Still further, in a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the preset temperature is an arbitrary value between 60 ℃ and 70 ℃. It should be noted that repeated experiments show that the sterilization effect is very significant when the surface temperature of the indoor heat exchanger is maintained above 60 ℃; especially, when the preset temperature is 68 ℃, the sterilization effect of the high-temperature sterilization mode is most remarkable. Meanwhile, in order to effectively avoid high temperature damage to other elements in the indoor unit, the preset temperature needs to be controlled below 70 ℃ as much as possible, so that the problem that other elements in the indoor unit are damaged by high temperature can be effectively avoided while the sterilization effect is effectively ensured. In addition, the applicant also finds out through repeated experiments that all bacteria in the indoor unit can be basically killed by maintaining high-temperature sterilization for more than 30min, and certainly, in order to effectively take account of the sterilization efficiency, the first preset time needs to be controlled within 40min as much as possible, so that the sterilization effect is effectively ensured, and the sterilization efficiency can also be effectively taken account of.
Further, in a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the air conditioner may control the rotation of the fan by controlling the rotation speed and the rotation time of the fan, so that dust, impurities, bacteria residues, etc. in the indoor unit can be accurately blown to the surface of the indoor heat exchanger, so that the air conditioner can achieve the effect of cleaning the entire indoor unit only by cleaning the indoor heat exchanger.
Further, in a preferred technical scheme of the present invention, the air conditioner may control the indoor heat exchanger to frost, and when the frosting degree of the indoor heat exchanger reaches a preset frosting degree, the indoor heat exchanger is frosted, so that water formed by defrosting can clean the surface of the indoor heat exchanger, thereby achieving the effect of self-cleaning of the indoor heat exchanger.
Further, in a preferred technical solution of the present invention, the air conditioner may further spray water to the surface of the indoor heat exchanger through a water spraying member, thereby achieving a self-cleaning effect of the indoor heat exchanger.
Further, in a preferred technical scheme of the present invention, a nano coating is disposed on a filter screen and/or an air duct and/or a fan and/or an air deflector of an indoor unit of an air conditioner, so as to effectively reduce the problem that these components are easy to adsorb dust during the daily use process, and further effectively improve the daily cleanliness of the surfaces of the components.

Detailed Description
Preferred embodiments of the present invention are described below with reference to the accompanying drawings. It should be understood by those skilled in the art that these embodiments are only for explaining the technical principle of the present invention, and are not intended to limit the scope of the present invention. For example, although the steps of the method of the present invention are described herein in a particular order, these orders are not limiting, and one skilled in the art may perform the steps in a different order without departing from the underlying principles of the invention.
Most of the existing air conditioners proposed in the background art only have the self-cleaning function of the outdoor unit, and the indoor unit is mainly cleaned by the user; of course, most of the existing air conditioners have a sterilization function, and the existing air conditioners generally achieve the sterilization function through an ultraviolet sterilization mode or an ozone sterilization mode, but the sterilization modes all need additional sterilization elements, so that the cost of the air conditioners is increased, and the sterilization modes cannot achieve the cleaning function at the same time, and further the user experience is reduced. In order to solve the above problems in the prior art, the present invention provides a method for cleaning and sterilizing, comprising: maintaining the surface temperature of the indoor heat exchanger above a preset temperature; after the first preset time, enabling the indoor fan to rotate reversely; executing self-cleaning operation of the indoor heat exchanger; so that the sterilization function and the cleaning function of the indoor unit can be effectively realized on the basis of not adding any element.
