as shown in fig. 4, the fishing element 5 comprises a fishing frame 50 which is placed in the aquaculture pond 1 and is slidably connected with the inner wall of the aquaculture pond 1 at the left and right sides, a pulley block 51 and a rotating motor 52, wherein the fishing frame 50 is provided with 4 shackles 500, the pulley block 51 comprises a driving pulley 510 and a driven pulley 511 which is connected with the driving pulley 510 and the shackles 500 through a connecting rope, the rotating motor 52 is connected with the center of the driving pulley 510, the driving pulley 510 is driven to rotate through the rotating motor 52, at the moment, the driven gear 511 synchronously rotates so as to pull the fishing frame 50 to slide upwards along the inner wall of the aquaculture pond 1, thereby completing the fishing of objects in the aquaculture pond 1, avoiding the large increase of workload by manpower, reducing the working efficiency, a plurality of fishing subframes 501 which are sequentially increased in size are sleeved from inside to outside of the fishing frame 50, and the mesh number of the 3 fishing subframes 501 which are distributed from inside to outside is sequentially increased, the 3 fishing sub-frames 501 with sequentially increased meshes are sequentially sleeved from inside to outside, so that the cultured objects with different sizes in the aquaculture pond 1 can be simultaneously fished, the fishing effect is improved, the cultured objects with different sizes can be preliminarily separated, the workload of workers is greatly reduced, and the working efficiency is improved;
the anti-explosion sun-shading element 6 comprises a fixed frame 60 arranged at the upper end of the aquaculture pond 1, a rack II 61 arranged at the upper ends of the front side and the rear side of the fixed frame 60 in a distributed manner, and an anti-explosion sun-shading folding assembly 62, wherein the anti-explosion sun-shading folding assembly 62 comprises a roller I620 which is placed along the width direction of the aquaculture pond 1 and can rotate back and forth, a roller II 621 with a meshing gear 622 which is meshed with the rack II 61 is arranged at the front side and the rear side, an anti-explosion sun-shading cloth 623 used for connecting the roller I620 with the roller II 621, and a driving motor 624 for driving the roller II 621 to move on the rack II 62, the roller II 621 is driven to rotate by the driving motor 624, meanwhile, the meshing gear 622 moves on the rack II 61 to drive the roller II 621 to move on the upper end of the aquaculture pond 1, so that the anti-explosion sun-shading cloth 623 is wound and unfolded, the aquaculture pond 1, the cultivation conditions are not satisfied, thereby causing economic loss, wherein each of the electric components is commercially available.
When the aquaculture device with the water quality purification system is used for aquaculture, the specific process is as follows:
(1) adding a water source into the aquaculture pond 1, heating the water body in the aquaculture pond 1 by using a heater 41, and when a temperature sensor 42 detects that the temperature of the water body reaches the optimal temperature of aquaculture, controlling the heater 41 to be closed by a controller 40, and throwing culture seedlings into the aquaculture pond 1;
(2) adding feed into the feeding box body 31, starting the vibrating motor 320 to vibrate the bulk material mesh disc 32, after the feed enters the feeding box body 31, firstly dispersing the feed through the bulk material mesh disc 32, then dropping the feed to the bottom inclined angle, at the moment, opening the discharging dispersion port 311 by upwards sliding the adjusting plate 312, enabling the feed to drop out through the gap between the adjusting plate 312 and the discharging dispersion port 311 and to be dispersed into the water body in the aquaculture pond 1 through each bulk material groove 3130, at the moment, starting the rotating motor 34, driving the rotating gear 310 to move on the rack I30 through the rotating motor 34, thereby enabling the feeding box body 31 to move left and right on the aquaculture pond 1, scattering the feed to all parts in the water body, simultaneously, starting the electric telescopic rods at the bottom ends of the stirring blades 33 to enable the stirring blades 33 to extend into the water body, completing the stirring of the water body and the feed, and when the feeding speed of the feed needs to be adjusted, can be realized by adjusting the width of the gap between the adjusting plate 312 and the discharging and dispersing opening 311;
(3) the water quality detector 43 is used for detecting the water quality in the aquaculture pond 1, when the water quality in the aquaculture pond 1 needs to be processed, the water quality detector 43 sends a signal to the controller 40, the controller 40 controls the water suction pump 220 to be started, the water to be purified in the aquaculture pond 1 is detected and pumped to the filtering device 22 by the water suction pump 220 for filtering, then the water enters the water quality biochemical treatment tank 23, after the water quality is processed by the water quality biochemical treatment tank 23, the water enters the aquaculture pond 1 again for recycling, when the bottom mud in the bottom mud collecting tank 11 needs to be cleaned, the controller 40 controls the sewage suction pump 20 to work, and the bottom mud in the bottom mud collecting tank 11 is pumped to an external sludge processing device for processing;
(4) when the culture in the aquaculture pond 1 needs to be fished, the controller 40 controls the rotating motor 52 to be started, so that the electric driving pulley 510 rotates, at the moment, the driven gear 511 synchronously rotates, so that the fishing frame 50 is pulled to slide upwards along the inner wall of the aquaculture pond 1, in the process that the fishing frame 50 slides upwards, the culture with the volume from large to small in the aquaculture pond 1 is respectively separated into the fishing subframes 501 distributed from inside to outside to complete the preliminary separation, and then, a worker takes down the culture in the fishing subframes 501;
(5) when the aquaculture pond 1 is exposed to the sun, the controller 40 controls the driving motor 624 to start, and the second roller 621 rotates at the same time, so that the meshing gear 622 moves on the second rack 61 to drive the second roller 621 to move at the upper end of the aquaculture pond 1, the explosion-proof sun-shading cloth 623 is unfolded, and the upper end of the aquaculture pond 1 is shaded.

