The recycling device for construction wastes as resources according to claim 2, wherein a first fixing seat is fixedly installed at one side of the primary crushing cylinder, a first motor is fixedly installed at the top side of the first fixing seat, and one end of the primary driving shaft, which is close to the first motor, extends out of the primary crushing cylinder and is fixedly connected with an output shaft of the first motor.