Specifically, the air conditioner comprises an indoor unit, an outdoor unit and a main circulation loop arranged between the indoor unit and the outdoor unit, and heat exchange is realized by a refrigerant in the main circulation loop, so that a refrigerating or heating effect is realized. An indoor heat exchanger is arranged on the main circulation loop and is arranged in the indoor unit; and an indoor fan is further arranged in the indoor unit and is arranged near the indoor heat exchanger, so that the heat exchange speed between the indoor heat exchanger and indoor air is effectively increased. The indoor fan can rotate forwards or reversely, and when the indoor fan rotates forwards, the indoor fan can supply air to the indoor so as to accelerate heat exchange between the indoor heat exchanger and indoor air; when the indoor fan is reversely rotated, the indoor fan can blow air toward the indoor heat exchanger so as to blow impurities in the indoor unit onto the indoor heat exchanger. In addition, the indoor unit further comprises an air deflector, the air deflector is arranged at the air outlet of the indoor unit so as to guide the air supply direction, and when the air deflector is closed, the air outlet of the indoor unit can be shielded. The inner side of the air deflector is also provided with a filter screen so as to prevent impurities in the air conditioner from being blown out. In the preferred embodiment, the filter screen, the air duct, the indoor fan and the air deflector of the indoor unit are all provided with nano coatings, so that the problem that dust and impurities are easy to adhere to the components is effectively prevented. It should be noted that, although the filter screen, the air duct, the indoor fan and the air deflector are all provided with the nano coating in the preferred embodiment, it is obvious for a skilled person to provide the nano coating only on a part of the components according to the actual use requirement.
Further, the air conditioner further comprises an indoor heat exchanger surface temperature sensor and a controller, wherein the indoor heat exchanger surface temperature sensor can detect the surface temperature of the indoor heat exchanger, the controller can acquire the detection result of the indoor heat exchanger surface temperature sensor, and the controller can also control the operation of the air conditioner, for example, the operation mode of the air conditioner, the opening and closing state of the air deflector and the like are controlled. In addition, it can be understood by those skilled in the art that the present invention does not limit the specific structure and model of the controller, and the controller may be the original controller of the air conditioner, or may be a controller separately provided for performing the cleaning and sterilizing method of the present invention, and the skilled person can set the specific structure and model of the controller according to the actual use requirement.
Referring first to fig. 1, a flow chart of the main steps of the cleaning and sterilizing method of the present invention is shown. As shown in fig. 1, based on the air conditioner described in the above embodiment, the cleaning and sterilizing method of the present invention mainly includes the following steps:
s1: maintaining the surface temperature of the indoor heat exchanger above a preset temperature;
s2: after the first preset time, the indoor fan is rotated reversely;
s3: and performing self-cleaning operation of the indoor heat exchanger.
Further, in step S1, the controller may control the indoor heat exchanger to function as a condenser, and perform refrigerant circulation through the main circulation loop, while detecting a surface temperature of the indoor heat exchanger by the indoor heat exchanger surface temperature sensor, so as to control the surface temperature of the indoor heat exchanger to be always maintained at the preset temperature or higher; it should be noted that, a technician can set the specific value of the preset temperature according to the actual use requirement. Next, in step S2, after the surface temperature of the indoor heat exchanger is maintained above the preset temperature for the first preset time, the controller may control the indoor fan to rotate in a reverse direction; it should be noted that, a technician may set a specific value of the first preset time according to actual use requirements. Finally, in step S3, the controller may control the air conditioner to perform an indoor heat exchanger self-cleaning operation to remove dust and other foreign substances attached to the indoor heat exchanger. As can be understood by those skilled in the art, the specific operation steps of the self-cleaning operation of the indoor heat exchanger can be set by the skilled person according to the actual use requirement, as long as the indoor heat exchanger can be cleaned; for example, a technician may achieve the effect of cleaning the surface of the indoor heat exchanger by providing a water spray member in the indoor unit and controlling the water spray member to spray water onto the surface of the indoor heat exchanger.
Referring next to fig. 2, a flowchart of the steps of the preferred embodiment of the sterilization method is shown. As shown in fig. 2, based on the air conditioner described in the above embodiment, the preferred embodiment of the cleaning and sterilizing method of the present invention specifically includes the following steps:
s101: closing the air deflector;
s102: maintaining the surface temperature of the indoor heat exchanger above a preset temperature;
s103: after the first preset time, the indoor fan rotates reversely for a second preset time at a preset rotating speed;
s104: frosting the indoor heat exchanger;
s105: and when the frosting degree of the indoor heat exchanger reaches the preset frosting degree, the indoor heat exchanger is defrosted.
