the information acquisition device is used for acquiring material information of the finished viscose product before the finished viscose product enters the finished viscose product warehouse and sending the material information to the controller, wherein the material information of the finished viscose product comprises the size parameter of the finished viscose product, the splicing seam position of the finished viscose product and the warehousing time of the finished viscose product;

when the finished viscose products are put in storage, the controller is used for controlling the finished viscose products to be stored in the corresponding finished viscose product storage areas according to the material information of the finished viscose products.

The material scheduling system of claim 1, wherein the controller is further configured to determine that a storage duration of the target finished adhesive product in the finished adhesive product library satisfies a preset adhesive curing duration before the target finished adhesive product is fed to the slicer.
4. The material dispatching system of claim 1, wherein the finished viscose product warehouse has a plurality of finished viscose product storage areas divided according to the material information;
the controller is also used for enabling the finished viscose products to meet the required quantity of the finished viscose products under the condition that the quantity of the stored finished viscose products in at least one finished viscose product storage area does not meet the required quantity of the corresponding finished viscose products.

The material scheduling system of claim 4 wherein the controller is further configured to communicate with a plant MES system to obtain a current day material plan; the required quantity of the viscose finished products meets the material planning requirement of the workshop MES system on the same day; or the like, or, alternatively,
the number of the slicing machines is multiple, and the controller is further used for acquiring real-time production information of each slicing machine; the required quantity of the finished viscose products meets the quantity of the finished viscose products determined according to the real-time production information of the corresponding slicing machine.

The material dispatching system of claim 1, wherein the number of the slicing machines is multiple, and the controller is further configured to obtain real-time production information of each slicing machine, and determine a finished adhesive product requirement priority of the multiple slicing machines according to the real-time production information of each slicing machine;
the material demand information is the material demand information of the slicing machine with the highest demand priority of the viscose finished products.
7. The material scheduling system of claim 1, wherein the controller is further configured to determine that there are finished viscose products in the finished viscose product warehouse that have a storage time longer than a preset storage time;
the controller is further used for controlling the feeding of the viscose finished products with the storage duration being longer than the preset storage duration to the corresponding slicing machine when the slicing machine corresponding to the viscose finished products with the storage duration being longer than the preset storage duration sends the required material information.
8. The material dispatching system of any one of claims 1-7, further comprising a glue product conveying line, and a material grabbing device in communication with the controller;
the controller is used for controlling the material grabbing device to feed the target finished viscose product to the feeding end of the finished viscose product conveying line under the condition that the target finished viscose product corresponding to the material demand information exists in the finished viscose product database; and/or the presence of a gas in the gas,
the material scheduling system further comprises a sensing device communicated with the controller, wherein the sensing device is located at the discharge end of the finished viscose product conveying line and used for determining that the target finished viscose product is conveyed to the discharge end of the finished viscose product conveying line.
