背景技术
机场消防车专用底盘架,用于机场消防救援,目前,典型的机场消防车专用底盘架都是具有一个或者两个大马力发动机,采用一个发动机则需安装功率分配器,发动机可以同时驱动车辆和消防水泵;采用两个发动机则其中一个发动机既可以作为车辆驱动也可以驱动消防车泵。发动机受到自身输出特性限制,启动加速性能较差。一个发动机驱动方案,关键总成资源供货厂家比较单一,成本居高不下,不利于行业发展,发动机排放影响环境,且在停车车库启动产生的废气需要专门进行处理,车辆需要行车取力,且要求水泵全功率打水时车辆可以以不同车速行驶,此取力方式比较难实现,需依靠进口部件。

本发明的目的在于提供一种并联油电混合机场消防车底盘,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。

一种并联油电混合机场消防车底盘,包括有底盘架轮架和水泵,所述消防车底盘架还包括有发动机、驱动电机、动力耦合箱、与发动机传动配合的发电机和动力电池,所述发动机的输出端传动连接有变速箱,所述变速箱的输出端通过传动连接有第一传动轴,所述驱动电机的输出端传动连接有第二传动轴,所述第一传动轴和第二传动轴均与动力耦合箱传动连接,所述动力耦合箱的输出端传动连接有第三传动轴,所述第三传动轴的另一端传动连接有全驱分动箱,所述发电机和驱动电机均与动力电池电性连接。
进一步的,所述驱动电机的输出端通过离合器与第二传动轴的端部传动配合。

本发明通过改进在此提供一种并联油电混合机场消防车底盘:
实施例一:
如图1-图4所示,一种并联油电混合机场消防车底盘,包括有底盘架9和水泵,所述消防车底盘还包括有发动机1、驱动电机3、动力耦合箱4、与发动机1传动配合的发电机2和动力电池5,所述发动机1的输出端传动连接有变速箱31,所述变速箱31的输出端通过传动连接有第一传动轴11,所述驱动电机3的输出端传动连接有第二传动轴12,所述第一传动轴11和第二传动轴12均与动力耦合箱4传动连接,所述动力耦合箱4的输出端传动连接有第三传动轴13,所述第三传动轴13的另一端传动连接有全驱分动箱8。
所述发电机2和驱动电机3均与动力电池5电性连接,选取发动机1马力为600hp-770hp,驱动电机3额定功率为200kw-350kw,驱动电机3最大功率为350kw-500kw,发动机1和驱动电机3可以一起工作也可以独立的工作。
一个发电机2,用于给驱动电机3和动力电池5提供能量,发电机2可以通过传动轴与发动机1连接,也可以安装在发动机1和变速箱31之间,驱动电机3能量由动力电池5或者发电机2提供。
所述驱动电机3的输出端通过离合器7与第二传动轴12的端部传动配合,行车打水工况,此时发动机1负责驱动底盘架9,驱动电机3通过离合器7断开与底盘架9传动***连接,并通过取力器与水泵连接负责打水,此时车速较慢,发动机1一边行驶,一边带动发电机2直接给驱动电机3供电,动力电池5也同时供电。
所述底盘架9上设置有底盘驱动***6,所述底盘驱动***6包括有若干个沿着底盘架9长度方向间隔分布的驱动桥61,所有驱动桥61通过若干个第四传动轴62一一传动连接,其中两个第四传动轴62的端部均与全驱分动箱8传动连接,发动机1和驱动电机3通过动力耦合箱4驱动第三传动轴13旋转,从而通过全驱分动箱8实现所有第四传动轴62旋转,带动所有驱动桥61转动,实现底盘架9的行进,本发明通过发动机1和驱动电机3并联混合驱动,解决了发动机1启动加速性能较差的问题,极大的提高了加速性能。
所述动力耦合箱4和全驱分动箱8间隔安装在底盘架9的中段,所述动力电池5安装在底盘架9位于驱动电机3的旁侧,能够同时使得所有驱动桥61得到动响应,提高了加速性能。
所述驱动电机3的输出端通过取力器与水泵传动连接,需要打水的时候,驱动电机3通过离合器7断开与底盘架9传动***连接,并通过取力器与水泵连接负责打水。
工作原理:
工况A:加速工况,发动机1和驱动电机3一起驱动底盘架9行驶,驱动电机3完全由动力电池5提供能量,由于驱动电机3的介入,加速能力将得到极大的提高。
工况B:行车打水工况,此时发动机1负责驱动底盘架9,驱动电机3通过离合器7断开与底盘架9传动***连接,并通过取力器与水泵连接负责打水。此时车速较慢,发动机1一边行驶,一边带动发电机2直接给驱动电机3供电,动力电池5也同时供电。
工况C:停车打水工况,发动机1通过发电机2给驱动电机3或者单独的水泵驱动电机3供电,若检测到动力电池5电量过低,还可以同时给动力电池5充电。
工况D:普通行驶工况,此时由发动机1驱动底盘架9,驱动电机3空转,当制动时驱动电机3可以回馈能量给动力电池5,当检测到动力电池5电量低时,发动机1通过驱动发电机2给动力电池5充电。
工况E:出库,此时完全由驱动电机3驱动出库,确保车库中无发动机1尾气排放。
实施例二:
如图1-图4所示,一种并联油电混合机场消防车底盘,包括有底盘架9和水泵,所述消防车底盘还包括有发动机1、驱动电机3、动力耦合箱4、与发动机1传动配合的发电机2和动力电池5,所述发动机1的输出端传动连接有变速箱31,所述变速箱31的输出端通过传动连接有第一传动轴11,所述驱动电机3的输出端传动连接有第二传动轴12,所述第一传动轴11和第二传动轴12均与动力耦合箱4传动连接,所述动力耦合箱4的输出端传动连接有第三传动轴13,所述第三传动轴13的另一端传动连接有全驱分动箱8。
所述发电机2和驱动电机3均与动力电池5电性连接,选取发动机1马力为600hp-770hp,驱动电机3额定功率为200kw-350kw,驱动电机3最大功率为350kw-500kw,发动机1和驱动电机3可以一起工作也可以独立的工作。

