collecting the four-stage water content of each sampling point of the raw material;
the average of all the four-stage water contents was used as the first-stage water content of the raw material.
5. A control system of concrete raw material mixing ratio is characterized by comprising:
the information acquisition module is used for acquiring the production information of the concrete to be produced;
the moisture acquisition module is used for acquiring the primary moisture content of the raw materials corresponding to various aggregates;
the data processing module is respectively connected with the information acquisition module and the moisture acquisition module and is used for receiving the production information and the primary moisture content; responding to the production information to obtain a concrete type number and a production amount corresponding to the concrete type number, obtaining a material mixing ratio of corresponding concrete from a preset formula database according to the concrete type number, and calculating aggregate amount of various aggregates, powder amount of various powders and water demand required for producing the concrete according to the material mixing ratio and the production amount; and outputting the raw material amount and the water content of various raw materials required for producing the concrete in response to the aggregate amount and the primary water content of the corresponding raw materials, and outputting the water adding amount required for producing the concrete according to the water requirement of the concrete and the water content of various raw materials.

The system for controlling the mix proportion of the concrete raw materials according to claim 5, further comprising a timing control module, wherein the timing control module is connected with the moisture collection module and is used for controlling the moisture collection module to collect the moisture content of the raw materials at intervals of T so as to obtain the secondary moisture content of each time point; the data processing module comprises a first calculating unit, and the first calculating unit is used for receiving all secondary water contents and taking the average value of all secondary water contents as the primary water content of the raw material.

The system for controlling the mix proportion of the concrete raw materials as claimed in claim 6, wherein the moisture collection module comprises a plurality of moisture collection units, the plurality of moisture collection units are uniformly distributed along the width direction of the raw material conveying road and are used for collecting the three-level moisture content of the raw materials at each position on the conveying road; the data processing module further comprises a second calculating unit and a rejecting unit, the rejecting unit is used for receiving all the three-stage moisture contents and deleting the invalid three-stage moisture contents, and the second calculating unit is used for receiving all the valid three-stage moisture contents and taking the average value of all the valid three-stage moisture contents as the second-stage moisture content of the time point.
8. A computer-readable storage medium, in which a computer program is stored which can be loaded by a processor and which executes the method according to any one of claims 1 to 4.