Claims (7)

1. An aquaculture device with a water quality purification system is characterized by comprising an aquaculture pond (1) which is flush with the ground and is distributed with placing grooves (10) on the periphery, a water quality purification element (2), a controllable feeding element (3), a centralized control element (4) and a power supply;
a bottom mud collecting tank (11) is arranged at the bottom end of the aquaculture pond (1);
the water quality purification element (2) comprises a sewage pump (20) which is arranged in the placing groove (10), the input end of which is connected with the bottom mud collecting groove (11), the output end of which is connected with an external sludge treatment device, an aeration component (21) for carrying out aeration treatment on the aquaculture pond (1), a filtering device (22) which is arranged in the placing groove (10), is connected with the bottom end of the aquaculture pond (1) and is provided with a water pump (220) at the connection part, and a water quality biochemical treatment box (23) which is arranged in the placing groove (10) and is used for connecting the filtering device (22) with the aquaculture pond (1);
the controllable feeding element (3) comprises a rack I (30) arranged at the upper ends of the front side and the rear side of an aquaculture pond (1), a feeding box body (31) arranged at the upper end of the aquaculture pond (1) along the width direction and provided with rotating gears (310) meshed with the rack I (30) at the front side and the rear side, a bulk cargo net disc (32) arranged in the feeding box body (31), stirring blades (33) connected with the bottom end of the feeding box body (31) through telescopic rods, and a rotating motor (34) driving the rotating gears (310) to rotate, the bottom end of the feeding box body (31) is of an inclined structure, a discharging dispersion port (311) is arranged on the side wall of the feeding box body (31) close to the inclined angle side, an adjusting plate (312) capable of sliding up and down is arranged at the discharging dispersion port (311), an inclined material conveying plate (313) is arranged at the bottom end of the discharging dispersion port (311), and a plurality of bulk cargo tanks (3130) are uniformly arranged on the, a vibration motor (320) is arranged on the lower side of the bulk material net disc (32);
the centralized control element (4) comprises a controller (40) for controlling each electrical element to normally operate, a heater (41) connected with the controller (40) and arranged in the aquaculture pond (1), a temperature sensor (42) and a water quality detector (43).
2. The aquaculture device with the water quality purification system as claimed in claim 1, wherein a cover plate (100) is arranged at the upper end of the placement tank (10), a sealing ring (1000) is arranged at the bottom end of the cover plate (100), an overhaul ladder stand (101) extending to the bottom end is arranged in the placement tank (10), and a humidity sensor (102) and a dryer (103) connected with the controller (40) are arranged in the placement tank (10).

The aquaculture device with the water quality purification system as claimed in claim 1, wherein the number of the bulk material net disks (32) is two, the two bulk material net disks (32) respectively penetrate through the front side surface and the rear side surface of the feeding box body (31) and are inserted into each other, and the two bulk material net disks (32) are of detachable structures.

The aquaculture device with the water quality purification system according to claim 1, further comprising a fishing element (5), wherein the fishing element (5) comprises a fishing frame (50), a pulley block (51) and a rotating motor (52), the fishing frame (50) is placed in the aquaculture pond (1), the left side and the right side of the fishing frame are slidably connected with the inner wall of the aquaculture pond (1), a plurality of shackles (500) are arranged on the fishing frame (50), the pulley block (51) comprises a driving pulley (510) and a driven pulley (511) which connects the driving pulley (510) and the shackles (500) through a connecting rope, and the rotating motor (52) is connected with the center of the driving pulley (510).