Further, in step S101, the controller may control the air deflector to close so as to close the air outlet of the indoor unit, so that a relatively sealed sterilization and cleaning space may be formed inside the indoor unit, and the sterilization and cleaning effect of the indoor unit may be effectively ensured. Of course, step S101 is not an essential step, i.e. before step S102 is executed, step S101 may not be executed, i.e. step S102 may be directly used as the first step of the method.
Further, in step S102, after the air guide plate is closed, the controller may control the indoor heat exchanger to function as a condenser, perform refrigerant circulation through the main circulation loop, and detect a surface temperature of the indoor heat exchanger through the indoor heat exchanger surface temperature sensor, so as to control the surface temperature of the indoor heat exchanger to be always maintained at the preset temperature or higher, thereby effectively achieving a sterilization effect. It should be noted that, a technician can set the specific value of the preset temperature according to the actual use requirement; preferably, the preset temperature is any value between 60 ℃ and 70 ℃ so as to effectively ensure the sterilization effect of the indoor unit.
Further, in step S103, after the surface temperature of the indoor heat exchanger is maintained above the preset temperature for the first preset time, the controller may control the indoor fan to rotate reversely at the preset rotation speed for the second preset time; it should be noted that, a technician can set a specific value of the first preset time according to actual use requirements; preferably, the first preset time is an arbitrary value between 30min and 40min, so as to effectively ensure the sterilization effect of the indoor unit. In addition, it should be noted that a technician may set specific values of the preset rotation speed and the second preset time according to actual use requirements, and only needs to be able to blow dust, impurities, bacteria residues and the like attached to an air duct, a fan and an air deflector of the indoor unit to the surface of the indoor heat exchanger after the indoor fan rotates in the reverse direction at the preset rotation speed for the second preset time.
Further, in step S104, after the indoor fan rotates reversely at the preset rotation speed for the second preset time, the controller may control the indoor heat exchanger to serve as an evaporator, and perform refrigerant circulation through the main circulation loop to start frosting of the surface of the indoor heat exchanger; it should be noted that, a technician may set the operation parameters of the air conditioner according to different structures of the air conditioner and the use area of the air conditioner, so as to enable the surface of the indoor heat exchanger to be frosted quickly.
Further, in step S105, when the frosting degree of the indoor heat exchanger reaches a preset frosting degree, for example, when the frosting thickness of the indoor heat exchanger reaches a preset frosting thickness, the controller controls the indoor heat exchanger to perform a defrosting operation. It should be noted that, in order to melt the frost formed on the surface of the indoor heat exchanger, the controller may control the indoor heat exchanger to perform refrigerant circulation again as a condenser, and of course, the controller may also control the refrigerant to stop circulating, so that the frost formed on the surface of the indoor heat exchanger is naturally melted. In addition, it can be understood by those skilled in the art that the present invention does not limit any specific value of the preset frosting degree, and the skilled person can set the frosting degree according to the actual cleaning requirement, and the skilled person can select the frosting thickness as the standard for measuring the frosting degree of the indoor heat exchanger, and can also select the frosting area as the standard for measuring the frosting degree of the indoor heat exchanger, and the changes of these specific setting standards do not deviate from the basic principle of the present invention, and belong to the protection scope of the present invention.
Finally, it should be noted that the above examples are all preferred embodiments of the present invention, and should not be construed as limiting the scope of the present invention. When the present invention is actually used, a part of the steps may be added or deleted as needed or the order between the different steps may be changed by those skilled in the art. Such variations are not to be regarded as a departure from the spirit and scope of the invention.
So far, the preferred embodiments of the present invention have been described in conjunction with the accompanying drawings, but it is apparent to those skilled in the art that the scope of the present invention is not limited to these specific embodiments. Equivalent changes or substitutions of related technical features can be made by those skilled in the art without departing from the principle of the invention, and the technical scheme after the changes or substitutions can fall into the protection scope of the invention.