所述底盘架9上设置有底盘驱动***6,所述底盘驱动***6包括有若干个沿着底盘架9长度方向间隔分布的驱动桥61,所有驱动桥61通过若干个第四传动轴62一一传动连接,其中两个第四传动轴62的端部均与全驱分动箱8传动连接,发动机1和驱动电机3通过动力耦合箱4驱动第三传动轴13旋转,从而通过全驱分动箱8实现所有第四传动轴62旋转,带动所有驱动桥61转动,实现底盘架9的行进,本发明通过发动机1和驱动电机3并联混合驱动,解决了发动机1启动加速性能较差的问题,极大的提高了加速性能。
所述动力耦合箱4和全驱分动箱8间隔安装在底盘架9的中段,所述动力电池5安装在底盘架9位于驱动电机3的旁侧,能够同时使得所有驱动桥61得到动响应,提高了加速性能。
还包括有副驱动电机图中未显示,所述副驱动电机与水泵传动连接,单独安装副驱动电机,需要打水的时候,通过副驱动电机驱动水泵连接负责打水。
工作原理:
工况A:加速工况,发动机1和驱动电机3一起驱动底盘架9行驶,驱动电机3完全由动力电池5提供能量,由于驱动电机3的介入,加速能力将得到极大的提高。
工况B:行车打水工况,此时发动机1负责驱动底盘架9,需要打水的时候,通过副驱动电机驱动水泵连接负责打水,此时车速较慢,发动机1一边行驶,一边带动发电机2直接给副驱动电机供电,动力电池5也同时供电。
工况C:停车打水工况,发动机1通过发电机2给单独的水泵驱动电机3供电,若检测到动力电池5电量过低,还可以同时给动力电池5充电。
工况D:普通行驶工况,此时由发动机1驱动底盘架9,驱动电机3空转,当制动时驱动电机3可以回馈能量给动力电池5,当检测到动力电池5电量低时,发动机1通过驱动发电机2给动力电池5充电。
工况E:出库,此时完全由驱动电机3驱动出库,确保车库中无发动机1尾气排放。

Claims (6)

1.一种并联油电混合机场消防车底盘,包括有底盘架(9)和水泵,其特征在于:所述消防车底盘还包括有发动机(1)、驱动电机(3)、动力耦合箱(4)、与发动机(1)传动配合的发电机(2)和动力电池(5),所述发动机(1)的输出端传动连接有变速箱(31),所述变速箱(31)的输出端通过传动连接有第一传动轴(11),所述驱动电机(3)的输出端传动连接有第二传动轴(12),所述第一传动轴(11)和第二传动轴(12)均与动力耦合箱(4)传动连接,所述动力耦合箱(4)的输出端传动连接有第三传动轴(13),所述第三传动轴(13)的另一端传动连接有全驱分动箱(8),所述发电机(2)和驱动电机(3)均与动力电池(5)电性连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种并联油电混合机场消防车底盘,其特征在于:所述驱动电机(3)的输出端通过离合器(7)与第二传动轴(12)的端部传动配合。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种并联油电混合机场消防车底盘,其特征在于:所述底盘架(9)上设置有底盘驱动***(6),所述底盘驱动***(6)包括有若干个沿着底盘架(9)长度方向间隔分布的驱动桥(61),所有驱动桥(61)通过若干个第四传动轴(62)一一传动连接,其中两个第四传动轴(62)的端部均与全驱分动箱(8)传动连接。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种并联油电混合机场消防车底盘,其特征在于:所述动力耦合箱(4)和全驱分动箱(8)间隔安装在底盘架(9)的中段,所述动力电池(5)安装在底盘架(9)位于驱动电机(3)的旁侧。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种并联油电混合机场消防车底盘,其特征在于:所述驱动电机(3)的输出端通过取力器与水泵传动连接。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种并联油电混合机场消防车底盘,其特征在于:所述还包括有副驱动电机,所述副驱动电机与水泵传动连接。