An aquaculture device with a water quality purification system according to claim 4, characterized in that a plurality of fishing subframes (501) with successively increasing sizes are sleeved inside the fishing frame (50) from inside to outside, and the mesh number of the plurality of fishing subframes (501) distributed from inside to outside increases successively.

The aquaculture device with the water quality purification system, as recited in claim 1, further comprising an anti-solarization element (6), wherein the anti-solarization element (6) comprises a fixed frame (60) arranged at the upper end of the aquaculture pond (1), a second rack (61) and a second anti-solarization folding assembly (62) which are respectively arranged at the upper ends of the front side and the rear side of the fixed frame (60), a first roller (620) which is placed along the width direction of the aquaculture pond (1) and can rotate back and forth, a second roller (621) which is provided with a meshing gear (622) meshed with the second rack (61) at the front side and the rear side, an anti-solarization shielding cloth (623) for connecting the first roller (620) and the second roller (621), and a driving motor (624) for driving the second roller (621) to move on the second rack (62).
7. The method of claim 1, comprising the steps of:
(1) adding a water source into the aquaculture pond (1), heating the water body in the aquaculture pond (1) by using a heater (41), and controlling the heater (41) to be closed by using a controller (40) when a temperature sensor (42) detects that the temperature of the water body reaches the optimal temperature of aquaculture, and throwing culture seedlings into the aquaculture pond (1);
(2) adding feed into the feeding box body (31), starting the vibrating motor (320) to vibrate the bulk material net disc (32), dispersing the feed through the bulk material net disc (32) after the feed enters the feeding box body (31), then dropping the feed to the bottom inclined angle, opening the discharging dispersion port (311) by sliding the adjusting plate (312) upwards, enabling the feed to drop out through a gap between the adjusting plate (312) and the discharging dispersion port (311) and to be dispersed into the water body in the aquaculture pond (1) through each dispersion groove (3130), starting the rotating motor (34), driving the rotating gear (310) to move on the rack I (30) through the rotating motor (34), so that the feeding box body (31) moves left and right on the aquaculture pond (1), dispersing the feed to each part in the water body, and simultaneously starting the electric telescopic rod at the bottom end of the stirring blade (33) to extend the stirring blade (33) into the water body, the stirring of the water body and the feed is completed, and when the feed throwing speed needs to be adjusted, the stirring can be realized by adjusting the width of a gap between an adjusting plate (312) and a discharge dispersion port (311);
(3) the method comprises the steps that water quality in an aquaculture pond (1) is detected by a water quality detector (43), when the water quality in the aquaculture pond (1) needs to be processed, the water quality detector (43) sends a signal to a controller (40), the controller (40) controls a water suction pump (220) to be started, a water body to be purified in the aquaculture pond (1) is detected by the water suction pump (220) and is pumped to a filtering device (22) for filtering, then the water body enters a water quality biochemical treatment tank (23), after the water quality is processed by the water quality biochemical tank (23), the water body enters the aquaculture pond (1) again for cyclic utilization, when bottom mud in a bottom mud collecting tank (11) needs to be cleaned, the controller (40) controls a sewage suction pump (20) to work, and the bottom mud in the bottom mud collecting tank (11) is pumped to an external sludge processing device for processing;
(4) when the culture in the aquaculture pond (1) needs to be salvaged, the controller (40) controls the rotating motor (52) to be started, so that the electric driving pulley (510) rotates, at the moment, the driven gear (511) synchronously rotates, so that the fishing frame (50) is pulled to slide upwards along the inner wall of the aquaculture pond (1), in the process that the fishing frame (50) slides upwards, the culture with the volume from large to small in the aquaculture pond (1) is respectively separated into the fishing subframes (501) distributed from inside to outside to finish primary separation, and then a worker takes down the culture in the fishing subframes (501);
(5) when the aquaculture pond (1) is exposed to the sun, the controller (40) controls the driving motor (624) to start, and the second roller (621) also rotates, so that the meshing gear (622) moves on the second rack (61) to drive the second roller (621) to move at the upper end of the aquaculture pond (1), and the explosion-proof sun-shading cloth (623) is unfolded to shade the upper end of the aquaculture pond (1).
